The hotel is in a quiet and picturesque part of the island, on the beach, in a pine grove. Recommend for a family holiday.
Built: 2003
Renovated: 2005
Location: 25 km from airport, 21 km from Patong beach on the West coast of Phuket, in Bang Tao Bay, on the coast.
Consists of five 4-storey Main Building and 2-storey building Villa Wing.
Total area: 22 400 m2.
The hotel has 235 rooms.
Beach: public, sandy beach 30 m away, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses - a fee, towels – free of charge.
We accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

On the hotel territory: conference halls: 1 (35-120 people), Spa, Laundry, restaurants: 2 (Thai and European cuisine), bars: 2 pools: 2 (open), bus to the city centre (to Patong)

Beautiful setting, resort is gorgeous. The room is big with everything you need. It is clean, comfortable, and spacious. The grounds are well maintained with clean pool areas. Staff are amazing and can't do enough for you. It's only our 3rd night, and we have fallen in love with this resort.
Would highly recommend it to everyone.

We arrived very late at night, so we didn’t have much time to inspect the room. However, today, when I went to make a cup of tea, I discovered an eaten apple left next to the teapots.
This raised concerns about the room's hygiene, so we contacted the reception. Unfortunately, their response was inadequate, and no action was taken.
The following day, we spoke with a staff member named David. He mentioned that they would investigate the door lock to determine if anyone had entered our room. After a few hours, David reported that no one had entered the room except us and implied that the apple's freshness indicated it hadn't been there for two days, indirectly suggesting we might have caused the issue.
We were already frustrated with the condition of the room, and the staff's dismissive attitude only added to our dissatisfaction.

We loved our stay and wished we were there longer. The resort feels like a 5 star hotel, not a 4 star. Everyone was so nice. The pool and spa were wonderful and the restaurant served a good buffet breakfast. Dinner was delicious and well priced. They had tons of lounge chairs overlooking the beach. I spent every evening relaxing looking at the ocean.
We would stay here again definitely. It is a family friendly resort and there was a good mix of tourists from everywhere.

The staff make this place absolutely wonderful. I asked on the first day if they could provide halal food,and they were happy to oblige. Breakfast was varied and great quality. Rooms spacious, modern, clean. Our rooms were upgraded without us requesting. Nothing is too much for the staff. Massage was relaxing and affordable. We had two,and why not, as so cheap compared to UK. Restaurants and bars and 7 11 opposite hotel. Beach, and pool,plenty of sunbeds and kept clean. The sea is a tiny polluted,so wear your swimming shoes to be safe.
Lots of excursion operators on main street outside hotel, so for us, this was a great location.

Perfect hotel for chilling and relaxing holidays! Away from crowded places. Beach front is really nice and quiet. A lot of nice restaurants around. It’s very clean. Daniel is the best person in whole hotel. Helping in any cases and situations.

A great hotel that I would definitely recommend for those wanting a chilled, relaxed stay by the pool/beach.
Rooms were excellent: spacious, well maintained, and comfortable.
Staff could not do enough for you - great advice,friendly, professional, and just so easy to talk to.
Food was excellent, with themed buffet options each night and accompanying entertainment (local Thai dancing a particular highlight). Cocktails were super cheap and delicious (two cocktails = less than £5 during happy hour!)
Pool area was massive (two pools, one more kid themed, and one with a swim up bar for adults), and great for swimming all day.
Beach and surrounding views were beautiful, with a couple of great beachfront restaurants to try if you wanted something different to eat.
The only thing to be aware of is the location - there isn't that much surrounding the hotel, aside from a few local shops and bars. It's also a good 30-40 mins taxi ride from Phuket proper.
However, if you are just looking to relax by the pool/beach, and each great food, I can't recommend this place enough.

We stayed here for 4 nights Bed & Breakfast & were upgraded. To say the room was an upgrade, it was in need of refurbishment. Also desperately needed a dehumidifier as the walls were soaking with water from the air con. The card holder hanging off the wall & everything a bit dated all around the hotel. However, the staff were pleasant, maid was actually amazing and the rooms cleaned daily’. Came back to an amazing “happy birthday” touch for my daughter’s room . Pools were ok. Prices weren’t too expensive in the hotel. Mini bar was restocked and prices reasonable (we dont drink alcohol). Beach unfortunately had a lot of litter washing up, however staff worked hard in the mornings to clean up. I would rate this as a 4 and no more.

We had an amazing experience during our 2 week stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Daniel was exceptional - regularly check how our stay was going and offering excellent suggestions for days out. Daniel is a real credit to the hotel! The location is also perfect: away from the chaos found at other resorts but close enough to atmospheric bars and restaurants if desired. We highly recommend staying at this hotel!

4 star for rooms as it’s a 4 star hotel - rooms are great and have conveniences such as a bar fridge, safe and ample storage. TV was a bit old though. Staff were incredibly nice and great to deal with. Location is amazing, had breakfast right by the beach each morning when I stayed! Overall I’d give it 5 stars, especially considering it was a reasonable price for the stay. Definitely recommend this place.

We loved it here. 2 beautiful Pools, very nice Location Beachfront, good Location in Bang Tao. Rooms very clean with good AC. Every Staff-Member is awesome! Everyone!! Especially the Staff who cleans the rooms and APPLE from Reception. She is Awesome!! 100 Percent recommend this Hotel and will be back.
