Loved everything about this hotel. Amazing beach front resort. Deluxe rooms, big and clean. Our rooms steps from the beach. Breakfast had good choices. Pool was huge and massive and the hotel was an easy scoot to everything. Plenty of shops etc a mins stroll.

Booked a beach bungalow because according to the photos it would be in the first row on the beach. However upon checking in we were told our bungalow is in the second row (from where you can see the beach, but it’s not at the beach). Complaint was brushed off by saying the first row was fully booked already. Although they have bell boys and carts to transport luggage, we were told to grab all our luggage...

Liked the location and the hotel. But our rooms were in another building and they were average. But to be honest, it was value for money. Would book a next time but then probably in the pool or beach villas.

We spent 2 weeks with my daughter in this hotel. Good staff, always ready to help with a smile and really with desire. The location of the hotel is good, the first coastline. Good location, on the seashore. Lots of cafes nearby. Overall, I liked everything. But the hotel is a bit tired. The rooms are dark. The plumbing is leaking, they couldn't fix it, they put towels.

Do not book the standard rooms the cleanliness of the bathrooms is terrible. I complained and a day later they moved me to a superior room which was much nicer. Book a superior room. Only the location was good... Rooms arr dated and water was salty and no lift mind you. Room size ia big though You might have to carry your luggage to 2nd floor.

The hotel is very basic, the rooms are dirty, uncomfortable showers and cracks in the walls. The beach is very nice, probably the best thing about the hotel. Service is fast and friendly. The Gym is big and clean. Multiple Pools. Overall, it ain't a bad hotel, just more of a basic hotel.

The property itself is a bit old. There are a few defects in the room. The gym is quite a simple and small one comparing to other Sheraton properties in the region. The service attitude of the Front Desk and Bell Captains are all very good. However, the receptionist at the Breakfast Restaurant has a bad attitude issues.

The hotel is nice but not that modern, as some other hotels at this place. Nevertheless the area looks well maintained. We were there during low season and it was super quiet and relaxed. Very clean and well organized. The room is big and has all the needed facilities. Our room faced the main street, so it was noisy at night, though it didn't interrupt us from sleeping. The breakfast is great and the location is amazing!

They try to put us cheaper room than we booked. But luckily they agreed to give us the room we booked after we asked. Great pools. Lovely beach. Restaurant stuff took moor money off our card than the bill was but when asked about they luckily gave us our money back. Other than that nice place

It's on the bigger side for an resort. Rooms are nice, clean and staff is nice as well. There are just a few things that I expected better at this resort. 1. Food of the restaurant is mediocre at best and takes ages to arrive. 2. Beach towels are always gone, sometimes have to wait two hours. 3. Lighting of restaurant at night is not really nice. Very good resort for both couples and families. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. The rooms were very good but we got ones that were dark all the time, so we had to turn on the lights in the day as well, if we wanted to see anything. That was a bit depressing. Never have I experienced such great service standards. This is better than any other hotel that we’ve ever stayed in. Best experience at this hotel. The spa was amazing. The two therapist which we used were Apple and smile. Both were absolutely wonderful and helped with my tendinitis in my arm. Beautiful, quiet bungalow complex with a restaurant right on the beach and a small pool. We had the cheapest room category. The rooms are functionally furnished and clean. Unfortunately, we had poor WiFi reception. I would book the hotel again because it is right on the beach in Lamai, has a great restaurant and is only 5 minutes away from the action in Lamai.

Staff working there are very friendly & try to accommodate you, i found the foyer area hard trying to take your luggage to your room because it has circular concrete slabs , you can't use the wheels to roll on there because it's not sealed. Best part about Pavilion Villas was really the service of the staff - they were so warm, welcoming, and helpful in many ways. The room was comfortable and luxurious, although some facilities were slightly older. The breakfast was great, and the location can't be beat - Lamai beach is literally right at your doorstep, with 1-for-1 cocktails to sip on as you enjoy the sea breeze. Can't recommend it enough

Our overall experience is can't wait to end the stay in this hotel.  The facilities are definitely not 5-star, it is too old - poor lighting causing us feel gloomy, switches are old, some bulbs were blinking.  However, services are not bad, breakfast spread is good.

This is the best resort I have stayed so far, the staffs here are all polite and super friendly, of course not to skip my room with private pool, the view is superb! We can see sunrise directly from the room too. Will definitely return again.

The sea is warm, clean, you don't have to go far, it gets deep after 4-5 meters. The hotel is wonderful with its hospitable staff, although it is a bit old, the air conditioner works its job noisily, but for such a price by the sea I think it's not worth complaining. The hotel is on the 1st line, the sea is a minute away. There is a cafe, money exchange, travel agencies, laundry, bike rental, massage parlor nearby. The room is cleaned every day, I recommend the bungalow, the breakfasts are good. Of the minuses, the air conditioner is very noisy, there is no safe, hair dryer.

The place is nice and clean, very close to the beach. However the owner seems unfriendly at all. We asked her to at least give us a nice sheet but didn’t offer one, no complimentary water or at least do cleaning since we stayed longer.

10/10 exquisite experience. Scooters for rent. Beachfront access to a pristine cove beach. Nicely sized pool to lounge in as well. Minimal-frills room, but service staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a couple of staff available after office hours — handy when we had to fix our minor electricity issue at night. Not to be missed, massage everywhere. Beautiful white soft sand and clear waters, surrounded with beautiful huge rocks and greenery. It's my fav beach so far as very close by to me so convenient if u stay near the mountains.
