Vana Belle, A Luxury Collection Resort, Koh Samui

Our stay at Vana Belle was excellent. The property was well designed and the rooms were quite nice. But the real highlights for us were two things. First was the staff. They take the time to learn your name and take a real interest in what you’re saying and really made us feel welcome and belonging. Second was the food. The food was exceptional. They’ve done a fantastic job with the menu and I highly recommend literally anything on the menu. Location is also good and the beachfront is beautiful and great to swim in.

We were fortunate enough to host our wedding and have the most incredible four nights at Vana Belle in early September. From the moment we arrived, we felt so well cared for and knew it was the perfect place for our wedding to take place. We were upgraded to one of the largest rooms, near the breakfast area, looking out to sea with an incredible large, private pool. We are constantly looked after the whole time we were there, both in setting up, organising and hosting the wedding but also in day to day activities.

All the staff were incredible but we especially want to call out the incredible service of Nicki who looked after us seemingly every hour of the day that we were there, Jeab who helped so much to organise everything in the run up and on the day of the wedding, Zidan who was such an incredible host at the dinner and Ning who was so incredible in the months leading up to the wedding to cater to our every request which ended up making our day perfect!

Regarding the hotel, the quality of service is incredible, the breakfast (particularly the a la carte options) were absolutely delicious, the rooms were stylish, pools amazing and the spa resulted in the best massage either of us have ever had! We can only say thank you so much to everyone at Vana Belle for all the care they took of us whilst we were guests and we hope to be back!

The rooms were spotless and beautifully appointed, offering breathtaking views right from our private pool. Waking up to such serene surroundings each morning was a true highlight, and the sense of privacy and tranquility made our stay all the more special. Every detail was carefully considered, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit.

The hotel’s proximity to activities is another standout feature—everything was within easy reach, allowing us to explore and enjoy the island effortlessly. Booking water activities was seamless, and the convenience of being picked up right from the beach was a great touch.

Having stayed at other Marriott luxury properties, including the St. Regis and other Marriott Luxury Collection hotels, I can confidently say that Vana Belle surpasses them all. The personalized service, attention to detail, and stunning private pool views set it apart as an unforgettable experience.

Came here for our honeymoon. The room had the most amazing balcony with private pool. The entire property was stunning. The pool and beach area were clean and filled with comfy lounge chairs and staff to attend to you. The service at the hotel was incredible— everyone was so nice and ready to help. Would recommend.

We had the absolute best experience of our life. From check-in to check-out the service is superior to all others. The rooms and the service staff are impeccable, thoughtful and go above and beyond to make the room perfect and personalized. We loved the pool in our room and the ocean is one of the best we've experienced in the world. We cannot wait to come back and enjoy it again.

Absolutely stunning location. The beach is sandy white and the water was crystal clear. We were happy to swim in the sea. The Rooms were excellent and service was great. One of the best hotels we have visited in Thailand.

Roberto was very friendly and ensured our stay was very pleasant. All the Staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming.
The buggies helped us get around the hotel and there are plenty of them so you never have to really wait.
Breakfast was really good and they have a good pastry chef.
We can’t wait to return.

I really enjoyed to stay here. Truly dream vacation that not like walking 30k steps a day. You don’t need to go out because they have everything. They have staffs cleaning the beach everyday so the beach was nice and beautiful. The food was fantastic. I was so impressed about hotel breakfast. So the rest of the day I was just enjoying at the beach and swimming.
Definitely coming back for next vacation!!

Amazing beach, outstanding service, great room, excellent kitchen.

I really love the beach, the sand is as soft as that you find in the Maldives, no rocks, shells, gentally sloping into the sea. The beach is not crowded, great for bathing and walking. You can even walk all the way past the airport on the beach. It is that long!

The beach kitchen is excellent, the best food we had on the island.

Hotel service is outstanding, much better than many other luxury collections hotels I have experienced. They even installed a mosquito net for our kids when we had mosquito problem.

Breakfast is a delight, so much to choose from.

This is a hotel more suited for couples and adults. Kids may find it boring as there is not much to do besides beach and spa. We found out we could book the tennis court for a fee from next door hotel.

I love their cooking class tremendously. You get to choose a dish you want to make. And they showed me how to make it every step along the way including the red curry paste. Ask for chef Kim.

We had an amazing stay at the Vanna Belle. The food was great and the staff was even better. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We also can’t say enough about how great Tik was! She made every little detail of our stay perfect (restaurant recommendations to yoga scheduling).

Lastly - the resort was immaculate and the beach was quiet and felt very private with only a few other resorts on it.

Overall quite a good resort.
Staff were very friendly, food was decent.
Especially enjoyed the private pool in every room.
Not much in walking distance of the resort, but they can call a taxi for you if required.
