I just recently had a short 3 day visit and it rained every day. The staff were as good as I remember from my last visit tho, all super friendly and helpful. This is a reasonably priced hotel with some rooms right on the beach. It has decent facilities including a pool, a massage place, manicures and pedicures and a restaurant/bar adjacent to the hotel. Wonderful stay at Silavadee Pool Spa Resort. The service here is definitely a 6 star hotel. All member of staff were really friendly and helpful. Best part about Pavilion Villas was really the service of the staff - they were so warm, welcoming, and helpful in many ways. We came by chance to have lunch at the restaurant inside a hotel. It is surprisingly good! Not only the food tasted rather delicious but we enjoy the view and services here too. Especially during the Covid time when everywhere nearby closed but the restaurant here remains open.

Only downside was that there were a lot more mosquitos than elsewhere we stayed on Ko Samui.

Despite it is aged, the hotel proper maintained. However, there are ugly scratches on wooden furnitures in the room which should be renovated. The gym, spa, and swimming pool are considered average compared to other 5-star hotels. The best thing is the staff’s top-notch service. They tried their best to make my stay pleasant. Clean, well maintained small hotel on a hill. Welcoming and friendly staff. I changed the room overlooking the road at the room with garden views, free. The only thing that is not very Udon, no sidewalks to walk outside of the hotel. Road with heavy traffic. But close to Chaweng is free satvas.

Good balance between access to bars and restaurants at the northern end of chaweng beach and a more peaceful location. Very good hotel. Big rooms, very clean, hotel team are excelent and very helpful. I dont give 5 stars because I found a 20 cm poisonous centipede Inside of the room between the curtains. Hotel employees hunted it and took it out of the room. After seeing the centipede inside of the room I couldn't sleep! Please check the rooms security.

A really great hotel - big and clean rooms with a terrace, big swimming pool and close the beach. The hotel is located close to restaurants and bars but it's very quiet. I would only improve the breakfast since there wasn't a lot of choice.
