Sunwing Bangtao Beach - SHA Plus

It was a pleasant stay . The staff in general are helpful and genuine . The reception staff are efficient and the breakfast is good compare to some other hotels . 
The room was comfortable and the quality of the mattress was also good . The bathroom a bit old though but good enough for showering . 
The beach is wonderful and the access to it very easy . 
I had a drink at the pool bar , the Waiter name Goong was extremely rude . I ordered a Mojito Happy hour that starts from 5.00pm to 6.00 pm ( by one get one ) I came to realised that it was 4.55pm when I ordered.She just said you can have only one without explaining . She could have said Sir it is not 5.00 pm yet or something  . Instead I did reminded her that it was not a way to communicate with a customer by being rude . She genuinely looked away and continued her closing bar , a pity in hospitality business. The only negative point in this resort but she should be seriously reminded how to handle a customer how to talk with care !
Will be back .

The fact that there was free food for children was really great. The water slide and the pools were all of good quality. The activities for children were of good quality. The breakfasts were above average. Location right on the beach was great.

The fact that they did not make the thai food to the correct local taste standard the first time, based on my skin color was not good. However, the second time and onward, they treated me fairly after i filed a complaint.

The fact that there was a huge cockroach in the room one day and multiple mosquitoes in the room, another day are things that they need to improve. In both cases, workers came to help us, So at least they tried.

Place was great, food was unfortunately a little subpar, but overall, quite a nice and pleasant experience.

Room was very clean and spacious even had a veranda with pool access and 2 minute walk to beach it was very nice

The resort was very family friendly and clean. The workers were very polite. My son enjoyed swimming at the 4 different swimming pools, and also enjoyed riding the water slide. The room was very clean and smelled wonderful. We stayed during new years eve, and during the night there were many fireworks and lanterns that light up the sky.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel boasts multiple swimming pools with clean water, perfect for either sunbathing or taking a refreshing dip. There’s a bar by the main pool offering a variety of drinks with friendly staff, though the quality of the cocktails was quite average, and it’s worth noting that there is no beer on tap.

The rooms were decent and worth the price, though it’s important not to expect five-star luxury. The hotel has two restaurants: the breakfast buffet was good, but the food at the main restaurant was just average. However, the other restaurant offered a higher quality of food.

A convenient feature is the supermarket and three restaurants located right across from the hotel. We particularly enjoyed the Sugar Cane restaurant – the food quality and overall experience were excellent.

The hotel staff were very polite and friendly, and there’s a lovely massage area right by the beach. Speaking of the beach, guests have access to it, and it was truly beautiful. The kids’ club, while equipped with good facilities, had somewhat limited programmes.

Overall, we felt that the service was worth the money we paid, though the hotel could reach its full potential with a bit more investment in its facilities and a few improvements in management.

Perfect location, the most beautiful beach only steps away from the resort. Friendly staff. Complimentary upgrade of room to Royal Lounge terrace, this room was ideal. We had the most wonderful few days. Will definitely return

Everything was perfect just next to Bangtao Beach have a kids playing room nice huge 4 pools with one of them have slides for kids

This is the best hotel so far and I won't regret it. The staff is very welcoming. It's kids friendly and I didnt expect it. They have lots of activities for kids. Love the pool and best part is the pool is warm( mainly because the weather is super hot). Direct beach access. You get to see beautiful sunset daily. Only down side is, the location to halal food is far.
