We stayed only 1 night and I myself like the overall of property. The garden is well-maintained and the property itself is clean.
The room we stayed is very nice decorated, good size with great view of the lake at the balcony. The lounge area is big and so comfortable. Staffs are very helpful. Thank you all for your good job.

I am writing this review to express my opinions, this hotel was beautiful,clean and the staff was lovely however I was disappointed by the all inclusive menu. When they gave us a regular menu it was full of amazing choices but we had to tell the staff working there that we paid all inclusive and they gave us a different menu, the all inclusive menu was disappointing compared to the normal menu because there was limited options of what to eat or drink. Another thing about the hotel that I found quite disappointing was that there was a hospitality lounge but when me and my daughter went up to it to ask for some medicine they recommended to go to the reception, my daughter had a headache and wanted some painkillers so we went to the lobby and asked a staff if it was possible to get any but she told us that we had to go to the canal village and get some from a pharmacy. Overall I would say this hotel was good and the staff was amazing especially these two girls at the lobby bar (they definitely need a raise) but the hotel can improve on some stuff.

- Great resort for families, with many pools, beachfront with clean sea, recommended.
- staff are welcoming and supportive. Explaination all clear by them
- took two bedroom suite and was so good and wide. They arranged the bed for third children in good manner.
- Swimming pools are so wonderful and children enjoyed them.
- water sport activities was good and thanks to staff for their coordination.
- Beach with chairs, towels arranged very well by resort staff.
- Breakfast in the two restaurants have variety of food for the family.
- Clean rooms
- easy check in and checkout
- Good kids club activities for children, thanks for the staff.

- all beds are movable, not stable, not a choice to set back and read or watch. I didn't see in any Resort in my life beds are moving by wheels.

Staff as were lovely and very welcoming. Rooms were lovely and clean but the hot water wasn’t very good. Hotel was showing signs of it being a bit run down in places. They did seem to be be working on this. Also construction work going on other hotels and at the beach with piling sounds all day. Only major complaint was it was very costly drinks and food with service charges added to every order. We are always happy to tip staff and found this service charge unnecessary. Lots of mosquitos be warned. ! Great taxi service to town also.

Staff is excellent and that can really make a difference. This resort is big. If you get a room by the lobby area, not the beach, it's cheaper of course but it seems like a hike to the beach and pool. Rooms that have direct access to the pool seem cool, however, I imaging you would always have people swimming outside your sliding door at any time the pool is open. Our room was a nice size but shower lacked pressure and wasn't hot enough. This became a little annoying. The overall location, this is where I'm not sure as we could have just had an unlucky weather system when we were there, 4 days late July. "No swimming" flags up the whole time on the beach. Fortunately for us, we had a boat tour, elephant tour, cooking class, stuff like that as we're not actually beach people. Otherwise would have been really disappointed. Despite that, I wonder if Bang Tao is the best option even if the weather was stellar. I didn't want to stay at Patong for its appeal to tourists and red light style, but maybe Karon beach would be worth considering. Although an hour or more from the airport, probably worth it to be closer to marina, Old Town, and other sights.

Hotel is modern and beautiful. The service is magnificent. Workers are really kind and helped my elderly father a lot. E.g drove him directly to our bungalow with the cart, helped him with the stairs

Super friendly and helpful staff, so many water activities, large swimming pool and amazing spa! There are also a various type of food to choose. I definitely recommend sailing in the lagoon. It was fun!

We can relax while stay here, especially BED is very good. We can sleep well all night. Buffet Breakfast is nice too like food market. Varieties of food. Staff is so kind..

Truly an amazing hotel that is great for the whole family. Really nice breakfast, really nice kids play area and activity center and awesome pools! If you have the chance and resorts are your thing, definitely check this place out!
