Location: Cha Am, 26 km from the town of Hua hin, 2 hours drive from Bangkok, 20 km from Hua hin airport.

The hotel has 70 rooms.

Beach: public sandy beach, 150 m from the hotel. The second coastal line. Parasols and sun loungers.

Nice hotel. Air conditioned and safe. Walkable to night market. A small shop for take away drinks is next door. It’s has what is needed and the staff are nice and helpful. There is a free shuttle a few times daily.

Exceptional place to stay, right on the beach in Cha Am.
I have visited Cha Am several times a year, for the last several years and Tara Mantra has just became my "Go-To Spot", when visiting Cha Am Beach.

Amazing stay! The breakfast buffet staff (manager and the omlet station) are superstars and try their best to make you happy. Ask for the Cha Am omlette surprise. ✌️

Room size is pretty large compare to it cost. Staff are nice and servicr mind. Hotel is aged and please do not expect much about any cozy furniture in the room.

It was very upmarket, not so much now. I understand things are different since covid,cuts in staff ext. Rooms need a refresh and bathrooms definitely need updating

We arrived early and were greeted by staff at the reception check in area. Our room was ready early and we were able to check in. Very much appreciated as we left early to avoid holiday traffic. We have been in this area many times and enjoy the beach and businesses here. Even during the kite festival, this area is run well with the flow of cars. We could see sidewalk improvements underway as we drove to the beach area. The room we selected is the family room for 3 people. Around 60sqm. It is a very nice room, maintained well and clean. The balcony overlooks an upper and lower pool and has netting likely to prevent birds. The check in process gets 10 of 10 points. Fast and helpful staff.
