Stayed a week at The Sands. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Service great. The facilities were generous. Rooms and all facilities very clean and well maintained.

Peaceful and relaxing both restaurants have good food for there price point staff try hard very polite

It's a huge property, they even have a mega pond full of fish that are fed daily (you can join in on the feeding fun too) It's located perfectly; the local shops are a short 15min stroll up the street, you'll find atm's, souvenir shops and 'Moddan' where we had massages daily and I got my hair braided twice! If you're keen to keep walking there's a myriad of shops to choose from for either souvenirs...

The housekeeping and wait staff worked very hard to ensure all of our needs were met. The facilities were immaculate and well maintained from the gym, the pools and the grounds

We had a stay of 7 nights, a family of 2 adults and 2 girls on 5 and 8 years. The atmosphere of the hotel is outstanding, and the staff were exceptionel serviceminded

We loved everything about Pullman Khao Lak. The resort catered to all our needs with 2 young kids. It’s out of Khao Lak centre but not far enough that you can’t explore. Pools are amazing, kids club was good

The location is a bit far away from everything, but for us it was good, as there was a beautiful calm beach. Hotel has shuttle to Khao Lak, markets etc

Food varied and plenty, drinks good. Staff were polite and very helpful. Halloween fire show was awesome

The staff at the resort were amazing. We had an issue with not being able to use contactless payment but this was eventually resolved. The food was great too, pools and gym were very good

The most beautiful family resort! New hotel opened in 2022 so it's very modern with good technical features. Every one of rooms have a private leafy view. There is a fruit/herb garden, cute animals and fish ponds

Management takes feedback seriously and do their best to please their guests. We are a family of 6 and stayed at the pool suite villa for 4d3n, next to our villa is a beach house that serves fantastic food

We had a pool access room which was spacious and quiet with a beautiful view of the lush gardens. Great shower ,efficient cooling ,king size bed very comfortable

Be careful when renting a bike or exchanging money, look in more than 2 places and see if the prices match. don't make plans, go there and just do what you're feeling like doing when you wake up

The hotel is divided into two parts the main part is on the beach, the other across the street, live like you know better on the side of the sea, here the restaurant, Breakfast was good the choice is, do not stay hungry! I just checked out of Le Meridien Khao Lak and couldn't be happier. The resort is stunning, the grounds are immaculately maintained and everything is kept clean and fresh (even during the rainy season)

Very good pool area and location. Huge deluxe room with freestanding bath in the bedroom. Comfy sofas on the balcony and in the living room. Excellent breakfasts and hotel food, which is rare, useful in pool bar too!

Front Desk manager was very helpful. He liased a visit to all room types. Advised us on best time of year to visit khao lak. Also suggested best room type for our next stay. The rooms and grounds were in very good order

Not far from the local street with tons of food options and touristy shopping opportunities. Too far to walk for the most part, but taxis are always available. My only wish was for a better equipped gym

There are a lot of stairs and hills so please be aware of this if you have mobility difficulties. It was amazing being so close to the ocean and the pool at the same time! We would definitely return

My experience has been stellar because of the Thai people and their lovely way of life. It's amazing to see how the Thai locals have rebuilt from the Indian Ocean Tsunami back in the 2000s

The Hotel is situated on the coast with its own beach front where you can play in the sea to your heart's content or there are enough pools to relax by if that's your style

Upon arrival, I was served a coconut ice cream and then in the room there was a variety of snacks waiting for me. They also replenished my fruit bowl every day. This is one of the best properties I have stayed at

There are so many restaurants to choose from and an Infiniti pool as well. December is high season and very expensive. I recommend coming in April for a really good deal

We had some minor issues with our room initially, which were promptly attended to. The food at the resort is quite pricey. It’s worth to prepay for half board if planning to eat on site

If anything is broken or not working efficiently, staff fix it straight away. The food at the restaurant is the quality you expect from a 5 star hotel if not more. The portion sizes are generous and the service is fast

Some good local restaurants within 200m of front gate. Plus turn left onto beach and stroll for 15minutes (1. 1km) to find superb place for lunch

Standard breakfast, nothing to write home about. They could do better with dinner and lunch food though, the quality was not as good as from the local restaurants. So 3 stars from me becaise I love my food

The countdown party was very nice - not too crowded, nice foods but I guess the MVP goes to the duo who played catchy 70-90s songs which were in line with age of most guests! By the way, it would be best environmental friendly if we don’t do sky lantern!

We got it quite cheap as it was in foff season. Everything according to 4 star hotel standards. You got all you need in walking distance. And from there you have tons of taytrips in range of motor cycle distance

Amazing 5* resort for a good price. There is an ATM about 15 minutes walk away. Two lovely bars on the beach that charge about 150 baht a meal. Laundry can be done for 80 baht

A good standard hotel with a decent all inclusive offering. Haven't stayed in Thailand before so not sure how it stands up competed to other resorts but we found everything to be as you'd expect

Rooms are big and comfortable most have entry to a salt water pool. Ours had a super large king size bed and very comfortable. One minor downfall is that the town is a 10 min drive

I mostly stuck to Thai food, especially local cuisine, and I didn’t have a single dish that I disliked. Breakfast wasn’t off the charts amazing, but the food was certainly good and they had a lot of options

The pool bar menu for lunch and snacks was good but could only be eaten around the pool so if it was raining (which is was quite a bit) - you could not order and eat any of the tables around the bar upstairs)

Retro style buildings At the same time with the atmosphere of the garden and the landscape of the canal, which is surrounded by tropical trees in our house. I recommend coming and relaxing

Wonderful little place beside the JW Marriott. The Italian restaurant here is probably the most authentic I've eaten at outside of Italy, and I highly recommend it.
