Hilton Garden Inn Phuket Bang Tao - SHA Extra Plus

Beautiful place… excellent service and staff.. always so polite and helpful.. a large group of us had booked the rooms for the Phuket Marathon. The hotel even prepared some bites for grab n go in the morning before the race and had extended breakfast hours till 11am to accommodate all participants. The view from the roof top pool deck is amazing.. they have shuttle service to neavy town.. will definitely book again.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The restaurant staff, and indeed all the staff, were really friendly. My only concern is the restaurant menu, which didn't have much variety and could use an update. Otherwise, this stay was good value for money.

My room was perfect, the service was enthusiastic. The restaurant had a selection of Western, Thai and other Asian food that I enjoyed. Location for me was also good. There is a Craft Beer Pub in the middle of Boat Avenue that had 20 beers on Tap. Within walking distance for me. Opens at 3pm.

it was such a good idea to book at this hotel. seems new. super friendly. very clean and lovely room. the fitness center is well equipped and it’s a short walk to a bunch of great restaurants and cafes. i came to Phuket to see a DJ at Cafe Del Mar on 10/05/2024. this was the perfect place to stay if you don’t want a beach resort. one thing i really appreciated was that the fellow in the restaurant said i could have coffee everyday from the espresso drink maker even though i did not buy the breakfast package. that was nice 🙏 i’ll stay here again for sure. local food place - The Siam Supper Club. go for oysters and steak and some good French wine! 🍷

Rooms are clean, roof top pool is great, all the staff are polite and very helpful.
They can get you taxis to popular attractions, and have a shuttle that runs from the hotel to the beach and to the town centre.

We had 4 great nights staying at the Hilton Gardens Inn. Every member of staff are exceptionally friendly, polite and full of smiles. The place is clean, well presented and well located to visit Bang Tao Laguna.

The food is nice and well presented, the only criticism is the coffee machines are slow so you need to be patient, especially when other guests are filling 2 & 3 cups.

Great location and amazing pool. Staff were great but it took a while to get things sent to the room. Breakfast was mid-tier (especially for coffee). Dinner at the restaurant and in-room dining was great quality at good prices.

The staff was always welcoming and kind and we loved the night staff, especially Kig. She had great local recommendations and always had a smile when we came back from exploring all day.
The rooftop pool was clean & very relaxing with beautiful views above the treetops.
The walk to the local beach was just perfect, not to far, clean, and very relaxing. And had an AMAZING sunset.
