- The rooms have sewer smells that at times becomes terribly unpleasant even with the wc doors closed - Beach restaurant does not serve food, just snacks and since they removed the shadow from the pool the sun is unbearable - Food in the inside pool is expensive, low quality and quantity

Staff is excellent and that can really make a difference. If you get a room by the lobby area, not the beach, it's cheaper of course but it seems like a hike to the beach and pool

Great room overlooking the main pool, helpful, friendly staff, right on Bangtao beach, restaurants up & down the beach & the road behind the beachfront hotels has quite a few restaurants to choose from

I would recommend a scooter to get to the surrounding areas & beaches. Only complaint is no bacon at breakfast

Tons of free lounge chairs in shady area near the beach with tons of massage, drink, and food options nearby. Unfortunately some parts of the rooms are in need of maintenance and our hot water was inconsistent

Great resort for a family vacation. A bit too far from any local facilities, but the sea, the beach and pools are just wonderful.

The hotel looks old, some rooms are more modernized and are nice. It's a good option if you want a beach hotel.

One pool is missing, the rooftop pool is dirty, laundry is advertised as same day if before 10am. Only to be recieved the following day around 6pm. The view from the rooms is an absolute stunning view

Breakfast was included so I went but was very bad, ice cold and didn't find any milk for the coffee. Pool bar was never open, thinking in December it would have been open being a busy time

The hotel overlooks the south end of the beach, there is a short walkway down to the beach that is easy and accessible during the day, at night it is dark and the alternative is to walk on the road

Just a short stroll from the beautiful beach. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment with a plunge pool and lived every minute of it. The hotel has a huge pool that my children enjoyed using in addition to the plunge pool

Very charming hotel 5mins walk to Surin Beach The hotel is very pleasant. Everyone was very welcoming and we loved the pool area the most. Its 5 min walk to Surin Beach; very nice sandy beach

We only ate breakfast and had cocktails there, but it was very good and they had both Western and Thai options. It is a short walk to Surin beach with all of its vendor stalls

A team of cleaners come in and clean the apartment so well and so quickly. Beach towels are provided for use in the outside area and are replaced daily

The reception area and the restaurant are all outside and are beautifully landscaped and are basically contiguous with the pool

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and our stay was wonderful. The hotel and staff are so welcoming and everyone is incredibly helpful. They even helped us book a boat tour on short notice

The area around the condo is beautiful and well maintained. There’s a nice swimming pool available and a laundry room downstairs

Highly recommended this place for a short visit but keep in mind that cleaning and electricity fees are not included and you will have to pay them upon checkout or they will be deducted from your cash deposit you are required to submit at the reception when it’s open or upon checking in

I stayed at this condo for a couple of nights on my business trip. The condo is located in the center of Laguna Phuket so everything which Bang Tao might offer is pretty close. The room was clean and well designed

I arrived late in the evening when there was no one at the reception but it wasn’t an issue as I informed them via WhatsApp and they put a room key into a small safety box hanging on the room door

Prices are quite high, but off season you are greeted with decent prices for the room itself. The restaurant is good, although quite expensive

Location of hotel is less than ideal but they have a shuttle to beach. Everything else is very nice.

No good breakfast; old rooms and very poor service. This hotel is overpriced for the quality which is offered. Good thing is the location nearby Surin Beach and the hotel water / pool area with slides.

There was a staff member who I forgot to get her name but she helped us check in smoothly and even helped us with ordering room service late at night because we were hungry (our flight was delayed and we didn’t get to The Pavilions until 11:15pm – room service finishes at 11:30pm)

It was our first time in Phuket, my partner and I cannot express just how wonderful our stay was with The Pavilions Phuket! We were taken aback by just how big the resort was and how we had to take a buggy to get around – we felt so pampered and spoiled

We had our own private outdoor area with a private pool, the living room with its big spacious sofa bed, the bedroom with a big comfy bed and the spacious bathroom

We went to the morning breakfast buffet at the Firefly restaurant every morning that we were there, and the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs

The hotel staff is very welcoming, the Thai style rooms are independent, the greenery is rich, very beautiful, there is a swimming pool, the hotel has a cute orange cat, the location is quite good, it is close to Bangtao Beach, there is a 711 nearby, and it is convenient to restock

👀 Haha, so when I made the reservation, I specifically reminded it that it was a birthday trip, hoping to have a good experience🥰 They were also very considerate and even gave me a birthday card as a souvenir, as well as fragrant Thai flower skewers! 🌺 In addition, the ancient-style cabin has a large swimming pool as soon as it opens the door, which is very relaxing

The beach and shops are just a few minutes walk away. If you are going to the Bangtao Muay Thai and MMA gym this is located next to it but far enough away to not hear the noise

Excellent location close to the beach. 7 eleven very close for anything you might need. Loved the style of the rooms, felt very authentic. I didn’t use the pool so I can’t comment on that but it looked rather small

The breakfast was varied and delicious (the avocado toast and bagel were in particular really good). It also has a spa and an out door pool. You can eat inside but also on the beach, even for dinner

Fabulous little cottages set in beautiful greenery right by the most gorgeous private beach. The sunsets in particular were amazing

Comfy and clean with a small swimming pool and just 100m from the beach! Unfortunately the area is relatively dead compared to the other beaches in Phuket, and it's hard to get around without expensive Grabs/Bolts or tuktuks

You cannot put tissue in the toilet, the shower holder didn't work in either room, but other than that, it was lovely! Fantastic location if you want a quiet almost private beach, 7 eleven basically next door, massage and restaurants basically next door also

Overall, the location and staff are great, rooms are a little dated but size is good. If you plan to do excursions, you will most likely have to travel at least 20mins to any other meaningful location

I booked a villa with 4 rooms., kitchen, and private pool.Quite disappointed hotel do not provide scissor for kitchen use. There's washing machine but no laundry detergent.

The strangest bit was the massive lake near the communal pool & restaurant - it was horrible to look at and totally brown & dirty (of course, this would have been from the recent rain), but it's so strange to have the obvious 'feature' of the whole place something that can't be kept looking nice

I stayed here with a group of friends - it was fine. everything looks great (which is nice) - nice villas, nice finishes inside, the private pool was great

The Villas are located in the middle of NOWHERE - the only options for other things to do that aren't a long journey are within the group of hotels in that area. So all touristy & over-priced

Some things I wasn't happy with - the kitchen facilities were terrible - there's only one close restaurant, so for a one week stay we wanted to use our kitchen, but it was almost unusable

The swimming pool was on a cool side for us but the beach across the street was so wonderful, never overcrowded and the ocean was always warm and superbly clean

Absolutely brilliant! I loved it and the staff were so incredibly friendly. I stayed in the Surin room which was beautiful! The amenities were great as well. The pool setting was great and the restaurant was nice too

A little bit pricey considering Twin Palms is right next door and is similar in price! One thing is that there is no gym! Sadly ): It would be nice if they supplied a voucher or discount for the Gym next door which is great! I will be back though! And use Twin Palms gym as well as eat there

Facilities - good pool, clean rooms however WiFi isn’t great, not consistent (once connected it often loses connection) and we did get locked out of our rooms on one occasion however the staff were quick to resolve this

When difficulties arose, the office always helped me directly and looked for solutions. Furthermore the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, the beds are comfortable for sleeping and there is also a pool

The location territorially by bike is gorgeous. There is a cafe under the hotel - open daily. You can rent a bike at the hotel without a deposit - very convenient. Our balcony overlooked the parking lot, floor 1

Pros - price, dishes, internet available. Review Room condition - tired furniture, unpleasant odors. Cleaning - the room is cleaned every 3 days. Thin walls, audibility from the corridors or neighboring rooms

The manager responds quickly - but to no avail. They took the deposit in new dollars and returned the old ones. You also need to pay a deposit of 5,000 baht. Water in the room - only upon check-in

Nobody warns about the number of floors. The air conditioner did not work. They came to fix it - it did not help. Constant swings with the manager. They refused to give a new room
