All the staff were incredible but we especially want to call out the incredible service of Nicki who looked after us seemingly every hour of the day that we were there, Jeab who helped so much to organise everything in the run up and on the day of the wedding, Zidan who was such an incredible host at the dinner and Ning who was so incredible in the months leading up to the wedding to cater to our every request which ended up making our day perfect!
Regarding the hotel, the quality of service is incredible, the breakfast (particularly the a la carte options) were absolutely delicious, the rooms were stylish, pools amazing and the spa resulted in the best massage either of us have ever had! We can only say thank you so much to everyone at Vana Belle for all the care they took of us whilst we were guests and we hope to be back!
The rooms were spotless and beautifully appointed, offering breathtaking views right from our private pool. Waking up to such serene surroundings each morning was a true highlight, and the sense of privacy and tranquility made our stay all the more special. Every detail was carefully considered, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit.
The hotel’s proximity to activities is another standout feature—everything was within easy reach, allowing us to explore and enjoy the island effortlessly. Booking water activities was seamless, and the convenience of being picked up right from the beach was a great touch.
Having stayed at other Marriott luxury properties, including the St. Regis and other Marriott Luxury Collection hotels, I can confidently say that Vana Belle surpasses them all. The personalized service, attention to detail, and stunning private pool views set it apart as an unforgettable experience.
