If you go out left on the beach exit there are some places under the palms with shadow until late noon. Give it a try if your kids want to play in the sand

Good place to stay. Good location. Peaceful and relaxing both restaurants have good food for there price point staff try hard very polite. My only real complaint is the staff that make up the rooms forget something every day sometimes no towels at all or just missing facewashers, missing pool towels in room or no soap for 7 days little things like that.

Good hotel, Shuttle service here tour operators do not organize as a rule. Therefore, inquire in advance Shuttle service from the hotel, it's less expensive (2000 baht) than to take a taxi to the Phuket airport (2500 baht). Near cafes, shops. The hotel is big, many pools for kids and adults, restaurants and cafes, convenience store on site.

This is a great resort for people of all ages. The rooms and grounds are well kept. A great place to relax.

It's one of those places that has a great, but very small waterfront...but many, many square cement buildings that all look the same stretching far back from the beach. So it is a long walk from the beach to your room....unless you have one of the 6 beach view rooms. But what is truly strange - when you get to the beach, it's actually fenced off. You have to walk over a large storm drain with bad smells...

We had a stay of 7 nights, a family of 2 adults and 2 girls on 5 and 8 years. The atmosphere of the hotel is outstanding, and the staff were exceptionel serviceminded. The location is a bit far away from everything, but for us it was good, as there was a beautiful calm beach. We loved everything about Pullman Khao Lak. The resort catered to all our needs with 2 young kids. It’s out of Khao Lak centre but not far enough that you can’t explore. Pools are amazing, kids club was good. Food varied and plenty, drinks good. Staff were polite and very helpful. Halloween fire show was awesome. Highly recommend.

The staff at the resort were amazing. Always friendly and helpful. We had an issue with not being able to use contactless payment but this was eventually resolved. The food was great too, pools and gym were very good. The only thing to be aware of is that it is far away from everything. From the resort you need a taxi or car to get anywhere. Management takes feedback seriously and do their best to please their guests. We are a family of 6 and stayed at the pool suite villa for 4d3n, next to our villa is a beach house that serves fantastic food. The pork steak with truffle sauce and the crab curry is superb.

The most beautiful family resort! New hotel opened in 2022 so it's very modern with good technical features. Every one of rooms have a private leafy view. Ask for a non smoking room as we ended up in a smoking room a long way from the beach n reception etc. This hotel is not suitable for the infirm as lots of stairs and walking. Very quiet at night.

This is a lovely place to stay. It has the biggest salt water pool in Asia and only a short walk to a beautiful, clean swim safe beach. Staff are friendly and helpful. We booked purely for the epic swimming pool, which did not disappoint! The rooms were also fantastic. Great place to stay in Khao Lak. Friendly staff and a great location right on the beach. I highly recommend it.

Good location, clean, modern. Very nice swimming pool with pull side bar for eating and drinking, clean beach with sift sand, rich breakfast. Many restaurants nearby and the real center is a few minutes by taxi. The staff is super kind and helpful. Very relaxing, not crowded.

Most beautiful and comfortable hotel I've ever been. I stayed with my wife and 2 more friends with their 2 children in one of the private pool villas. The swimming pool was amazing and we use it every time we got in the villa, also used it in the night as it had underwater lights changing colors.
