Everything about this resort is absolutely first class and as far as I can see, everything was catered for. The location within the mature gardens and woodlands right on the most perfect, long beaches with stunning sunset on earth. The service from the staff is fantastic and they are all lovely people. If you go out left on the beach exit there are some places under the palms with shadow until late noon. Give it a try if your kids want to play in the sand

Good place to stay. Good location. Peaceful and relaxing both restaurants have good food for there price point staff try hard very polite. My only real complaint is the staff that make up the rooms forget something every day sometimes no towels at all or just missing facewashers, missing pool towels in room or no soap for 7 days little things like that.

Good hotel, Shuttle service here tour operators do not organize as a rule. Therefore, inquire in advance Shuttle service from the hotel, it's less expensive (2000 baht) than to take a taxi to the Phuket airport (2500 baht). Near cafes, shops. The hotel is big, many pools for kids and adults, restaurants and cafes, convenience store on site.

This is a great resort for people of all ages. The rooms and grounds are well kept. A great place to relax.

It's one of those places that has a great, but very small waterfront...but many, many square cement buildings that all look the same stretching far back from the beach. So it is a long walk from the beach to your room....unless you have one of the 6 beach view rooms. But what is truly strange - when you get to the beach, it's actually fenced off. Our family spent 5 nights here in the 2 bedroom suite. The staff were all really helpful and courteous. We really enjoyed our time here. The activities were slightly hard to book as spaces were limited on many of them; need to book in advance. Lots of dining options. But far from Phuket airport.

Stayed here for 9 nights with family of 5 in two rooms. Excellent hotel and staff. Breakfast was included and very good. We had a half board package which included either lunch or dinner daily and that was very good, making it outstanding value. The kids loved the main pool and the room side pool. Hands down best resort I’ve been to in Thailand. Don’t book this place if you’re expecting to walk everywhere as there is a need to book a cheap taxi or bus which is easy to do with the help of reception. The condition of the room was okay. It was reasonable for the price. I love the view from the restaurant. I also love the foods. Great hotel although prestigious busy. There are not enough sun beds so you need to hurry in the morning. As for restaurants I would recommend to each somewhere in the nearby city. Anyway it was a nice vacation
