Location: 25 km from Krabi airport, AO Nang beach.
Consists of one 5-storey building.
The hotel has 206 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach is 1.5 km from the hotel (3 coastline). Towels are free of charge.

Check in process was very quick and smooth.
Bathroom was good and well equipped with all the basics you need.
balcony had a great view of pool and the lime stone rocks at the back.
Room lightings were good.
Breakfast buffet had a good variety and it was all halal for Muslim travelers. It was a big plus for us.
Location of the hotel was just perfect. 7/11 stores, spas, food places and beach were all within 10 minutes of walk. Which was the best part.
The only thing which was really concerning was the electricity breakdown in the hotel while I was in the elevator. IT took them 5 minutes to rescue us. And there was no electricity for almost an hour.
The other drawback was the partition door in the hotel room which was connecting with the other room. It was locked but still we could hear voices from the other room.

Don’t go on the photos. Actual room size is too small. Washroom is like a airplane washroom. AC is not working and no one is bother to cater the complaint rather installed the table fan in the room. Don’t waste your money, better book a nice and decent one, this is not even a 1 star property.

Short walk from the beach and friendly and very efficient staff. Free shuttle to the beach at some times during the day, but not on Sunday and Monday.
WiFi is one of the better ones I had, but the rooms could use a small desk and are a bit on the small size.

Beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms and great views. The swimming pool area is also very nice. The complimentary breakfast is amazing. Overall a very nice experience.

Great hotel. Few cleaning issues but resolved to the best it could be done, they need to to update the rooms with a little bit of love (freshen them up) and get some industrial limescale remover to try and clean up the tap and shower fittings
I also had to ask for the air con vent filter to be changed as it was about 2 inches think with dirt and dust

Hotel is not willing to give me a refund. The room faces a transmission tower just in a few meters. I was traveling thousands of kilometers to enjoy nature and now I have to be exposed to a high level of radiation? The rooms are below standard very cold and plain. It comes a moldy smell out of the room. The ceiling is completely moldy. The receptionists are very unfriendly. No one helps to bring the luggage upstairs. This is the last place to stay for a relaxing holiday.
Update: A professional lady from the reception helped me to change the room and even helped me with the luggage. Chapeau! The room facing the pool side is way better and good to stay. All the hassle took still an hour to resolve because the other staff tried to tell me the same sceme of moving the room next day. So my day got quite ruined but at least I can sleep without getting asthma.

Rooms are small. Good beds and showers. Breakfast is expensive
Lobby is crowded. Hallways are loud (echoing)
No secure elevator (everyone can go up also non guests)
Location is fine. Free shuttle to beach.
Too expensive for what you get. I’m used to better hotels from Ibis.

We recently stayed here for 4 nights. The rooms were dated and there was no privacy at all. The walls were paper thin and the corridors echoed. The WiFi also didn’t work at all throughout our stay. The location was good and it provided free shuttles to Ao Nang beach. Also on the last night, guests in the room next door were smoking non stop, which was coming into our room. When I mentioned to Reception they stayed they would charge the room 2000THB in line with their policy. The cleaning was also to a poor standard and often wasn’t completed until 5/6pm in the evening. We would not recommend staying here and won’t be returning.

I have to say masseur Bibi was brilliant. Help me a lot with my lower back pain. Massages are bit over priced but compare to another countries in Europe still pretty cheap. Rooms are adequate for a couple. I couldn’t check the family room. Food wise I had just few Thai dishes and they wasn’t bad at all. What I want to praise their cocktails.

The hotel is okay. It's not very upscale like some of the Ibis properties I've visited. The breakfast options are better than average. The rooms are quite okay for two people. The major issue is this is almost 1KM from Krabi Main Beach where most of the shops are. There are multiple hotels near to the beach which can be considered for easier walks.
