Staff and management were always friendly , professional and friendly. We had a pool access room and it was magnificent, clean and tidy and was made up every day. Easy access to the beach and all facilities were in top condition . Breakfast was very good and suited all tastes I would highly recommend this resort. It was a magnificent stay

An older resort that is currently undergoing lots of renovation, which is much needed. It had very good access to a decent beach. The pool in the pool-access section is big, but kind of impersonal, being surrounded by lots of rooms. Breakfast was excellent, as were the breakfast staff. It was a pleasant enough 2 night stay.

Before I arrived I negotiated a room upgrade and they told me it would cost me of which I was fine with. Great location in Khao Lak as you can walk to plenty of restaurants in the calm little town. Hotel had two pools one of which was huge and slides for the kids. Been here twice. Its a very beautiful resort and it pretty much looks like you're staring at the jungle from your balcony, which is cool. Always empty though...but i kind of like that! Good staff too.

Outside the complex there are many restaurants within a 40 minute walk. If you want to explore Khao Lak, you can rent a scooter directly in the complex. That was great fun for us. After already 3 holidays in this hotel, I am always delighted. The hotel is simply gorgeous. Cute and small - a castle without a bed - and located in the middle of the jungle. A little away from the hustle and bustle, with a beautiful beach. The staff is very nice and helpful. Beach villas are pure luxury.

This place is fantastic starting right from the welcome. You are greeted warmly and offered a cool towel and welcome beverage. 3211 is the best room in my opinion. We booked a beach Villa but opted for a pool access room since the beach villas don't face right towards the beach. The breakfast is fantastic, and it runs for 4 hours, so weather you're an early bird or like to sleep in you're taken care...

The pool access rooms are beautifull, big and clean. The beach is very nice and open since your not allowed chairs on it. They were renovating at the time of visit so they upgraded us. The staff is super nice, the breakfast is the best in thailand so far... 3rd place on this trip... Highly recommend...

Rest in this hotel at the end of March 2017. Was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the hotel. 4* very well. Friendly staff, always willing to help.
