We had a great stay in The sand. Great kid's club and kids pool. My daughter enjoyed it so much there. There is a beach right in front of the resort. You can take a stroll along the beach. There are activities for grownup and also kids. The downside is that there are quite some ants in the room.

There are a few swimming pools in the hotel which is very convenient for kids to play. The food there is average though.

The most beautiful family resort! New hotel opened in 2022 so it's very modern with good technical features. Every one of rooms have a private leafy view. This is our second time staying at this hotel. We really like the location, the grounds, the incredibly friendly staff. Nice big and clean pools. There are several children's pools for the youngest guests. Good breakfasts. The room is a bit old, but clean. In the evenings they deliver clean towels for the beach to the rooms. There was a noise from the room next door after midnight. I have tried to call FO by using the phone in the room but the phone is not working. So, I call to the resort by using my mobile. Good hotel. Responsive staff. Located near the sea on the 1st line, you can swim during low tide. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. The only minus is not related to the hotel, but is probably related to the peculiarity of Khao Lak - it is impossible to take a taxi from the hotel at reasonable prices, the bolt does not work, there are few drivers in Indrive and the prices are inflated.

I was there during Songkran. And there was music party during the night at the beach close to beach front villa where I stayed every single nights! No one told us or proposed any option when we checked in. The accommodation is really good. I wonder why it's not popular. The sunset in the evening is really beautiful. The staff I met when I checked in were not very nice. They didn't smile much when I asked them anything (or maybe they were tired). It was Songkran, right? But the staff on the day of check-out were good and smiling.

This is a huge property. Many rooms. Very comfortable. Linens and rooms are super clean. We had a ground floor room which gives me a feel to the grounds. We had breakfast. Very special. Very accessible to the sea. Just walk away. Very peaceful. I just love it. Yes, he outside look may not be pleasing. But just look at the rooms. You will be amazed. Price were also reasonable.

A bit out of the way from where it's happening in town. Need to take a taxi or hotel to go back & forth. Hotel is lovely & fire show every Sat night at pool is amazing. Breakfast array was good too! We had an absolutely fantastic stay! We loved the hotel's architecture, and the room was nice, clean, and uniquely decorated. The food was delicious, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy such as cycling, yoga, canoeing, and cooking demonstrations. The staff were incredibly friendly. We wish we could go back soon!

Love the hotel layout, the villa and friendly staff. Breakfast can improve with different variety. Wifi very good. Love the pool but not the beach. Cant swim for there were just too many broken corals to try and even get in the sea. Strong rip as well.

Good rooms, the suite consists of a bedroom and a living room. There is a sofa in the living room, but it does not fold out and 2 children can easily fit on it. They were afraid to take a villa, very stormy and abundant fauna on kaolak. The beach is gorgeous, sand, sometimes coral deposits. Breakfast is not bad but monotonous.
