We spent 11 lovely nights in the resort and we can’t wait to come back, they also have a lovely kids club with kids activities every day, we went to with two babies and everyone gave us the most precious treatment with them

Hands down best resort I’ve been to in Thailand. Don’t book this place if you’re expecting to walk everywhere as there is a need to book a cheap taxi or bus which is easy to do with the help of reception

Excellent +++++ Well equipped bungalows in a lovingly designed small area! The bungalow had a large terrace with table and chairs. Outside the complex there are many restaurants within a 40 minute walk

If you want to explore Khao Lak, you can rent a scooter directly in the complex. The great area is very quiet, exactly what we wanted. Extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating

The hotel was located on the beach front (sunset view), the room was clean and big although the bathroom was weirdly designed with a useless big shower. There are two medium swimming pools

Attractive price for this 4 star resort. Room is okay but service not sure. At the time of my stay, guess 2 room booking from 58 room for this resort. Rather old but superb quality

The most beautiful family resort! New hotel opened in 2022 so it's very modern with good technical features. Every one of rooms have a private leafy view. There is a fruit/herb garden, cute animals and fish ponds

Management takes feedback seriously and do their best to please their guests. We are a family of 6 and stayed at the pool suite villa for 4d3n, next to our villa is a beach house that serves fantastic food

The only small disadvantage was the lack of shops in walking distance but it probably saved us some money! I would happily come back again. Thank you to Avani + your team here is excellent 👏

It's a huge property, they even have a mega pond full of fish that are fed daily (you can join in on the feeding fun too) It's located perfectly; the local shops are a short 15min stroll up the street, you'll find atm's, souvenir shops and 'Moddan' where we had massages daily and I got my hair braided twice! If you're keen to keep walking there's a myriad of shops to choose from for either souvenirs...

We've had a wonderful 7 night stay here, it's clean, peaceful and the service is amazing! Highly recommended if you're looking to relax and rest the body and mind while working on your tan

The hotel, rooms and pools are amazing. Beach is great to walk along into the towns. It is a bit of a hike into town on foot but doable. Taxi service is good. 150 baht to either town.

I wasn’t aware that it is a non-smoking resort which is great for kids but I think the hotel should be clear on their advertising platforms as it was very inconvenient for some member of our party

The only downside is that the location of the hotel is pretty isolated. Need a taxi to get to the nearest seven eleven, and also there is not a lot to do

Kho Lak in general - there is not much to do, you mainly come there to be in the hotel

We choose this resort due to the all inclusive package they offer, not normally my preference but they do it very well, drinks and food were all delightful, all reasonable requests honored with graciousness

I just checked out of Le Meridien Khao Lak and couldn't be happier. The resort is stunning, the grounds are immaculately maintained and everything is kept clean and fresh (even during the rainy season)

We were met at the hotel by Beau, the manager I had emailed with, who showed us around and got us settled

Throughout our stay we found all the staff friendly and helpful, the housekeeping kept a good supply of coffee and the room looked immaculate

We had a very good time in this hotel. The beach walks were the best. Secluded place, not crowded, you can walk alone in one of the longest beaches I have ever seen

The breakfast was the best iv ever seen in a hotel I had 3 a day 😆 Best view for sunset and lots of daily excursions to be taken up. All staff were extremely nice and helpful. Will be back within the next year

There are plenty of dining options—Italian, international, and Thai—so you don’t even need to leave the resort for good food. My favorite part is the room design

We had some minor issues with our room initially, which were promptly attended to. The food at the resort is quite pricey. It’s worth to prepay for half board if planning to eat on site

Be careful when renting a bike or exchanging money, look in more than 2 places and see if the prices match. don't make plans, go there and just do what you're feeling like doing when you wake up

My daughter lost her necklaces at the Gym, and the frond desk manger found it for us after we already checked out, and send it to our new hotel. That makes the service very good and excellent! Very recommended

Similar with our accommodation, I tripped over the rail from the old tin mine outside the block (love that they have incorporated it!) I think it needs a ramp to cover the part to the stairs for safety

Located on one of the best sections of the Khao Lak beach. A great restaurant right on the beach. The beachfront bungalows are extremely comfortable. Can't get closer to the sea than this

Good location direct to the beach. Large pool area, large and comfortable rooms, bathroom has separate toilet and shower. Temperatures in Aircon can't be handled very good, too cool or too warm

The hotel backs on to a lovely beach so if the infinity pool and Bar is not enough space then the beach will be. The drink prices are ok but happy hour is the best value for money

Very nice swimming pool with pull side bar for eating and drinking, clean beach with sift sand, rich breakfast. Many restaurants nearby and the real center is a few minutes by taxi. The staff is super kind and helpful

The staff is super super friendly! Juan, you’re the best operation manager and we hope your hard work is also seen by management! Recommendations for management: It would be good if some staff members could improve their English

However current pricing reflects this, and you get best value-for-money around! Three very spacios and well-kept pools. WiFi had regular dropouts but this isn't particularly an issue today as you gave good 4G coverage

The breakfast is good if you like thai food and eggs, so good enough for us

Wonderful little place beside the JW Marriott. The Italian restaurant here is probably the most authentic I've eaten at outside of Italy, and I highly recommend it.

Highly recommend the superior pool bungalows. There is also a separate breakfast location for guests staying at the pool bungalows. This restaurant is peaceful in the morning, overlooking the ocean

We arrived late at night and had some unexpected issues with rooms we had booked - our misunderstanding - but the staff we dealt with were wonderful, professional, polite and sympathetic

Stay was toward the end of September/October. Caught the tail end of Monsoon and although it was a bit overcast and rained on a few days, there was still plenty to do

The gentleman at the beach (I don’t get his name) provided such excellent service. Our water glass was never empty and he prepared our sun beds everyday without question. He always had time for the guests

We looked for a diving resort, because the pool is usually vacated during the day. (I dive and my partner enjoys a quiet time relaxing around a pool)

We couldn’t find a diving resort, but this is a very small resort with plenty of private grassed space, (directly accessing the beach), to enjoy your own space on huge bean bags under equally big umbrellas

One of the best resorts I have stayed at; and the staff was amazing. We have stayed in many places around the world, and we picked Khao Lak because of the diving

The property is a lot smaller than expected though we knew we were booking into a boutique resort. However, the resort is only 5 steps away from the beach, not private though. Anyway, we had an enjoyable stay there

Magnificent place! We spent a full week here in our own private villa with pool. You can order a la carte or have from the buffet. Lots of fresh fruits available. Beautiful view over the Indian Ocean

Very attentive staff that does everything to make your stay pleasant. Free internet in the rooms with Smart TV. Lot of restaurants around make you want to explore the area via for as well
