The service was good. Staff was helpful, the organized a roller rental for us.
The room was big enough and comfortable but it did not smell good. We weren’t often in the room so it was okay. The shower had not enough water and was cold most times. One time the water did not work at all. It could be fixed though.
The resort is quiet and beautiful. Also good located. Not in the center though.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Worst service ever they literally laughed in our faces and walked away when we told them the WiFi doesn’t work and we need it for our job. Very rude staff and they were refusing to give us refund. Check out says 12:00 on booking.com and they kicked us out at 11. Our door didn’t even lock did not feel safe. And we paid for a double bed and they pushed 2 twin size headboards together so I couldn’t even sleep next to my partner. Ants and bugs in the bed and sheets & bathroom. Stray dogs everywhere that bark till the crack of dawn.

Would absolutely not recommend. Our room had black mould in the bedroom and toilet, with water dripping down the walls. There's an ant infestation in the toilet too. The toilet seat fell off mid stay and only one small toilet roll was provided. The shower was almost unusable, with the water pressure being extremely low.

The resort is fine for a few days. The bungalows are good. They have airconditioning and own bathrooms. Unfortunately the shower does not provide hot water. The swimming pool and garden are nice.
The location is not the best because our taxi driver couldn’t find it. Also the reception does not speak English that well so it is difficult to communicate.

Let’s start positive. The pool is nice and cool. There are beds to chill at. The AC and beds are good. And the atmosphere is peaceful. The terrain is kept clean and the offer housekeeping. You are able to rent scooters.
However, the location is very remote. And taxis cannot find it on the map. The pillows are very hard. Furthermore the paths to the hostel are very dark and it’s kind of grim. The WiFi connection is poor and the water pressure for the shower is very weak. Also the temperature is changing when you shower and the door to the bathroom creaks a lot. The host can barely speak English. She means well but it’s very difficult to communicate. Therefore we were not able to book a tour with her. And she is away a lot.

Good peaceful resort with a pool. But the way is quiet dark with no lights if you like a stroll in the night.

On dalena from the beach (10 min walk),but if you take a scooter it is only a plus as it creates a pleasant retreat;)

Our 4th time here. Very cosy place. Helpful sweet staff. Relaxing area by the swimmingpool. I love it. 👍 😁
