Asia Hotel

Nice hotel, old style furnishings make it look a little tired but everything is of quality and very clean.

There appears to be a mix of buildings/wings/annexes. Some look awful, some much better. I was in building B which was fine. Various swimming pools, that looked like they needed water maintenance, very cloudy.

No food or drinks consumed on the premises so unable to comment on this.

Situated just back from a stretch of Cha Am beach which appears quite downtrodden and unclean due to other vendors and general low maintenance of buildings and businesses.

The hotel is nice but location and surroundings not so much.

I stayed a week at the Asia Cha-am and had a wonderful time. The property is really nice and the staff is amazing. I had an ocean view from the 10th floor and really enjoyed the sound of the water. I like to sleep with windows open and the breeze was perfect. The front desk staff was great, checked me in and held my bag until my room was ready. On check out day, I had a hard time getting a Grab car at 5:30am, but the receptionist was able to call a cab to get me to the train on time. The bell men were very friendly and always greeted me with a “hello” and a smile. The room was very clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool was a bonus, great views of ChaAm and the ocean. The location of this property is perfect, located on ChaAm beach and just over a mile to the city center. So many good restaurants within walking distance, and plenty of street food vendors close by. I would definitely recommend the Asia Cha-Am and look forward to visiting again.

Dated but well maintained hotel very near the beach. It's quiet at night, and I slept reasonably well even though the pillows are uncomfortable.

Breakfast was a decent buffet spread. Service excellent, including an early noon check-in, which was nice.

Unfortunately, the rooftop pool was dirty with debris or sand. And the hallways had muddy footprints constantly.

The main building is a short walk from the satellite buildings.

Big spacious room, friendly staff, car park available, breakfast provided but not halal, fast check in. Hotel room rate is pocket friendly. Other facilities such as gym, swimming pool and meeting rooms. Hotel located nearby tourist places - walking distance. No halal outlet nearby. Recommended and would come again.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel services are really good for someone who doesn't ride or has the car. They offer a shuttle to go to anywhere near the hotel.

The room is old but still in good condition. The recommendation is not to cover the floor with laminate flooring! Should use parquet, tiles or marble or granite.
Breakfast is good, with varieties , please improve fruit juices and coffee.

Very little parking. If parking lot to have trees. Cutomers will get both shade , freshness and relax.
However, too many tour groups and seminar groups during weekdays which disturb normal customers. Please organize the groups , all customers will be happy.!!!
