A great place to stay, unwind away from city hustle for a short break. All the staff were excellent - A huge callout to Rick the night manager who went out above and beyond to ensure that a booking mistake that I made was promptly fixed. I also met the owner who was hands-on and led his team by example providing excellent customer experience during the morning breakfast rush!! The food at the seafood restaurant is excellent too! I would happily visit again.

Lovely place to stay with kids. Staff is amazing. I just wished they more options for Vegetarian Food for the Breakfast & also in the Menu.
But beside that I would highly recommend this property. Also a self care is advisable in Hua Hin.

Mixed Experience - Amazing Staff, but Poor Management
I recently stayed at [Movenpieck Hua Hin and while some aspects of my stay were excellent, others were deeply disappointing.
First, the positives: the restaurant and housekeeping staff were absolutely amazing. Their friendly and professional service was the highlight of our stay. Without their efforts, we would have seriously considered leaving the hotel early and canceling any future reservations. They truly deserve recognition and a raise for going above and beyond.
Now, the negatives: at check-in, we were given an old, dirty room that was far below the standard we expected. When we raised concerns, we were told that all other rooms were booked, and no effort was made to offer us an upgrade or any alternative solution. As a loyal [Club Name] member, this was incredibly frustrating, especially since my status was not acknowledged at all.
To make matters worse, the 20% discount we were promised was never applied, and no one attempted to resolve this despite multiple inquiries.
While the ground-level staff were phenomenal, the management and overall condition of the hotel were unacceptable. I hope significant improvements are made to the facilities and guest service policies. Until then, I cannot recommend staying here.

We stayed here for my wife's birthday at the end of October. We had a terrace room on the 2nd floor, which was spacious and very comfortable for 3 nights. Breakfast was buffet style, with a good choice of Asian and Western style food. The location is a little outside the main Hua Hin town, but it's easy to get to with a Grab taxi. Having said that, it's very peaceful and a great resort to relax at.
What made the stay outstanding was the service. There was a chocolate birthday cake in our room, with fresh fruit when we arrived for my wife, and the bed was decorated as well. The staff were professional and caring, especially Noom and reception, Mathew at the restaurant, and K our golf buggy taxi driver.
If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with attentive staff, then this should be on your list.

We stay in Terrace Suite Lagoon View Twin. The room is very big, the two beds are big (queen size), the bathroom is also very big. The water tap can fill the bathtub very quickly and hot enough. However, only the curtain next to the bed can block the light but other curtains can't block the light. The beach is not nice and the tide is too high to see the sand most of the time. The taste of the food is good. The chocolate hour is good. The set meal included in the package might not enough for 2 persons, but this is good and open for the opportunity to order other dishes because the food included is the same for all meals. We've a happy staying.

My husband and I stayed here from 10/07/2024 to 17/07/2024. We picked this resort as our honeymoon spot, and we were definitely not disappointed. The team made our room so lovely on arrival! The resort is slightly out of town, which we LOVED!! It was quiet, calm and relaxing. My husband spent hours in their beautiful pool overlooking the ocean while I enjoyed catching up with some reading. I would 100% recommend this resort to all friends. We will definitely be back for another holiday.

Magnificently private hotel with marvelous food, including free chocolate hour, huge rooms, and great service. Despite the cleanness that can be improved as well as slightly fewer activities than some other hotels, they are made up by the privacy of the beach and great existing facilities. The hotel is full of plants, giving a feeling kinda like being in a little seaside forest.

Great Spa resort for couple and family. Nice set up room. Good breakfast, brunch chocolate party. Good swimming pool. Able to access the beach during low tide for few hours. Give it a try, you will miss it upon return to your city life:)

More privacy than other five stars hotel in HuaHin. Bed very comfort need sleep more and more but wooden atmosphere is attract me to enjoy the view and fresh air. This hotel like a villages. Many houses. Breakfast food not too many but the test is good balancing Thai test and Int test. Recommended for relax time.

The hotel's design is impressively calculated: abundant greenery and wooden elements sets a serene tone, while our room, though not a villa, is cleverly designed for privacy. Two swimming pools offer distinct atmospheres, adding an interesting dimension. Food quality here exceeds the usual resort standards in Thailand, with the added bonus of a complimentary afternoon dessert buffet. I won't hesitate coming back again.
