The rooms were too small, and the overall service was disappointing. There was clearly an understaffing issue — no service staff were available to help with bag drop-off, and no one to provide drinking water after 10 pm. I did not expect this level of service from an Ibis hotel that is being positioned as a 4-star property.
It's better to fix it rather than just acknowledging it.

The room feels a little claustrophobic for 3 people and the breakfast feels repetitive if you stay for too long. Service is good. Gave location a 3 star because it's 1.2km away from the beach. If the beach is your preference choose closer hotels not this one.

The rooms were small. The breakfast options were very limited. There was no Gym. There is no way this hotel should be ranked as a four star. Personally I think, It hardly justifies the three star standards. only two bottles of drinking water complimentary in a day which is a big disappointment. I personally booked after looking at the hotel star rating, but was highly disappointed upon arrival.

The rooms were a bit smaller that what I expected but it was good nonetheless. The phone wasn’t working in our room, but they fixed it pretty soon as soon as we complained. Our room had a view to the swimming pool as well which we used with our baby. They have a spa facility as well but we didn’t use it. The location is fantastic, very near the Ao Nang beach.

Ideal central location with a clean and comfortable hotel.
We have spent almost 2 weeks of our holiday here at the ibis Styles Au Nann in Krabi and this hotel has exceeded all of our expectations. The staff and service we can not fault with thanks to Chen who chases around relentless to keep everything running smoothly. Lovely pool and surroundings with rooms that are small but always clean & adequately sized for our needs. A lovely laid back atmosphere with a continuous stream of visitors coming & going constantly without fuss. I really would recommend this hotel to any future travellers. Drinks can be a little pricey but not a problem to find them cheaper elsewhere.

The rooms offer an excellent view of the mountains, which was truly enjoyable. The pool is nice, though there are limited sunbeds available. The rooms are clean but quite small, which is fine for a solo traveler. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk to the city, but they offer six shuttle runs throughout the day, which is convenient. However, the breakfast selection was limited, and the food quality could be better. That said, it’s reasonably priced and suitable if you’re traveling on a budget.

This hotel should have two stars at the most!
The smell in the room is very uncomfortable, a damp one! The hallway also smelled muggy!
The faucet on the sink had mold, the one from the shower hadn't been cleaned for ages!
Someone posted a photo with that which is very accurate!
As for the breakfast it's very poor quality. I got sick from an egg at the breakfast, I think the white wasn't cooked enough. I had serious digestive issues that day.
Location was the only positive thing, about 15 minutes to the beach and next to the main road with restaurants, shops, food stalls.
I don't recommend this hotel!

Small rooms but everything you need. Great location, 10-15min walk to the beach. Great facilities and a really good vibe. Happy hour is good and cocktails are not watered down. Food is good and lots of options nearby. Massage also good and reasonable price and also, lots of options nearby.

The staff welcomed us warmly and did their best to make us feel at home. Overall, we were very satisfied. The location was good, and the mountain view was especially beautiful. The rooms were also more spacious compared to other Ibis Styles hotels.

The pool area is relaxing with a decent amount of shade. You can get massages by the pool too, although I didn’t try so I can’t comment on the quality of the massages.
The rooms are small and basic but wish there was more room for storing bags. The electrical outlets were not in a convenient location.
