Sorry to spill the beans but we couldn’t get any tea or coffee in this hotel. The lady looking after the property was claiming because of low season, it wasn’t available. That would be OK in normal circumstances, but hardly anywhere open in the area (and she knew that)

It's a private B&B in a remote countryside, far away from the municipal pier! It’s 8 kilometers away, and you have to take a 150 Thai tuk-tuk to find it! The surrounding environment is very poor, it is a rural area! There are no restaurants to eat in the wilderness! During my three-day stay, the water was shut off twice! The landlady said the water pump was broken! No wonder there is a big bucket in...

This is the place you want to be if you want easy access to the beach, but at the same time be away from the noise of the road and the bars. The place has a super chef. They know the area well and are happy to take you on an excursion. We will definitely be back, thanks to the staff at Laemya Inn for a great stay ☺👍

I have been travelling around thailand for many years now and was so impressed with this little gem of a place that I had to write a small review. Such friendly and helpful staff whom are always welcoming with smiles and chatting even though my Thai is limited. Family hotel run by friendly dutch people. Basic but very clean at democratic prices. Child- and pet friendly.

Awesome atmosphere, great food in a idylic tranquil surroundings. Cold beers with good music. The name has now changed to Relax Inn.

Perfect staging hotel before catching the boat over to Koh Samed. Clean rooms with large bathrooms. Construction is very good. Staff are friendly and the location also has an adjoining beer garden and bar.

The cheapest we found in Koh Samet yet way better than some more expensive ones. Not crowded and the beach can be all yours! Just the breakfast that could have been better. But we get what we pay so fair enough.

Great place, beautiful bungalows, away from the hustle and hustle so you can sleep in peace but still close enough to get to the center of activity in just a short 15 minute walk. The owner ist super friendly and gave me great recommendations on where to find the restaurats that are frequented by the locals. I loved it there!

Quite but not isolated. Only 400m to 7 11. Small beach with bungalows set back with a nice bar serving cold beer.

The accommodation is very good, very clean. All the staff are lovely, not difficult to find, near the beach, with breakfast and motorcycles for a very modern loft style room. On the day we went, they allowed us to check in first, very kind. Next round, if going to Samet, would probably stay here as usual.

Pee Cherry is good-natured, gives good advice, speaks well. The accommodation is okay, the bathroom is spacious, the air conditioner is cold, the water flows strong, there is a refrigerator, a water heater is provided. Breakfast is a la carte pork and chicken. I ordered crispy pork for an additional 20 baht. The food was delicious 👍

Simple design and cheap price. I love this private place. But because of location, scenery is not good and also there are many bugs.

I stayed 3 weeks here. Very nice place, few minutes to the beach. Good amenities and super nice hosts. Can recommend Baan Minnie very much.

The bedroom is really clean, spacious and has everything we need. 3 minutes from the beach so couldn't be better. Mark is a great host too, I highly recommend Bann Minnie.

Awesome kind owner with three amazing dogs who will gladly be your friend if you'd like. 4 big beds and two bathrooms. Kitchen and grill outside. We will be back at some point!

I would say this is probably a two-star guest house I was a little bit disappointed when I arrived it is a little worn but because of the location in the price point I ended up really enjoying my time there. A nice clean place. Have used this hotel many times when visiting Ko Samed. There are plenty of places nearby to get breakfast and evening meals and drinks.

The room is on Sai Kaew Beach, 200 meters from the sea, 550 meters from Na Dan Pier, within walking distance. The owner talks well, prepares everything well. Prepare breakfast as well. Staying in a room for 3 people is considered very good value, clean, soft bed, good size. Accommodation will hide inside. Is to look through the channel to see the name of the resort in English attached.

Yeah it's not bad. I don't like the glass doors as a front door to your room, but the room itself is clean and the apartment is in a good enough location.

Not a bad island hotel. 5 minutes to 7/11 leisurely. Plus 2 minutes to the beach. Inconvenient to walk in the heat. Very narrow street. But this is not a disadvantage of the hotel. Cleaning is normal, linen is changed every day. Wi-Fi is average, TV only Thai channels. They give a beach bag and a towel. Very convenient 👍

Room is nice, quite cheap look but it's the Samet style. Bathroom is united, so you shower next to the toilet. Miss Hong provides beach towels, so that's a plus. No need to buy them or wash your own. Lots of lizards create homely atmosphere (they were in common area, not in rooms). Coffee shop is closed, so can't have breakfast in the building. Water pressure is good. Noise from the street is loud...

A small, neat hotel. Situated 10 minutes from the beach, if through the territory of the Winkks hotel then a little faster. There are no balconies, but on the top floor there are ropes with clothespins, you can dry your clothes. Every day a bottle of water and instant coffee. For a short rest it is not bad at all.

I liked everything, both the location and the cleanliness. Individual split system, large bed, lots of pillows. Water and coffee were replenished every day. There are beach towels and even a formal beach bag. From the pier 10 minutes walk with 2 children and a large suitcase.

My friends stayed in another property in the same community and it was about 30% less expensive, it also was double the size in terms of guests capacity. Everything was more modern and nicer. We just booked this one because there was no other option. But good overall

Great Villa for family holiday.

Wonderful area for living along a 13 km long beach. Keep in mind that this is a private residential area. Some house owners rent out their houses on a day by day basis.

Great Holiday home Comfortable , Fully furnished and cleanliness 9.3 Great holiday home with a separate living area and fully equipped kitchen. The roof top deck was a perfect place for hangout. We also enjoyed having access to the pool , tennis court and fitness on site. A lot of seafood & local food around the villa. highly recommend for your family & friends

The rooms are okay. No water pressure in the shower. The owner gives you the feeling to be undesirable. Relatively close to the beach.

It’s my second time staying here. This hotel saved the day, because we had a horrible experience with another hotel and came here in the morning. They let us check in at 8am! Rooms are clean and very decent. They did some renovations, everything is freshly painted, repaired. its a great place for quite cheap

Had an amazing night here with excellent food , cheap beverages and friendly staff . From Morn the Boss to Tao , Em , Philm , Frame and Pear .. they all welcomed us and enjoyed our night which I think ended up around 2am . Can’t wait to get back again one day . Kob Kuhn Krup ! Very nice place ??! Spent x-mas weekend there 2017. Clean & nice rooms in roomy huts which been renovated not long ago (the looks of it). Got a good price, 1200 Baht / night but no breakfast included. Beach is close, just opposite the hotel, only downside is that the road passes in between. And the place is built on a slope so if you're unlucky you'll have a long way up every time ? But good exercise...

The Bungalows are quite new and nice. The internet is good. This is on a hill. So keep that in mind as the steps are quite steep. I liked ascending to my bungalow in the back. If you don't want to climb ask for a bungalow in the front. The restaurant is good. Next door (Jep's) is a good choice too. The interaction with the staff was fine. They do seem a bit burned out though. Very quiet at the back...

Wonderful for its price. The stadard rooms are situated on the steep hillside. The rooms are recently renovated and has a very clean toilet. A good café near the front beach, overall well managed. They make rooms everyday which I did not even expected. (Downer: They should buy new mini fridges though. And the front desk staffs should boost up a bit more of the CS Minds) Higly recommandable!
