I highly recommend Raya Resort.
I've stayed at Raya Resort three times. It's a fabulous place. Steps from an included shaded sitting area at the beach, it's a peaceful, well-maintained, and quiet resort. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable. The bungalow includes very thoughtful touches including your own individual courtyard under the living area with a fountain, chairs, two day beds, sink, fan, umbrellas, flip flops and two bicycles. The living area is complete with beautiful flooring, woodwork, window treatments and many thoughtful details. As a further bonus, there are beautiful balconies with each unit.
Breakfast at the cafe overlooking the ocean is a great start to the day. There is food and drinks served at the beach by an attendant who cheerfully adjusts the umbrellas to help keep patrons shaded. The restaurant has delicious food with nice details throughout along with a friendly and professional staff. There's live music in the evening.

The environment is perfect with the green fields, and being near the beach is a very good spot.
However, my cabin isn't suitable for 5 adults as there is only a toilet room and a shower room, completely separated. I don’t understand why they leave the 1st floor empty; it should have one more shower+toilet room down there. Also, the electricity has been shut off sometimes.

Very good food, both thai and farang. Polite waiters also english spoken. Clean and nice restaurant. Fresh table cloth and napkins. Vat and tip is added on the tab. Friday and Saturday offers live music, farang style.

If you like natural surroundings and the sound of calm breeze in the trees this is your spot. So much relaxed you hardly get to the Beach.

Great place for quick getaway from Bangkok. The food is superb, coffee shop serves top notch desserts. There are lot of shacks opposite the resort that serve delicious fresh sea food. Only drawback is the beach is infested with jellyfish 🪼.

One of my favourite places to go for lunch. The food is always excellent and the service is also very good and little gem hidden away.

Cozy, ralaxing, great for a retreat session. It is a house in the forest by the beach. The energy flowin.

I did not stay at this place but today I feels like a nice cake with coffee so I just walked in to the Raya cafe
The flyer infront of the cafe says
Open 7am. Close 8pm.
So I went in 5:30pm.and about to choose the cake but the staff tell me straight away” we are already closed for the order!!
If the cafe close at 8 pm.
Refuse to sale the cake at 5:30???
The cakes looks so yummy and I wonder
How early I should be there to get to taste them ?

Nice little coffee shop with some bakery items. A little expensive, but has a few coffee items you don't see elsewhere.
