If location is a must then this place is great about 100m to the beach and long tail boats. Plenty of restaurants and bars around so you don't need to be up and down the hill all the time. No lift on the premises.

This hotel has a nice backyard with a clean little pool.
Ok sized room and bed. Mattress too soft for me. Small balcony good enough for smoking but not much more. Neither door nor balcony door are sound proof you hear every sound from the street but also neighbors coming home or leaving early. No black out curtains, you are blinded by the street lights all night. Ants and other insects in the room although they prohibit eating and food in the room.
Basic Asian bathroom with no curtain for the shower. But the bathroom is big enough so you don’t necessarily wet everything.
I had a hard time sleeping here and therefore wouldn’t recommend this place. Maybe rooms to the backside are better. However I was given one facing the street.
Oh, I didn’t mind much, but there is no elevator. Staff is trying hard and actually very friendly. However they lack English skills. My room was not cleaned. During my stay of two nights.
