I was a truly pleasant experience at the Angsana Hotel. It was our wedding anniversary, and I requested the front desk staff to chill a bottle of champagne as a surprise for my husband while we were out

The shuttle bus only dropped off / picked up outside the lagoon certain times this needs to be running more often. It was too far away from things for our liking however the resort was big and beautiful staff

We stayed in the loft It wasn’t ideal lugging suitcases upstairs and the lights were problematic. We couldn’t get them to turn off. No complementary bottles of water

Breakfast is international with everying you need like croissants, bread pudding, rice dishes, fresh fruits, etc. The main point to come here however is the wonderful beach club, with live DJs several days a week

Great hotel and the service is good, the rooftop pool and fitness room and also first floor with a private pool, but the location is too far away from entertainment, price above average

Location of hotel is less than ideal but they have a shuttle to beach. Everything else is very nice.

So keep in mind that in the "off season" it will be boring. The rooftop pool is also not pleased, cold and not a soul wasn't there. If not renting a car would be very sad at this hotel

The only downsides were that the local mini mart was closed and poorly stocked, from the look of it. The nearest convenience store is a ten minute walk away, which isn't bad but not extremely convenient

The main car park is 100m to the right of the main entrance. ALLAMANDA 2 and ALLAMANDA 3. are separate condo buildings across the main road, and face EAST, and to the Golf course

There was a staff member who I forgot to get her name but she helped us check in smoothly and even helped us with ordering room service late at night because we were hungry (our flight was delayed and we didn’t get to The Pavilions until 11:15pm – room service finishes at 11:30pm)

It was our first time in Phuket, my partner and I cannot express just how wonderful our stay was with The Pavilions Phuket! We were taken aback by just how big the resort was and how we had to take a buggy to get around – we felt so pampered and spoiled

We had our own private outdoor area with a private pool, the living room with its big spacious sofa bed, the bedroom with a big comfy bed and the spacious bathroom

In Bangtao Beach Phuket this is one of the best budget small hotel. Just 100 meters away from the beach. Lovely service. For couples I would recommend Poolside Villas, they are specious👍👌

The location is right at the beach and conveniently close to everything you may want on a holiday. The pool is also very nice with a small pool for the little ones

You cannot put tissue in the toilet, the shower holder didn't work in either room, but other than that, it was lovely! Fantastic location if you want a quiet almost private beach, 7 eleven basically next door, massage and restaurants basically next door also

The rooms are a little tired, but the cleaning and service are at a high level. The pool is small and shallow, but with a slide. Very convenient with children. Prices in the Angsan restaurant, that is, expensive.

Rested in April 2018. The hotel is gorgeous. Clean. Comfortable. Small and cozy home. The buffet Breakfast is great! To sea five minutes. Magnificent Golf courses. Suggest who wants quiet comfort.

The hotel has large apartments with kitchen. A little worn, but overall clean and well kept. For vegans to eat fruits and vegetables for Breakfast. To sea need to go on a free Shuttle bus, on foot 15 minutes

You can sunbathe at the lake or the pool and watch the Golf club. The rest are mostly Russian and Chinese. Took a room on the first floor so it was convenient to go out to the pool

One word: Exceptional! Very relaxing place! Seeing the sea and hearing the waves are the pinnacle of having an exquisite vacation. A short walk away is a relatively quiet beach. Highly recommended!

Incredible views of surin beach, basic rooms, and a decent breakfast. You should rent a motorbike because walking into town is a bit unrealistic. No lunch or dinner on premises

Very nice sea view and can walk to the beach. There are many restaurants at the beach. About the hotel i think kinda old and towel also old should be change new one and got alot of bug although the windows are closed

Had a pool room which was awesome. Location can be a small hassle to walk down a few "flights" of steps to the beach, but on a quieter end of the beach which is nice

No restaurant in the resort for lunch or dinner, and an average breakfast was served. But there's a couple of good restaurants just round the corner, on the beach itself

The rooms are comfy, the bathroom is weirdly small but the view and access to the ocean makes up for it. Its on a quieter beach, no crazy crowds and fairly clean

I got to know a lot of the people who were staying there long term, and now they tell me that he new manager called Terence has been stopping their young kids from swimming in the pool (where they have been having swimming lessons), complaining about the kids' behaviour (which is never bad, they dont splash around, they just play hide and seek) and generally being rude to both the kids and the parents...

We had our own apartment which was great to have our own space. The apartment was lovely and big and also clean. The beds were comfortable and the hotel staff were delightful. The price of food and drinks wasn't too bad
