Cons: Wi-Fi is terrible. There is a single router that is used for about 80 rooms across 4 floors. Unusable for anything except HTML webpages
Staff were great.
Amazing pool and breakfast, would come back
The buffet breakfast was well served, and they made fresh pancakes and egg dishes at request.
The pool water was rather too cold for my liking but the common open area was very pleasing.
The staff is very nice, and let us stay a lot of time on the lobby while we waited for the but to Chiang Mai.
The location is the best you can have, within 5 minutes walking of the bus stations, Night Bazaar, several temples, coffeeshop and restaurants.
The resort has a nice pool with surrounding buildings and a restaurant / breakfast room .
Breakfast was very nicely catered with European and asian food which was very nice .
My upgraded room was large but the superior room that I booked was small and no wardrobe .
Toilet / shower was nice and with hot water shower.
Overall I liked this hotel and will stay there again if I’m back to Chiang rai again 👍
