Despite the fact that some of the hotel premises are undergoing renovations, the overall experience is satisfactory.

Note: We struggled with the food, as they don't serve halal food.

I booked the club room; it has an additional bed, which was an excellent option.

[Location]
Although the location is a bit far from the city center, I find it quite charming. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to nearby shopping areas for the convenience of its guests. The Laguna area boasts a delightful selection of coffee shops and supermarkets.

Great location and great hotel. We went in the low season but minimal rain. Lots to do in local town which is easily accessible via bus or 200 baht taxi. Hotel was under renovation so super quiet which was great for us.

We stayed a week in a lagoon view room. The whole experience was wonderful.
We had the Club lounge full service package included with daily breakfast buffet, afternoon ’high’ tea and evening cocktails.
Our room service maid Mai worked out our morning schedule on the 2nd day and then always made our room up while we were at breakfast.
Make sure you take advantage of the shuttle boat tour to explore.

We stayed here for 1 night , as I wanted to stay somewhere close to the airport ( around 30 mins drive by cab / car ) and trust me I still regret for not staying here for a longer period. We stayed in 268 ( Lagoon view ) room and the room was equipped with all sort of modern amenities and luxuries facilities. Air con was perfect , lagoon view was to die for , peaceful and beautiful surrounding with multiple pools with slide and a pool bar & restaurant. Evening we had dinner at one of their restaurant beach side which was okay in taste , nothing great , may be I selected wrong dishes from the menu. Morning breakfast has ample of varieties to choose from and it was delicious. When I read couple of reviews about hotel being under renovation , I was little scared for my stay , as I dint want to ruin my last day in Thailand. However it did not affect our stay at all. One whole section of the building is under major renovation which does not affect you at all as that building is away from your rooms , pool , restaurant etc. Staff is attentive and ready to help. Beach was quite rough due to rainy season so we could not swim in the beach but their pools were so good that it really did not bother us. If you walk to the left from the beach side you will find couple of beach shacks to choose from ( we had lunch at Golden Fish and it was delicious ). If you want good restaurants near by avoid taking main road ( you will find nothing ) rather take left from the beach and there you go. We also enjoyed their free lagoon boat tour which was something unique and had never experienced before, it stops at couple of other hotels and one can choose if they wish to get down or stay in boat till the boat reaches back to the hotel. Services are available every half an hour till 6pm.
Go for this place and you will not regret.

Amazing stay! Staff is far beyond excellent. The rooms are beautiful & newly renovated, modern, lavish bathroom. Our room had a patio that went out to a large family seating area overlooking the lake! Breakfast is included & this is a spread like no other. They serve a full meal basically what ever you wish, besides the all you can eat buffet. Best resort we've ever stayed at. There is so much to do just minutes away. Hotel is gorgeous, staff are amazing, beaches are beautiful. This place is a dream. We cant wait to go back!

A beautiful resort...
We stayed for 7 nights in April 2024 and had the most wonderful, relaxing holiday.
Beautiful breakfasts, an amazing pool with a great cocktail bar, and a fabulous location.

Hopefully we can come back some day.

A paradise for families with children! We had a room with a terrace overlooking the sea and access to the sea - we really liked it. The staff is polite, there is a Russian administrator, Irina, a very responsive girl. ~2 km from the hotel, the Villa Market store has everything! And baby food and diapers, there is a huge selection of products. Bang Tao beach itself is gorgeous! We visited in October - very few people, deserted beach, beautiful sunsets.

The rooms are clean, cleaning is carried out regularly, although the furniture shows that it is not new, the staff is very friendly and polite, the Russian receptionists are very helpful, 2 visited the oasis spa, prices for massages start from 1200 baht, but it is undoubtedly worth it. We only had breakfast included, every day we ate something new, the menu is of course monotonous, but everything is quite tasty, we were also given 2 free dinners, everything was delicious and served quite quickly. If you pay about 1250 baht per person + drinks, we decided to have dinner separately, 2 of us were in Green Leaf (dinner for 5 with dessert and non-alcoholic drinks 2800 baht) the food was delicious, but they served us for a very long time and tried to feed us dessert at the very beginning🤦‍♀️. The beach at the hotel is good, not many people, but there are problems with sunbeds, because... In the morning, vacationers can put a towel on them and leave for a long time.
