Check in was easy and the resort was clean and the staff was nice! The food for breakfast and lunch was good! I liked the location on the beach because it was near a lot of things we had planned on the trip! I think the spa rooms could have been nicer though and the gym was so hot one day it felt like a sauna!

Lovely hotel next to the beach. Unfortunately, we were on our honeymoon, and our room had no view and was single beds. However, staff were quick to fix up the beds into one, although a bit uncomfortable.

I booked 3 rooms with them from 07-12 Aug and celebrated my daughter’s first birthday here.
Their hospitality is outstanding. All staff members are very helpful, and friendly and I want to specially mention Kathy at the front desk for being so sympathetic and welcoming throughout our stay. We had few hicccups with our room but she tried her best to fix it.
Even the other hospitality staff helped to fix minor setbacks that you can have when you stay in a tropical country of course.
Pros:
1 - location - beautiful beachfront
2- hospitality
3- quick service
4- breakfast spread
5- kids club house
Rest, if possible I would advise to book the sea view room or a villa as that would be better than standard rooms.
Standard rooms do look bit worn off but they are renovating on the go and building new blocks so should be ok.
Rest, their hospitality beats everything!
Recommended for travellers looking to relax on this trip away from hustle and bustle.

We had a magical stay here! We stayed in a villa which had an incredible sea view and a private rooftop pool with sunloungers.
During our stay, the resort arranged a beautiful afternoon tea and a romantic dinner by the beach which were absolutely unforgettable. Compliments to the chef and his team for making some really delicious food for us.

The facilities are good, the location is in the end of Kamala beach. You can walk along the beach in the morning it’s private. The swimming pool is fairly small but it’s not crowded. The pool bar has happy hour promotion at 4-6PM. The rooftop bar has happy hours too at 6-9PM but it’s free for the same drinks. Breakfast is varied and the taste is not bad. I love to stay here in May , the weather either rainy or cloudy but it didn’t all day. So I recommend to have a vacation here. And finally I think the cost of the room is reasonable.That’s sounds great right!!!😎

This was an amazing trip and topped of with an amazing hotel. Room was spotless, food was lovely with a wide variety. The staff were always on hand to help with anything you needed. Pool was beautiful at a perfect temperature. Plentiful of sun loungers for everyone. And too top it off the remote paradise piece of beach at the end of kamala was just something you need to see.

The place was great. However, I noticed that the floors and hallways were not well maintained. They were dirty and needed mopping.
The room was as stated on the website. I like the spacious balcony. There were insects in the toilet though.
One reception lady was not welcoming when we were checking. Not sure if she was just busy. The way she explained about check in, breakfast and everything we need to know was super fast like she was in a rush or something. We don't feel welcome at all, to be honest.
The breakfast buffet was good. I hope they could provide more option.

Had a great time staying at this hotel. Location was excellent, with almost private beach at the doorstep. The view from rooms, swimming pool and restaurant was awesome! The food was great. Very good and tasty buffet breakfast spread. Staff was very courteous. Spa service was also very good. They adjusted working time as per our request. Only one thing to improve - they need to work on maintenance of rooms, specifically bathrooms. The doors were not closing properly. It's an inconvenience with family.

Has a wonderful week staying at the Kamala enjoying the stunning location of the hotel. Our room was overlooking the beach with stunning views across the bay. The room itself was well designed spotlessly clean with as generous amount of space and amenities.
We loved the pool area and beach access if the pool area was full. The dining experience was faultless and a provided a wide variety of options. Most importantly of all it was the amazing staff who made the stay . They embody the true meaning of hospitality, always friendly, helpful and professional.
In way of constructive criticism I would say the Resort deserves a simple makeover to freshen things up.

Paradise with potential: Stunning beach and friendly staff, but hotel needs an upgrade.
While the beach and the view were truly breathtaking, the hotel itself felt a little tired and in need of refurbishment. However, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making up for some of the shortcomings. The infinity pool offered fantastic ocean views, but unfortunately, some guests weren't considerate of others, reserving sun loungers all day without using them. Overall, the experience was positive, but with some improvements, this hotel could truly live up to its stunning location and become an exceptional place to stay.
