The room is clean and spacious! The staff is kind not only to us but also to our dog. They are very polite and helpful. The hotel allows pets up to 10 kg. stay. Will definitely come back!

The room is old and in need of renovation. Breakfast was very disappointing. Finally, when I check out they try to charge me 500thb for a tiny mark on the bedsheets from my mosquito bite. Disappointing.

The big rooms are ok. Nice pool. But the charge you 1000 baht if you stain the bed sheets or even a small drop . Do not drink on the bed next time you’re there

Fantastic Hotel, great big swimming pool, nice rooms and breakfast was the best I have had in a hotel in Thailand.

Perfect hotel if you ask me. The staff is so friendly and warm, they show you up to your room and carry your bags, give necessary information and makes sure you’re satisfied. The rooms are super fresh and spacy, with AC, fresh bathrooms and showers. No traffic sounds disturbed during the night. Love it!

Our second stay at Lapa in 4 months.
We again stayed in a superior room which are quite spacious and comfortable.
Bathroom is huge!
However, floor tiles loose, and around sink vinyl loose also. And...taps for hot water in shower turn on in different directions??? Very strange 🤔
Service from staff is excellent, as are the facilities and decor.
It is an attractive hotel in a very central location and an easy walk to the beach ⛱️

Nice pool, but not a good value for money. Room are minimal the common areas design beautiful( didn't like the room design, but for each is own). Air conditioner very slow working and had to move few room to find one that works.Tea at breakfast was very good. Location close to the blue port mall.

Walk over to the big shopping centre opposite which serves great food n great place for shopping. To have more variety for breakfast.
