We were here for few days, it was nice and quiet, the room was clean and also helpful staff.

The hotel was located on the beach front (sunset view), the room was clean and big although the bathroom was weirdly designed with a useless big shower. There are two medium swimming pools. Breakfast was western style and just ok. Not recommended for people with wheelchair and children because of all the stairs to access the breakfast & beach. Customer service was great though.

Been here twice. Its a very beautiful resort and it pretty much looks like you're staring at the jungle from your balcony, which is cool. Always empty though...but i kind of like that! Good staff too.

Great location in Khao Lak as you can walk to plenty of restaurants in the calm little town. Hotel had two pools one of which was huge and slides for the kids. An older resort that is currently undergoing lots of renovation, which is much needed. It had very good access to a decent beach. The pool in the pool-access section is big, but kind of impersonal, being surrounded by lots of rooms. Breakfast was excellent, as were the breakfast staff. It was a pleasant enough 2 night stay.

Before I arrived I negotiated a room upgrade and they told me it would cost me of which I was fine with. Amazing 5* resort for a good price. There is an ATM about 15 minutes walk away. Two lovely bars on the beach that charge about 150 baht a meal. Laundry can be done for 80 baht. I loved this resort ! Great place. I've been going there for around 10 years now and the resort has been renovated a few times. Now the rooms have a big bathroom with a tub and a good view. The rooms are cute and modern. Great place for kids: kids club and a kids poo with a slide. The breakfast was a mix of international and thai cuisine. There was an egg station, a cereal station, a fruit station, etc.

If I could give this resort a higher rating than 5 I would. Everything was perfect: the resort, the room, including cleanliness, the beach, the staff and the service. We originally booked 3 nights and changed our plans and stayed 6. We will definitely return and tell everyone we know about this resort.

This hotel was quite nice. We went full board and the concept was a little different to what we have done previously in that your given an allowance towards the food. We found the food and drink to be expensive so consider going bed and breakfast. There are some great and cheap restaurants close by.

Stayed in the Premier Villa here in the Beyond Resort Khao Lak. A very nice hotel with mostly Villas and the accommodation is superb with great manicured grounds surrounding the property. Great place with wonderful staff! The breakfast buffet had a large selection of Thai and American/European foods. The rooms were beautiful and had some of the softer beds I've slept on in Thailand. Do not miss out on the spa here! It was the perfect way to relax and start our vacation.

After already 3 holidays in this hotel, I am always delighted. The hotel is simply gorgeous. Cute and small - a castle without a bed - and located in the middle of the jungle. A little away from the hustle and bustle, with a beautiful beach. The staff is very nice and helpful. Beach villas are pure luxury.

Didn’t really know what to expect but have been pleasantly surprised. Big rooms, good breakfast and friendly service. The pool area is a bit small but the restaurant provides good quality (but expensive) Thai and European food. This place is great!! Its got a beautiful courtyard on the beach, kids club, kids water park play area, great pool, pool bar, trampoline, restaurant, etc... You can rent a little catamaran and sail, 1000 baht an hour, paddle boards, everything. Staff is great. They have a fire show every night at 7:30. Land and sea buffet, 1300 baht includes one lobster. The resort is very nice and built into the woods (jungle-like). The rooms and houses are not seen from the beach. My room was pretty big and clean. There is a lot of privacy between the rooms as well. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner is close to the beach and you can watch the sunset. The service is super friendly and helpful.
