Pictures do not do this place justice. We were a bit hesitant to book at first but this has quickly become one of our favorite hotels. The staff is incredibly friendly and will treat you like family. The hotel itself is beautiful and very private. The views and beach are also an amazing experience.

The breakfast is really good, the staff is amazing, Food served at bar and restaurant is not the quality I would expect from 5star Sheraton resort. If you then consider y pay 3 times the price y pay elsewhere, then eating in the Sheraton is not an obvious choice. Hotel can use some renovation here and there. Overall good, but not in line with 5star rating based on our experience.

Staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help you. The hotel itself is a bit dated but it’s clean, everything works and we had a great stay here. The beachfront area and bar is also super nice. Would stay again!

I was here for 4 days and I have to say it was a really good stay. I was in a bungalow. The rooms are nicely furnished, the hotel is right on the beach with a pool. The food tastes good and is beautifully presented. I can really recommend a stay

Big resort with two pools overlooking the sea. Private beach is also very beautiful. Be aware that garden pool villas offer more privacy than some of the sea view villas. Breakfast buffet is amazing!

My stay here was quite some time ago but my memories staying here lives on, the staff are wonderful, food is out of this world (I looked forward to breakfast each day) and the setting is so beautiful. It has a unique charm and I only hope to visit again soon. Deserves 5 stars.

Wonderful stay at Silavadee Pool Spa Resort. The service here is definitely a 6 star hotel. All member of staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was excellent in general although some room were not quite as private as expected. Wide range of breakfast choices and Spa was superb. Will definitely visit again in the future.

We came by chance to have lunch at the restaurant inside a hotel. It is surprisingly good! Not only the food tasted rather delicious but we enjoy the view and services here too. Especially during the Covid time when everywhere nearby closed but the restaurant here remains open.

Nice resort with friendly staff - we enjoyed our 5 days stay very much. The beach area is not the best tho and the prices for drinks, food and spa are a little bit too high for my opinion. However, all in all I can recommend

Very beautiful resort set in lush gardens. Spacious villas with private pool. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, there seems to be a good atmosphere and people are genuinely happy. Only downside was that there were a lot more mosquitos than elsewhere we stayed on Ko Samui.

Despite it is aged, the hotel proper maintained. However, there are ugly scratches on wooden furnitures in the room which should be renovated. The gym, spa, and swimming pool are considered average compared to other 5-star hotels. The best thing is the staff’s top-notch service. They tried their best to make my stay pleasant. Excellent destination; villas are are fantastic, the settings straight from a ( genuine) movie and customer service world class. As in - had to leave my DuPont lighter at the airport when we left ( since you apparently can fly in but not out with a butane cigar lighter,who knew?), so I called the hotel who sent a driver to pick it up, and they mailed it back. Came here for our honeymoon. The room had the most amazing balcony with private pool. The entire property was stunning. Amazing beach, outstanding service, great room, excellent kitchen. I really love the beach, the sand is as soft as that you find in the Maldives, no rocks, shells, gentally sloping into the sea. We had an amazing stay at the Vanna Belle. The food was great and the staff was even better. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We also can’t say enough about how great Tik was! Best part about Pavilion Villas was really the service of the staff - they were so warm, welcoming, and helpful in many ways. The room was comfortable and luxurious, although some facilities were slightly older. The breakfast was great, and the location can't be beat - Lamai beach is literally right at your doorstep, with 1-for-1 cocktails to sip on as you enjoy the sea breeze. Can't recommend it enough

Clean, well maintained small hotel on a hill. Welcoming and friendly staff. I changed the room overlooking the road at the room with garden views, free. The only thing that is not very Udon, no sidewalks to walk outside of the hotel. Road with heavy traffic. But close to Chaweng is free satvas.

Very nice. Althought the pool in the picture looks much bigger than what it is. Still a great stay. They offer transport to bo put every night at 7 And 7:30pm.

Pros: beautiful Hotel, nice balcony and view, clean room, nice pool with Jacuzzi, the food is tasty, were treated at check in, near the sea. Cons: infrastructure is not very shops and cafes away and up the hill, settled into a distant room, flush was not working, the door opened after a time.

Good swimming pool with jacuzzi, the owner and staff are very friendly. Good breakfast. Hotel locates in soi but no signage in front of Soi so when we first came at night, we were lost even we used GPS.

Stayed here in may and had en very good experience. The hotel is lovely and not far from Chaweng beach. Rooms are clean and comfy. They even left me a little gift on the bed. And most importantly the staff was absolutely welcoming and nice. As a single traveler I was so greatful for this.

Very nice resort on a cliff overlooking the sea. The resort is between Chaweng and Lamai so it’s very easy to get to both places. Breakfast was not very inspiring and most of the options were gone even though we were early. The rooms is nice but the air condition was extremely noisy, so a light sleeper would have issues here. The rooms are very nice and the staff is very friendly. So far for us in Thailand, this is a little more of a high end resort compared to others we have stayed in. They have two pools with ocean view and I believe from all rooms you can see the ocean too. The rooms are spacious and have a luxurious feeling. The wifi connection is a bit bad though.
