They try to put us cheaper room than we booked. But luckily they agreed to give us the room we booked after we asked. Great pools. Lovely beach. Restaurant stuff took moor money off our card than the bill was but when asked about they luckily gave us our money back. Other than that nice place

It's on the bigger side for an resort. Rooms are nice, clean and staff is nice as well. There are just a few things that I expected better at this resort. 1. Food of the restaurant is mediocre at best and takes ages to arrive. 2. Beach towels are always gone, sometimes have to wait two hours. 3. Lighting of restaurant at night is not really nice. Very good resort for both couples and families. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. The rooms were very good but we got ones that were dark all the time, so we had to turn on the lights in the day as well, if we wanted to see anything. That was a bit depressing. We spent 2 weeks with my daughter in this hotel. Good staff, always ready to help with a smile and really with desire. The location of the hotel is good, the first coastline. The hotel is very basic, the rooms are dirty, uncomfortable showers and cracks in the walls. The beach is very nice, probably the best thing about the hotel. Service is fast and friendly. The Gym is big and clean. Multiple Pools. Overall, it ain't a bad hotel, just more of a basic hotel.

The property itself is a bit old. There are a few defects in the room. The gym is quite a simple and small one comparing to other Sheraton properties in the region. The service attitude of the Front Desk and Bell Captains are all very good. However, the receptionist at the Breakfast Restaurant has a bad attitude issues.

Very nice resort on a cliff overlooking the sea. The resort is between Chaweng and Lamai so it’s very easy to get to both places. This hotel was amazing, offering a very calm and pleasant environment. It is close to the beach, with a pool near the sea and sun loungers for relaxing and sunbathing. The location is really nice, as it's right on the beach. The room is basic but good size. Unless you stay in the bungalows, noise from bars on street can be heard till really late (after 3 am).

Central area with practically everything around, if you don't sleep well with music this is not your hotel but if you like to party this is your hotel since you are surrounded by partying at night on the beach side and on the central street side, the hotel is located right on the beach depending on the room you choose the middle area would be best. Normal pool but right on the beach next to the hotel...

Location: short walk to lots of bars/restaurants but just out of the way so you cant hear any noise. 30 seconds to the beach but be aware there are those annoying Europeans who leave towels on chairs but hardly use them. The beach is clean here. Take mosquito spray in the evening. I was given an upgrade to the B block - if you book a room in C block you will be closest to the road so may hear noise...

Nice hotel to stay. The infinity pool just near the beach. The room so big & have wide balcony.

Location perfect 2 minutes to the beach, rooms a bit dated, quiet despite the proximity to Bangla, breakfast well there is the same thing every day, we will be back

The hotel is very well located, in the center of all entertainment, there are many cafes nearby. The beach is good, deep enough for swimming (low tides are not noticeable), the beach is cleaned, there are sun loungers from the hotel. The hotel's location, ambiance, and breakfast were an incredible experience. Even though we stayed in a standard room, everything was excellent. Netflix was available on the TV. The breakfast area truly has a magnificent view. Breakfast is available in all varieties. We also had dinner there. The restaurant's prices are reasonable. Great hospitality, very friendly and helpful receptionist. The agent booked the wrong room for us and did nothing to help, even told me to pay extra for a room upgrade even though I already paid for it. However, the hotel was very nice and accommodated to us. I feel really grateful for them and making the trip better after I had a bad experience from the agent. Would definitely recommend to people...

We stayed for a couple of nights and really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and big enough for a family of three. The view from our room was fantastic. Thank you for a great stay.

The location is top notch, carefully spread out villas throughout the little jungle, beautiful. Gorgeous views, restaurant located on the top of a cliff, fresh fruit available for breakfast, they have shows and many touristic opportunities to be explored, flyers available at reception.
