We spent every morning we could stopping by the petting zoo, which is such a fun experience getting to see these lovely animals and interact with them in such a beautiful setting

I came to know about the resort through social media. Upon arrival, the resort was amazing with its surroundings and mainly it's located with a beach regardless the distance from the airport and the main land

They are clearly very well treated and the staff overlooking them is very good at making everyone feel included. The rooms were incredible, with an amazing view. It was complete comfort and we could not be happier

We loved the food there too - every meal we ate over our 10 days was amazing. The swim up bar was also heaps of fun! We had a perfect view of the ocean from our room and loved seeing the perfect gardens everyday

Really nice hotel, great service from absolutely all of the staff (including Asia at the reception desk). We dined at the Crocodile bar a lot and we were always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome

During our stay we ate at every restaurant on the property and could not be happier with our experiences at every one of them

When I first came to Thailand I was not quite sure what it would be like. Well I soon found that not only Thailand is beautiful with its gorgeous beaches,the people are wonderful

With four fantastic pools within the resort there is never a problem finding a sun lounge. The rooms are very quiet, spacious and clean with your own private balcony

I didn’t expect too much but the hotel exceeded my expectations! Yes it’s not new and fancy, but it’s has a great location on the beach and all the staff are friendly and nice! Don’t mention it’s super clean! We had a nice room overlooking the main pool

The hotel has 4 swimming pools so it’s never crowded. If fact, it was mostly empty at the pool when we were there. Some people complained about their pool towel card policy but I think it’s very organized and efficient

For the money we paid to be here this is excellent value!! Close to the beach and a small area of shops, massage etc

kids had a great time kids club is brilliant 4x pools to swim in beach and markets close to resort. don't forget to visit karon beach bazare also

Decent stay, away from the crowds, pretty close to the beach, apartment is pretty good too, had a sofa and a balcony. Enough sun loungers and pools

This is a great hotel and area to stop it's a quiet family area. The hotel has comfy beds and the rooms are clean and have facilities to make drinks. The hotel has 3 pools with 2 rooftop ones, the main pool has a bar

The New York rooftop pool was open until 11pm and had amazing sunset views. The bakery was next to reception and offered coffee and cakes at reasonable prices

Its a 7/8 min walk away from 7/11's & local restaurants & a a 15/20 min walk to the beach. They also offer a complimentary shuttle service

There is also a spa and gym on site along with a medical centre. The staff were so lovely and accommodating and really made the holiday. If we are ever in this area again I wouldn't hesitate to stay again

The gym is a large space with floor to ceiling windows. They have an air conditioner solution which is good (could be a little colder please) but they do have lots of fans which is very useful in a gym

Our stay at Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach was absolutely magical! We stayed in a villa with the most breathtaking sea view and our own private rooftop pool—it was pure paradise

Pros: 1 - location - beautiful beachfront 2- hospitality 3- quick service 4- breakfast spread 5- kids club house Rest, if possible I would advise to book the sea view room or a villa as that would be better than standard rooms

If you’re looking for a luxurious, romantic getaway in Phuket, away from the crowds, this is the place to be. Everything from the stunning villa to the amazing service and beachfront pool was perfect

We were so impressed with this hotel. The location is perfect as it is situated at the one end of the beach away from the crowds. It has a beautiful pool area and the beach swimming area is stunning

It’s just a 15-20-minute drive to Patong Beach, and it’s also about 30-40 minutes from the old town and central flora mall (depending on traffic it might take longer)

It felt like we had our own private beach! The location of the hotel was perfect

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, we had to use a buggy to get around the resort, which was pretty quick and easy, buggy took around 10 min to reach on a few occasions which can get frustrating

We loved our stay at the Naka! We got a suite with pool and view of the waters, the room was so spacious and very comfortable! The bedding was very nice and easy to fall asleep in too

We had the beach access pool villa, which was a great choice; more privacy and direct access to the beach. The main restaurant and pool were right next door, so it was a plus. The breakfast was pretty good

It was great staying at the sea view villa in Namaka Resort during our trip to Phuket. It is a great resort with a beautiful view of the sea

There's also a beautiful waterfall in the premises which was right next to our villa. Service is ok, the cleanliness can be improved a bit for the premises, the rooms were cleaned properly though

Even though it seemed like the they had just cleaned it before we arrived(the floor was still wet). Our room was located in a building where they did not even put the lights on in the hall or stairways

Don't expect a luxury resort, it is $65 per night not $650. Breakfast is just average and focuses mainly on Asian cuisine. Rooms are spacious and clean but their pillows are a real killer

I thought this was a 5 star hotel/resort but felt it was more a 4 star. The cleaning was not the best and we found several insects in our room

We stayed here in Mid April 2017. I recommend to book the sea view rooms as in the beginning they put us in a very dirty room over looking construction

Every member of the staff is helpful, friendly and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The huge swimming pool is delightful. The pool attendants are always around to ensure that you are comfortable

Breakfast had a huge selection to choose from and they even have a fresh juice station where you could select the fruits and the staff would juice it in front of you! Rooms were clean and situated on a hilly area where you had good views of the ocean

Pool was large about 50m which you can comfortably swim laps. They had snorkelling and trekking activities depending on the season. We stayed as a family with older parents and everyone enjoyed it!

Kamala beach is so beautiful & peaceful. So far it's the best beach in Phuket in my opinion - and that is one of the reasons we chose InterContinental. We loved the Pine Beach Bar and the pool there as well

Lovely atmosphere, surrounded by pine trees, and a few steps to the sea! Guestroom was located on the other side of the street but this hotel has a private tunnel and a buggy service to take you anywhere

The breakfast, the afternoon tea as well the drinks in the evening at the club lounge were absolutely delicious. The gym offers good equipments. One of the highlights is the sunset at the hotel beach

I got warming welcome from staffs here. This hotel is one of the best I’d been. Food, Elegant view both sea view and mountain view and friendly staffs are the best for here.

I recommend the rooms facing Kamala beach. The deluxe sea view rooms don’t have a bathtub though, as advertised on Agoda. The fitness center and pool are both great

Cape Sienna Hotel is about 45 minutes drive south of Phuket airport, on the west coast, overlooking Kamala Beach. The hotel itself is very nice. Nice breakfasts, pool, friendly staff

Amazing view right at the reception area of kamala beach, especially during sunset. The room was clean and simple. The swimming pool area is clean but a bit small

Beachfront but with lots of rocks, difficult to swim but you can use the large swimming pools instead. Many "photogenic" spots, good for those who like taking photos. Old hotel but great maintenance. Food is standard.

Very nice sea view and can walk to the beach. There are many restaurants at the beach. About the hotel i think kinda old and towel also old should be change new one and got alot of bug although the windows are closed

Had a pool room which was awesome. Location can be a small hassle to walk down a few "flights" of steps to the beach, but on a quieter end of the beach which is nice

No restaurant in the resort for lunch or dinner, and an average breakfast was served. But there's a couple of good restaurants just round the corner, on the beach itself

The rooms are comfy, the bathroom is weirdly small but the view and access to the ocean makes up for it. Its on a quieter beach, no crazy crowds and fairly clean
