I was thoroughly impressed with my stay here. The hotel is beautiful, and the reception staff are highly professional. They offer a variety of activities, including complimentary access to the water park, which adds to the overall experience. This luxury hotel provides exceptional value, making it an excellent choice for a memorable stay.

It was my family trip (Happy 50th Anniversary for my parents) with a group of 11 people. My dad (age of 80) slipped and fell in the bathroom in the early morning and had some cracks on his forehead. Khun Surachart (Joe) heard about this accident. He took action immediately asking security staff to provide first aid right at the breakfast venue. The hotel General Manager was also there to take care of him. It was really nice of them being caring for the accident of the guest. Later, the hotel also offered the cold pack. I feel very thankful to the hotel staffs and the general manager. Will definitely stay here again.

My recent stay at the Intercontinental Hua Hin was wonderful. The hotel offers a stunning, serene beachfront location, and the rooms are beautifully appointed with all the luxury amenities you’d expect. The facilities—from the expansive pool to the on-site dining options—are top-notch and made for an incredibly relaxing getaway. We especially loved how welcoming the hotel was toward pets, making it easy for us to enjoy our holiday with our dog.
However, I did have a less positive experience with one of the front desk staff. When I inquired about the hotel’s dog-friendly package, the response I received was rather curt, and she didn’t seem particularly enthusiastic or helpful, which was a bit disappointing. I understand she may be going through a pregnancy, which I completely respect, but a bit more warmth and assistance would have made the experience even better.
Overall, I’d highly recommend Intercontinental Hua Hin for a luxurious and relaxing retreat—just hoping the front desk experience improves for future visits.

Let’s start with the good: the service was friendly, warm and professional, as I would expect in any IHG property around the world.
Our room was impeccably presented, quiet and the bed was luxurious. Housekeeping did a fantastic job.
The little train ride and kids activities looked wonderful, if you are travelling with young family.
The service at Azure restaurant, the breakfast buffet and at Cocco bar was all good.
Now, the not so good: buffet breakfast was disappointing. Selection was decent, but the quality, taste and presentation of the food was lacking.
The hotel is right on the beach, but we counted 20+ dead fish and found some trash in the sand within a few minutes’ walk. The Hua Hin business association should really invest in a beach clean up effort, as currently the beach is not pleasant.

We had an exceptional stay at the hotel and can wholeheartedly recommend it to others. The facilities were top-notch, and the attention to detail in every aspect of our stay was impressive. What truly stood out was the staff, especially those in the club area, who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable. Their professionalism and warm hospitality left a lasting impression, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Excellent facilities with a very nice swimming pool complex. Great location next to a mall.on the beach and close to the city centre. Large comfortable sea facing rooms.

Beautiful hotel, nice view beautiful hygienic room and very best service I have ever encountered.
On my arrival I have unconsciously dropped my 2 precious gold rings at front of the hotel but the staff has kept it for me!
I felt so lucky to have visited and stayed (and dropped the rings here not elsewhere, of course ) at this hotel and to have meet such a nice people like this staff. Thank you for your honestly.
I will come back and definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends!!
