SAii Laguna Phuket

During my recent stay at the SAii Laguna Phuket, I was impressed by the staff, which contributed to a truly memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, the receptionists went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and welcoming. I was greeted with genuine warmth. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the receptionists were very lively and polite. They took the time to walk me through the hotel’s facilities and show me my room by themselves. The bell boys were also very polite and did their job very well. Moreover, the room was really clean and neat. The housekeeper’s priority of cleanliness is so impressive. My room was so big and very comfortable. Also, the club was so good. The coffee was amazing and, of course, lovely staff. I cannot wait to stay here again next time.

I was very impressed with the warm welcome. The front desk staff were friendly, informative and helpful. My husband and I chose to celebrate our anniversary in Phuket and it was the right decision to stay here. The housekeeper made the bed with flowers for us, so lovely. Sipping cold beer, watching the sunset, so happy. Worth it!
We will definitely come back next year.

I was truly impressed by your new club rooms—they’re outstanding! Spacious, beautifully designed, and the attention to detail with the in-room amenities is top-notch. Definitely a 10 out of 10. The public areas are also impeccably maintained, and I think the new “colonial” style adds a distinctive charm. A special mention to your front desk team, especially Helena, who took exceptional care of me. The ladies at the Club Lounge were a delight, and everything ran smoothly at breakfast as well.
To sum it up, you’ve gained a new fan! I’ll gladly recommend your hotel in the upcoming season.

The service is excellent. The reception staff is very friendly. The room is new and beautiful. The lagoon view is very good. First of all, I wanted to stay in a room with a sea view, but unfortunately, that side was not open. But the view we got was very surprising. It was peaceful and made me love it. I took a picture of the view for my family to see and yes, everyone was very jealous of me. Hopefully next time I will bring my family to stay at SAii. Although the sea view room is not open, you can go to the sea. The hotel is right on the sea. And the sunset view is very beautiful. The hotel has an app that is ready to help talk to the staff at all times if you need help. I feel warm like home.

Despite the fact that some of the hotel premises are undergoing renovations, the overall experience is satisfactory.

Note: We struggled with the food, as they don't serve halal food.

[Location]
Although the location is a bit far from the city center, I find it quite charming. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to nearby shopping areas for the convenience of its guests. The Laguna area boasts a delightful selection of coffee shops and supermarkets.

Great location and great hotel. We went in the low season but minimal rain. Lots to do in local town which is easily accessible via bus or 200 baht taxi. Hotel was under renovation so super quiet which was great for us.

We stayed a week in a lagoon view room. The whole experience was wonderful.
We had the Club lounge full service package included with daily breakfast buffet, afternoon ’high’ tea and evening cocktails.
Our room service maid Mai worked out our morning schedule on the 2nd day and then always made our room up while we were at breakfast.
Make sure you take advantage of the shuttle boat tour to explore.

We stayed here for 1 night , as I wanted to stay somewhere close to the airport ( around 30 mins drive by cab / car ) and trust me I still regret for not staying here for a longer period. We stayed in 268 ( Lagoon view ) room and the room was equipped with all sort of modern amenities and luxuries facilities. Air con was perfect , lagoon view was to die for , peaceful and beautiful surrounding with multiple pools with slide and a pool bar & restaurant. Evening we had dinner at one of their restaurant beach side which was okay in taste , nothing great , may be I selected wrong dishes from the menu. Morning breakfast has ample of varieties to choose from and it was delicious. When I read couple of reviews about hotel being under renovation , I was little scared for my stay , as I dint want to ruin my last day in Thailand. However it did not affect our stay at all. One whole section of the building is under major renovation which does not affect you at all as that building is away from your rooms , pool , restaurant etc. Staff is attentive and ready to help. Beach was quite rough due to rainy season so we could not swim in the beach but their pools were so good that it really did not bother us. If you walk to the left from the beach side you will find couple of beach shacks to choose from ( we had lunch at Golden Fish and it was delicious ). If you want good restaurants near by avoid taking main road ( you will find nothing ) rather take left from the beach and there you go. We also enjoyed their free lagoon boat tour which was something unique and had never experienced before, it stops at couple of other hotels and one can choose if they wish to get down or stay in boat till the boat reaches back to the hotel. Services are available every half an hour till 6pm.
Go for this place and you will not regret.

Amazing stay! Staff is far beyond excellent. The rooms are beautiful & newly renovated, modern, lavish bathroom. Our room had a patio that went out to a large family seating area overlooking the lake! Breakfast is included & this is a spread like no other. They serve a full meal basically what ever you wish, besides the all you can eat buffet. Best resort we've ever stayed at. There is so much to do just minutes away. Hotel is gorgeous, staff are amazing, beaches are beautiful. This place is a dream. We cant wait to go back!

A beautiful resort...
We stayed for 7 nights in April 2024 and had the most wonderful, relaxing holiday.
Beautiful breakfasts, an amazing pool with a great cocktail bar, and a fabulous location.

Hopefully we can come back some day.
