Where to stay in Chaweng Noi

They try to put us cheaper room than we booked. But luckily they agreed to give us the room we booked after we asked. Great pools. Lovely beach. Restaurant stuff took moor money off our card than the bill was but when asked about they luckily gave us our money back. Other than that nice place

It's on the bigger side for an resort. Rooms are nice, clean and staff is nice as well. There are just a few things that I expected better at this resort. 1. Food of the restaurant is mediocre at best and takes ages to arrive. 2. Beach towels are always gone, sometimes have to wait two hours. 3. Lighting of restaurant at night is not really nice. Very nice resort on a cliff overlooking the sea. The resort is between Chaweng and Lamai so it’s very easy to get to both places. Breakfast was not very inspiring and most of the options were gone even though we were early. The rooms is nice but the air condition was extremely noisy, so a light sleeper would have issues here. ALL of the staff are incredible and very accommodating. Sunny was the highlight of our visit!! The grounds are nice and well kept. The only negative was the cleanliness of the room. The grout in the tub/shower were moldy and there was a ring in the toilet. The bathroom sink drained very slow, and there were also stains on the duvet that looked like blood.

This place has a fantastic location right at a gorgeous beach. The hotel has a nice charming atmosphere and the staff is friendly. The rooms are quite worn out, but everything is in working order. I would have appreciated some more comfortable mattresses though. And there was no safe to store your valuables.

The hotel has a kiddie pool and no kids in it. Rather, there were tons of kids in the adult beachfront infinity pool. Screaming kids and naked kids. Very nice up market place, interesting style with the rooms generally in good repair, very helpful staff, good breakfast. Nice pool area which leads to a very nice beach. The Spa was good also we enjoyed a full Thai massage and a foot massage.

We've got a free upgrade to a shared pool room which is very nice. The bedroom is nice but the bathroom is even more so. All the staffs are very helpful and attentive. P' Piak the manager is caring. I'd come back.

Nicely appointed mini villas with plunge pools. Own stretch of beach virtually steps from a lovely hotel pool. Great breakfast. Just minutes away to Lamai Beach. Tips: 1) check with reception/concierge before hopping into taxi. I used the restaurants, spa, and gym, and all were well maintained, clean, and welcoming. The staff was very friendly, kind, and capable, plus they were great with my limited Thai language skills. There was always a staff member available to book an excursion or a taxi service, with suggestions for places to visit and other fun activities. The only downside I can think of was that were was no refrigerator...

We just spent 10 days at the Renaissance, extending from our original 2. We had a great room with fantastic AC and was very clean. The pools are a nice temperature and always spotless! Nice resort with friendly staff - we enjoyed our 5 days stay very much. The beach area is not the best tho and the prices for drinks, food and spa are a little bit too high for my opinion. However, all in all I can recommend

Great view from the pool, convenient location, next to the beach where there are not many people. Spacious, comfortable and clean rooms with daily cleaning. Breakfast lacks variety, but everything is delicious.

The Wild Ginger restaurant is excellent at reasonable prices. Rooms have seen better days but staff are lovely. The location provides sweeping view of Chaweng Bay but avoid rooms numbered over 300. These are at the back alongside a very noisy road where traffic runs all night. They also do not have a view of the sea.

Big resort with two pools overlooking the sea. Private beach is also very beautiful. Be aware that garden pool villas offer more privacy than some of the sea view villas. Breakfast buffet is amazing!

My stay here was quite some time ago but my memories staying here lives on, the staff are wonderful, food is out of this world (I looked forward to breakfast each day) and the setting is so beautiful. It has a unique charm and I only hope to visit again soon. Deserves 5 stars.

Wonderful stay at Silavadee Pool Spa Resort. The service here is definitely a 6 star hotel. All member of staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was excellent in general although some room were not quite as private as expected. Wide range of breakfast choices and Spa was superb. Will definitely visit again in the future.
