Lovely hotel, beautifully clean and all staff were so polite and friendly. The food is exceptional and the chefs catered easily for my gluten free diet. Waiting and bar staff are what make this hotel somewhere people will return to. Sad to hear that this will not be adults only from November though. Not sure how you will cater for children without a lot of renovations and additions. We did miss the Tui Blue classes which we were hoping for as the hotel changed to Sentido prior to our arrival. We did however enjoy some very relaxing massages in the Spa. Overall we have loved our stay here.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was lovely and modern. The pool areas and the buildings always clean and tidy and are very pretty. The beach area is as good as it gets. Very friendly staff. Great location if you want peace.
Our only complaint was guests 'bagged' the beach-side chairs before we were even awake. We only managed to sit in the beach area once in the late afternoon. This could be sorted quite easily as we have seen in other hotels.

Loved everything about this hotel. The rooms are big, spacious and very clean! The swimming pool is great and the private beach is the best one to swim in.
Located perfectly a few minutes walk from restaurants and cafes.

Beautiful resort. Unfortunately this year they are re-branding and no longer TUI or adults only. A real shame as it was a fantastic place for couples to vacation.
The beach is clean and sandy but not part of the hotel. The hotel does have some beds there but not enough.
Also, like everywhere in Thailand, there are Russians now. Others guests are 90% Germans and rest is Scandinavian and English.
Staff is kind and helpful. Food is good, except for the beach bar. They took 45 minutes to throw some ice cold satay on a plate. Quite a feat at 36 degrees.
Town is a 7 minute walk.
If they had stayed adults only we would have been back next year.

My husband and I spent a month at this hotel earlier this year. We stayed in a deluxe room on the fifth floor which was fabulous. We particularly enjoyed the quiet pool up there. The location of the hotel was fantastic as was the beach. Breakfast was very enjoyable in the restaurant overlooking the beach. I would recommend the hotel overall, but of course things may change when it is no longer adults only. Some negatives were that in a month we only managed to get sunbeds two times at the beach. Policies should be enforced. There were lots of beds being reserved with no one on them. I even saw some people reserving two beds. One in the shade and one in the sun. Very selfish! A welcome drink on arrival would have been appreciated. We were shattered and it took ages to finally get to our room. Also, after spending over £3000 on the hotel, I was quite shocked at checkout to be told there was a teaspoon missing from the room! I hope it was found because we didn't have it!

Absolutely phenomenal place. Probably the best hotel that we've stayed in so far, bought us with the first minute thanks to the nicest service and welcome drinks. It's quiet, clean with delicious food and beautiful beach. The friendliest staff that would always make sure we're all right. Good location with lots of shops nearby. If you have a chance check the night market that opens on some days a few km away.

Loved our holiday over New Year 2023. Food great and the staff were awesome. So friendly and always smiling. Loved the sandy beach with just a few rocks to break up the view a little. Just a 10 mins walk into town. Would definitely return.

We truly enjoyed staying at this resort! The area is beautiful, always well kept and the staff is super friendly. Breakfast is delicious & the beach view from the terrace tables is just amazing! I love that you have a no sunbed-saving policy in use and very much appreciate that you started to enforced it; in our first couple of days 1/3 of beds were reserved, but empty already early in the morning, and it was difficult to find a free sunbed after breakfast (even though we are early-birds). I suggest that you clarify this policy to everyone during check-in, since unfortunately the cards in the rooms don't seem to be enough for too many.
