Did not get a room here. Just visited to have lunch. Service was slow for sure. But that's ok I'm on Thai time. I expect it. Got a burger and 5 beers and a chocolate cake. Cost 1200 baby or close to $40. They also let me swim in there pool which is spectacular overlooking the ocean. They have 3 pools. Kids pool adult pool. And a medium pool.

We recently celebrated our wedding at the resort. Beautiful spot for pictures , food was fantastic. Lots of stairs , not a problem for us…. We never saw any monkeys. Rooms were spotless, views were amazing Very quiet, I felt sorry for lack of guests but seems to be common outside of busy cities. Staff were attentive but wine selection was one white, one red and Prosecco. We will go back for anniversaries...

Beautiful, private resort on the beach. It says it is a 4-star hotel, but it could easily be a 5-star. It is a very large, classy resort with a variety of amenities. It was designed to be quite luxurious. Excellent breakfast and food in general. Very reasonable prices too for such privacy and class. This hotel is located in a hide away location so having a own transport a must. Positives: quiet location, private beach quiet environment. Sea view Could be improved: quality of rooms, value for money, breakfast. Room cleanliness, beach cleanliness. Parking is very far from the hotel so is a trouble during rains.

The location of this hotel is just stunning! Right next to the national park. It's peaceful and quiet and you can really relax here. It's also very close to Koh Samet, so a day trip can be easily arranged. The only downside I could point out was the beach. It's very sad to see so much rubbish... it could have been better maintained, but it seems like no one really cares to clean it. Apart from that...

Across the road from the beach with a very low price so location is fantastic. Rooms are clean and large but check that everything works before getting comfortable.

3 stars hotel at Rayong beach. 900฿ per room (for 1 night) includes breakfast, but the breakfast is bad because , had only few menu and long for waiting.

Stayed here pre covid and it was fantastic. Went back a few weeks ago and it had been let go. Although it had been freshly painted on the outside it was poorly done in my opinion and the rooms were not clean at all. The staff seamed to be uninterested in helping as well. I was disappointed as I loved going here because of the location.

The staff is friendly, helpful. Food is average. Beautiful view from the Windows of the forest and the lake. I would give the hotel 3 stars. Nice pool.

Maid service every day. The rooms are spacious. There is a small pool with a sea view on the 3rd floor with 2 tables and 2 loungers. Large balconies.

There is a pool on the third floor. They have breakfast for all the guests and room service. Also it is right next to the beach.

Fantastic Resort in a huge Land with adventurous Jungle - Landscape. I was very surprised about this Resort. Will come back to stay for some Nights there. Have a lot of Restaurant and a big Waterpark. Family friendly Rooms with seperate Child Bed.

Kids loved the water park which was practically empty and the setting and no of attractions makes it a great place for a day out.

Incredible complex of the most remarkable jungle walks through trees water exotic buildings until you reach the restaurant area that is magnificent for around 300 diners in design and menu. It's a must visit for families with hotel facilities as well near the centre of Rayong. A remarkable memorable experience. John

Very very greenish greenery vibe place to visit and very good taste of their foods especially Wild food. Good place to be here and immerse yourself in the atmosphere that is very natural.

We eat there was very awesome and beautiful very friendly people working nice music no a bad word about this place will certainly come back loved it the food and everything thank you for giving me and my partner a great memory

We went there for a night and really enjoyed it. Rooms are spacious and clean. AC is working and the staff gave us a welcome drink as soon as we arrived. A much recommended place to relax and stay for holidays.

Very quiet. Short walk to the beach. Two swimming pools. Very limited food options on premises and about 2.5 restaurants nearby. For anything else you need to rent a scooter or walk some considerable distance. Rooms are spacious. TV never worked, WiFi signal is weak and unstable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Booked for 2 nights, stayed for 5. Great pools and sunbeds, lovely staff, tasty food and cocktails. We rented a scooter for a couple of days so we could go to the beaches. It's away from the main town which suited us. There's a great little restaurant just down the road if you don't want to eat at Pandora (which does do great food). We were upgraded when we checked in so had lovely spacious rooms right...

Everything was wonderful ! Responsive staff , managers , excellent bartender ! Very spacious resort ! Two swimming pools , a place to relax ! A little far from the central beach - this is probably the only negative , everything else is fine😜

A quite get-away spot. Rooms are quite large and clean. Staff treated me very well and the restaurant served decent meals. And during high tide, the sea reaches up to the restaurant!

An excellent little resort. The rooms are clean and spacious, fantastic shower and a clean bathroom. The food we had as part of a package was really good, plenty of choice. This place does not have a beach, its a rocky hill that is on one corner of the beach quite far away from the happening. It is pretty nice and quiet tho

Northern part of island, can't do the beach there because it's not nice but great room and resort. Easy to get around. I love

If you looking for quiet place to enjoy the view this is the place, but if you want some fun or long Beach you will be disappointed. The service and staff are very good consider this is a hotel run by Thai.

Baan ploy samed is better- if you can afford it. Situated near sai kaew, yet much more quite at night. Little beach, little swimming pool, ok staffs and breakfast.

I love the room. It's modest but on point. You can see the clear blue sky and the sea just from the window of the room. Definitely will be here again if I ever have the chance.

Nice place to relax in koh samet, close to the pier and great staff. Breakfast is ok not addressed to Western people but nice by the seafront. We'll be back you can breathe peace in this place and their rates are fair.

Room had the smell of one, there's the pool ... the staff not have service mind, find, beautiful, fight, the, uh.. no.

If you like peace suggested here, far from the community (should prepare snacks-drinks.) front have a beach to play water, if going out the other going to a store to rent a motorcycle nearby.

Great sea view just cross the road. Rooms are very big and clean. Suitable both short and long stay. Best price in the area.

Old villa hotel but the room is well renovated. For sea view room, probably you have to be on the 4th fl. Ato reall6 see the sea. Locayed at the remoted area at the end of the beach so you better come by car. Otherwise only one or two places to eat.

Very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff that fulfills all your wishes. The beach is great, clean and really large! You'll definitely find a spot where you can relax the sun and enjoy the warm water on your own because there are not so many tourist as in Pattaya. Thank you for the great stay! There are several different kind of accomodations on this resort. We had book a big thai pool villa for the 8 of us. The villa was huge and so lovely, had all we needed. We celebrated my brother’s birthday and the party and our own cabaree show took places in our own yard. Our villa had a big yard, a great pool that we used all the time. We had a great stay,however the facilities are not the most new. The beach was great,staff very friendly and we had an overall good stay.

The condos are starting to show their age , but are well maintained and clean There is a popular restaurant right next door . The views are great depending on the floor and room position. Rayong is very quiet even now at the start of high season . Relaxing

I have stayed in VIP Chain Resort several times, and I always enjoy the place. Quiet and big resort, good restaurant, great apartments and houses with everything you need, and several activities including a big spa and massage wellness center and big pools. The beach is beautiful and very long and is right outside the resort. The prices are very reasonable as well. I've never had anything to complain...

I stayed here for 2 month with my family. The location was great for me. Always quite and close to the beach.

Nice pool area, nice restaurant just at the entrance to the condominium and supernice beach just 50 meters from the entrance.

The most excellent place. The only thing I can’t say about the hotel is that I rented a villa here. The service and sea here are superb. Most importantly the service is excellent

The place is very nice if you have private transportation and very good for families.Quiet neighborhood with great beaches.However the facilities are a bit old and the swimming pool is kind of small,besides that the staff is very friendly and speaks English.The place has security guards and overall very safe.

Breakfast is disgusting, Internet-paid, very thoughtful. Quietly, calmly, but a second visit will not.

Huge bed, the air con worked great, quiet till sundown, then started to notice the hookers coming out of rooms. It was a great spot for people watching, and a short walk to the pier. Definitely recommend booking online because it was half the price the lady at the desk told us

There are some really harsh reviews on here! For what it is the place is perfect, clean, comfortable and cheap. Good central location very close to the pier but set away from the main road. I can’t understand all the negative reviews. It is clearly budget accommodation so if that’s what you’re expecting you will be 100% satisfied!

This resort is good for a stopover night before you go to Koh Samed. They have basic rooms with aircon, tv & hot-shower and also bungalows. Car-parking is also available at 100-baht per day, when you visit Koh Samed. There is also a noodle shop and cafe at the entrance.

We arrived 1am with a booking done hour before and everything went well! Room was simplistic and just what we needed. Great value for money!

Decent place for staying. Take a bike from the pier to travel here. Value for money place with decent breakfast. Cafe is a bit expensive

Nice private beach, good coffee cafe and bar. Everything is pricey here - recommend to buy snacks and drinks at 7-11 or pier before go to island. A la carte breakfast only!

It’s a quiet and nice place, and it’s worth to upgrade from the garden room to the beach front bungalow. The food is a bit expensive and so-so.. Go to the restaurant next door for lunch/dinner..👌🏽

The resort is great everything you need, quiet and relaxing. Beautiful scenery. The only two minuses are that the breakfast is to small, and no buffet, just few fruits. The other that they do not speak English.

Greate private beach! Everything looks taking care, good nice place with a lot of flowers and trees. Looks calm. Beach has facilities for kids and companies. Have fool sized volleyball playground. For sure great place for medium range customers

Great little place at the end of the beach! Pool, sand, and playground are amazing if you have little ones. The beach is super wide here with a volleyball net. The beach drops quickly at the water and it's not the greatest ocean swimming, but it's great I'd just want to sit at the shore.

Fantastic resort for those people trying to get away from the madding crowd. Top class hosts and value for money. Resort kept to very high standards no expense spared. Load to do in the area which is very safe to be in. Ross the owners partner very knowledgeable all thing Rayong and Thailand. 100% gentlemen.

Beautiful bungalows in a very clean garden but the beach is full of rubbish and behind the resort is a fish food factory from where you can smell very bad sometimes in the middle of the night. It's a good hide away place when you have a moto bike.

Definition of Paradise! Practically we are on the Middle of the River and Thai Gulf; In case you need Some thing the Staff are there for you" They are warm people ... If you need Calm and Serenity go for it! don't doubt.
