Excellent +++++ Well equipped bungalows in a lovingly designed small area! The bungalow had a large terrace with table and chairs. Outside the complex there are many restaurants within a 40 minute walk

Open again for high season. Good deals on rooms this year!

If you want to explore Khao Lak, you can rent a scooter directly in the complex. The great area is very quiet, exactly what we wanted. Extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating

The hotel was located on the beach front (sunset view), the room was clean and big although the bathroom was weirdly designed with a useless big shower. There are two medium swimming pools

Attractive price for this 4 star resort. Room is okay but service not sure. At the time of my stay, guess 2 room booking from 58 room for this resort. Rather old but superb quality

Nice hotel, vkusni Breakfast, good territory hotel on territoroii is a large tennis court, Golf, a gym and outdoor chess. Very large and comfortable rooms, clean large private beach☺

Stayed a week at The Sands. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Service great. The facilities were generous. Rooms and all facilities very clean and well maintained.

Peaceful and relaxing both restaurants have good food for there price point staff try hard very polite

It's a huge property, they even have a mega pond full of fish that are fed daily (you can join in on the feeding fun too) It's located perfectly; the local shops are a short 15min stroll up the street, you'll find atm's, souvenir shops and 'Moddan' where we had massages daily and I got my hair braided twice! If you're keen to keep walking there's a myriad of shops to choose from for either souvenirs...

We've had a wonderful 7 night stay here, it's clean, peaceful and the service is amazing! Highly recommended if you're looking to relax and rest the body and mind while working on your tan

If you eat Thai food it is good, but do not try other food, this will be average at the best. Main problem we see is, that the departments do not work together, e

We enjoyed the main pool with a slide (there are several other pools too), and the private beach just 100m away, which was good for sun-bathingband walking (waves a little rough maybe for very young kids)

Everything is clean, there is shade from beautiful trees around the pools. The toddler water fun part has rubbery ground so the little ones don’t slip. Rooms are spacious and modern, we also liked how quiet they are

There is also a shuttle available for 50 baht per person to various locations at set times. This is a family-friendly resort, although kids under 16 were not allowed in the main pool by the beach

A lovely resort, with friendly staff. Pools were lovely and clean, the slide was very popular! The rooms were modern & clean. The bed was a little firm for me personally & pillows too soft

The breakfast & dinner buffets are amazing!! A+++ The resort was mostly isolated, which meant you had to get taxis everywhere. Otherwise, you could walk into town

We had a very good time in this hotel. The beach walks were the best. Secluded place, not crowded, you can walk alone in one of the longest beaches I have ever seen

The breakfast was the best iv ever seen in a hotel I had 3 a day 😆 Best view for sunset and lots of daily excursions to be taken up. All staff were extremely nice and helpful. Will be back within the next year

There are plenty of dining options—Italian, international, and Thai—so you don’t even need to leave the resort for good food. My favorite part is the room design

We had some minor issues with our room initially, which were promptly attended to. The food at the resort is quite pricey. It’s worth to prepay for half board if planning to eat on site

Stayed here for 9 nights with family of 5 in two rooms. Breakfast was included and very good. We had a half board package which included either lunch or dinner daily and that was very good, making it outstanding value

I didn’t rate the Green Mango restaurant at all unfortunately, I was given half roast chicken so dry that it almost choked me, had two bites then had to leave, but after complaining I was only offered 60 baht discount, so paid 450 baht for a few fries

Be careful when renting a bike or exchanging money, look in more than 2 places and see if the prices match. don't make plans, go there and just do what you're feeling like doing when you wake up

I just checked out of Le Meridien Khao Lak and couldn't be happier. The resort is stunning, the grounds are immaculately maintained and everything is kept clean and fresh (even during the rainy season)

Additionally, the cleaning service needs improvement, as the soap dispenser in our room was empty. On a positive note, the beach is beautiful for walking, though swimming can be challenging due to the large waves

Hands down best resort I’ve been to in Thailand. Don’t book this place if you’re expecting to walk everywhere as there is a need to book a cheap taxi or bus which is easy to do with the help of reception

My daughter lost her necklaces at the Gym, and the frond desk manger found it for us after we already checked out, and send it to our new hotel. That makes the service very good and excellent! Very recommended

The hotel itself is very large and beautiful. Very kid friendly with big pools, water slides, sport activities like darts and kaiaking. The private beach is amazing! Cocktails are yummy (but very expensive)

On our first day we ordered kids meal and the bread had black mold on it. The breakfast has huge selection but the birds were eating from the food that wasn’t covered…

Located on one of the best sections of the Khao Lak beach. A great restaurant right on the beach. The beachfront bungalows are extremely comfortable. Can't get closer to the sea than this

Good location direct to the beach. Large pool area, large and comfortable rooms, bathroom has separate toilet and shower. Temperatures in Aircon can't be handled very good, too cool or too warm

The hotel backs on to a lovely beach so if the infinity pool and Bar is not enough space then the beach will be. The drink prices are ok but happy hour is the best value for money

Very nice swimming pool with pull side bar for eating and drinking, clean beach with sift sand, rich breakfast. Many restaurants nearby and the real center is a few minutes by taxi. The staff is super kind and helpful

The staff is super super friendly! Juan, you’re the best operation manager and we hope your hard work is also seen by management! Recommendations for management: It would be good if some staff members could improve their English

However current pricing reflects this, and you get best value-for-money around! Three very spacios and well-kept pools. WiFi had regular dropouts but this isn't particularly an issue today as you gave good 4G coverage

The breakfast is good if you like thai food and eggs, so good enough for us

Highly recommend the superior pool bungalows. There is also a separate breakfast location for guests staying at the pool bungalows. This restaurant is peaceful in the morning, overlooking the ocean

The gentleman at the beach (I don’t get his name) provided such excellent service. Our water glass was never empty and he prepared our sun beds everyday without question. He always had time for the guests

Overall this hotels is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in across the world. Take advantage of their bikes and go for a cycle to neighboring beaches or to the little shops up the road

The restaurants serve excellent food and the beach is idyllic although jellyfish were there on our trip but that’s just one of those things

Magnificent place! We spent a full week here in our own private villa with pool. You can order a la carte or have from the buffet. Lots of fresh fruits available. Beautiful view over the Indian Ocean

Hotel amenities are from Thann. you could choose the oil of the Aromatic diffuser and could even choose the pillows if you are particular about them

The pool in the pool-access section is big, but kind of impersonal, being surrounded by lots of rooms. Breakfast was excellent, as were the breakfast staff. It was a pleasant enough 2 night stay

An older resort that is currently undergoing lots of renovation, which is much needed. It had very good access to a decent beach

The hotel had a family atmosphere very good for chilling in the huge 120mt swimming pool or in the beach. I would happily stay there for a week or more

The good stuff includes great beds and bedding. Beautiful rooms with quality timberwork. Clean beach with few people on it. The bad stuff starts with the food. Mediocre and not really worth the effort

It has the most spectacular pool I have ever seen and is situated on the most glorious, deserted white sand beach with warm, clean and gently lapping sea. Paradise!! The inclusions with luxury escapes were fantastic

The massages were divine and easy to book in. The free flow cocktails with dinner were generous and quickly served. We would stay after dinner and play cards and they continued serving us their delicious cocktails

Amazing 5* resort for a good price. There is an ATM about 15 minutes walk away. Two lovely bars on the beach that charge about 150 baht a meal. Laundry can be done for 80 baht
