I stayed here for a long weekend. I chose this location as it's set off from the main road, near a vegan restaurant, and close to the beach.
On arrival, the staff were friendly. I had to pay 100thb for the key deposit. I stayed on the 5th floor and immediately enjoyed the peace and quiet. The hotel has a no noise sign between 10pm and 8am which I appreciated.
The twin room was large and had good amenities inc TV (with English channels), fridge, kettle and a lovely, hot shower. The pool on the ground floor is enclosed and offers privacy.
The hotel is about a 15 min walk to Hua Hin beach. Crossing the main road can be tricky but isn't impossible. Near to the hotel is a Villa market where you can pick up supplies.
My only irritations were the size of the cups in the room as they are quite small. Also, the towels provided for the pool are quite thin. I'd return to this hotel.

Great hotel at a great price. Clean, quiet, and has a small swimming pool. It’s difficult to find any faults at this price. Front desk staff are also very kind and helpful.

For any rate well below 1000 a day this place is a steal.
Easy parking but driveway is easy to miss.

Very nice hotel, good comfortable bed and good air conditioning.
Private bathroom with plenty of hot water.

Completely overrated hotel. The overpriced twin room we were “tricked” into renting is a disgrace. We were told there are 2 queen beds when in fact the beds are small single beds, suitable for kids not adults. 1000 Baht for that? No thanks and never again. Reception staff lies about the beds at check in and when I complained they shrugged their shoulders and said silt out, which they were not. Terry ate moooore expensive rooms available with real beds but they didn’t give us one. Disgrace.

Rooms are clean and the air conditioning is effective.
There is a balcony with table and 2 chairs.
Breakfast is served in an area near to the reception. Help yourself to the tea/coffee, bread/toast butter and jams.
Choose a cooked breakfast (Thai or western).
There is a fridge in the room and a safe to keep valuables inside.

The place is clean and the hotel stuff are friendly. The hotel was about 10-15 minutes walk to the night market and the beach. Everything is walking distance.

1. Breakfast options were limited, and the food amount of each set is not enough (e.g. there should be more yogurt for each cereals set). A simple buffet breakfast would fix the problem.
2. Only one key card per room was available, which was very inconvenient for couples or families. Two key cards would be much better.
3. The shower head was poorly designed - it was inflexible. The direction or the angle could not be changed.
4. The towel rack was directly above the toilet. It would be easy to inadvertently drop the towel to the toilet !
