Certainly a beautiful and good hotel a few years ago, but that is no longer the case! The floor of my room was in very poor condition! The bathroom was not clean, the safe was broken; the curtains were torn, the towels were in a miserable state! The only positive point in the room was the bedding! Located very close to the beach, but also to a road with heavy traffic until late at night! Early wake-up call because of the roosters! Breakfast was minimal and identical every day! The pool was uninviting! Unless there is a complete renovation, this is not a hotel to recommend.

Nice budget hotel in a great location. Wooded and quiet surroundings and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Less than 10 minute walk to Market Village mall, Starbucks, etc. Free breakfast and WiFi, comfy beds and pillows. Nice views. Car park is limited and very tight, but had no problem squeezing in.

I had a king suite, a large room, king size bed and a single, huge bath and separate shower, The balcony was nice and faced the sea. No hangers, I went to Bluport and bought some.
Breakfast? 2 eggs fried/scrambled or omelette, 2 small sausage, 2 toast, tea or coffee ( I bought my own milk as they only have creamer, the coffee is strong) and orange juice. Hotels com say buffet breakfast is available at an extra 500bht.. has to be the worse breakfast ever, sorry.
Location is good for the beach, 2 minutes and Bluport, 10 minutes.
This hotel has potential, it's small, it feels like someone had an idea but never applied it, it could be a cracking place to stay.

The hotel is in an excellent position to the beach and easy to walk to Blue Port mall. The property would benefit from a refurbishment and decoration because it is looking a little tired.
Big rooms and a comfortable soft bed. The staff were helpful and very friendly.

The hotel is so dirty ,they only give one key of the room , dust everywhere made my partner sick I highly don't recommend it. We asked them to clean it but came back and still not cleaned well and the drain is smelly which sticks the whole room the breakfast is scam just eggs not more ended up eating outside. It's better to book hotels across the street with better service than this one

Nice people but the hotel is a griebus. Bathroom window cannot be closed. Bathroom tap is loose. I could go on like this. The most expensive room in a 3 month stay but the least quality. Luckily I was only there for 20 days.
