Staff are fantastic and incredibly friendly. Lovely beach and pool.
I love the room. It's modest but on point. You can see the clear blue sky and the sea just from the window of the room. Definitely will be here again if I ever have the chance.
Nice place to relax in koh samet, close to the pier and great staff. Breakfast is ok not addressed to Western people but nice by the seafront. We'll be back you can breathe peace in this place and their rates are fair.
If you like peace suggested here, far from the community (should prepare snacks-drinks.) front have a beach to play water, if going out the other going to a store to rent a motorcycle nearby.
Room had the smell of one, there's the pool ... the staff not have service mind, find, beautiful, fight, the, uh.. no.

Rooms have a decent view from upper levels and pool is ok. Beach is long and beautiful but the beach area in front of this hotel was quite dirty
Across the road from the beach with a very low price so location is fantastic. Rooms are clean and large but check that everything works before getting comfortable.
I had good impressions from my stay: very friendly staff, hearty breakfasts, the location is generally cool - the beach and the sea begin across the road
Advantages of the hotel: good location, across the road is the beach, clear sea water, clean beach. Disadvantages: The accommodation is quite old and not clean. If it were renovated it would be better.
I was in this hotel with friends 8 years ago and wanted to return. I was surprised by the beach, it became very clean, but it was a garbage dump. Clear water and an ideal shore for long barefoot walks
It feels like the renovation and furniture are “tired,” but you quickly stop noticing it. I was very surprised by the oilcloth-covered mattresses - these are not wards for bedridden patients

Near the beach, quiet, there is a restaurant in front of the accommodation. The rooms are comfortable and shady.
This is literally my most favorite hotel. Prime and peaceful location across from the beach. Great resturant and pool on-site. The staff and family-owned and operated business goes above and beyond to meet guests needs
Although a little tired, their charm and sea view make them recommendable. There is no lift & the bed is low on the floor, making getting out of bed potentially tricky for anyone less able
We really liked the location and the sea. We were checked in quickly and ahead of time. The room itself is old, lots of mosquitoes, we left bitten. The room is dusty, they didn't clean it even once in 4 nights.
My partner and I ended up staying 5 additional days and the resort was incredibly accommodating. Bike rentals down the road, town nearby, great parks, and lovely coast
Building was deigned by a female architect and is such a unique design for the area

A quite get-away spot. Rooms are quite large and clean. Staff treated me very well and the restaurant served decent meals. And during high tide, the sea reaches up to the restaurant!
Baan ploy samed is better- if you can afford it. Situated near sai kaew, yet much more quite at night. Little beach, little swimming pool, ok staffs and breakfast.
Quiet beach nice atmosphere. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is nice, good service
If you looking for quiet place to enjoy the view this is the place, but if you want some fun or long Beach you will be disappointed. The service and staff are very good consider this is a hotel run by Thai.
Northern part of island, can't do the beach there because it's not nice but great room and resort. Easy to get around. I love
This place does not have a beach, its a rocky hill that is on one corner of the beach quite far away from the happening. It is pretty nice and quiet tho

The Restaurant was one of the better we tried on Ko Samet. Room/bungalow was nice and close to the beach. Beach is more or less private and thus very calm.

It’s a quiet and nice place, and it’s worth to upgrade from the garden room to the beach front bungalow. The food is a bit expensive and so-so.. Go to the restaurant next door for lunch/dinner..👌🏽
Nice private beach, good coffee cafe and bar. Everything is pricey here - recommend to buy snacks and drinks at 7-11 or pier before go to island. A la carte breakfast only!
And the few things there are, such as swimming pool with bar stools for an aperitif and lights, are not exploited. A minimum of entertainment would not be bad

It was not far to walk to the beach either, the beach is not busy and the waters is clean. Great place to stay for a few hours. The resort has its own restaurant, food is tasty and service very friendly
Quiet and big resort, good restaurant, great apartments and houses with everything you need, and several activities including a big spa and massage wellness center and big pools
There are several different kind of accomodations on this resort. We had book a big thai pool villa for the 8 of us. The villa was huge and so lovely, had all we needed
The beach is beautiful and very long and is right outside the resort. The prices are very reasonable as well. I've never had anything to complain about

This place is a gem, due to a sea wall the was built a few years ago right next to its property, the hotel end up with one of the biggest and cleanest beach in this area, island level
I was able to chill by the beach drinking beers while watch my kids play in the sand, sea, soccer, beach volleyball, kayak, paddle board, etc
The approaching beach also looks rather messy although the resort had gone to great efforts to clean their section of the beach and was very well looked after
Club Med on a budget!!! If you have kids and looking for a budget friendly beach front hotel with tons of activities, this is the place to go

We seemed to be the only people in the resort as the beach was deserted and many of the neighbouring resorts seem to be closed or about to open

Really nice apartment, for 4 persons (2 queen size beds). Clean and quiet, with mosquito protective windows. The swimming pool is awesome. 5 min to the sea by foot but the beach is not always clean.
The pros of the hotel: calm, a lot of greenery, few people on the beach, the sea is calm, without waves, the pool is not bad, you can take towels without cards, the rooms are large
The perfect hotel for a secluded, quiet getaway! Friendly helpful helpful staff. Delicious (not spicy) food, freshly squeezed juices for breakfast, plenty of fruits. Clear deep sea. Great restaurant, live music.
We went in October and very few guests or residents so had pool to ourselves. Ideal location for us, away from hustle and bustle but 5 min away when we wanted busier. Delicious and plentiful food near by

An absolute oasis in Rayong! Everything is top notch from the comfortable rooms, to the beautiful garden and pool. BBQ and breakfast were superb. Art lessons and creative spaces complete the stay
Rooms are spacious, beds very comfortable, a nice pool, and a beautiful sunset beach only a short walk away. We went from strangers to friends to family by the time we left
I was the first time in Thailand and had such an easy start of the holiday with Elsie and her open guests. She took me with her drawing to the marshlands for sunset
So if you are not into another tropical beach, go there. The bungalow rooms are cosy decorated, clean and wonderful. Every wish is taken care for at the breakfast
Best place ever!! This art retreat is great, and Elsie, a very kind woman, is a great host for all of this. She has some friendly dogs, and the food she makes, as well as our this area is fantastic!!! Highly recommend

Old Hotel, Thai standard, good location, no WiFi in the 5th floor, tv with only thai channels, thai stile breakfast, we changed room three times in one week, some technical faults during our stay but the staff repaired them quickly
It seems tourists from all over Thailand come to this hotel to see the ocean and party for a night. Then the next day they get on the bus and head home again. The staff was friendly and helpful

highlight is the bridge, jutting out into the sea The entrance to the walk is quite far, great views, all rooms large swimming pool with two pool Fitness center a bit small
But that's ok I'm on Thai time. Got a burger and 5 beers and a chocolate cake. Cost 1200 baby or close to $40. They also let me swim in there pool which is spectacular overlooking the ocean
Many visitors enjoy relaxing by the pool, exploring the nearby beaches, and indulging in the various dining options available at the hotel
This hotel is located in a hide away location so having a own transport a must. Positives: quiet location, private beach quiet environment. Sea view Could be improved: quality of rooms, value for money, breakfast
Beautiful, private resort on the beach. It says it is a 4-star hotel, but it could easily be a 5-star. It is a very large, classy resort with a variety of amenities. It was designed to be quite luxurious
The only downside I could point out was the beach. It's very sad to see so much rubbish. it could have been better maintained, but it seems like no one really cares to clean it
