ibis Bangkok IMPACT

Impressed with the front office n reservation that they know how to accord room upgrades accordingly even though they do not have suite rooms but they did their best unlike some ibis which has suited rooms or one bedroom yet the benefit of the accor member was not upgraded even the room was available... Those ibis should learn more from ibis impact

Rooms are kinda small but reasonable but soundproofing is not that good. Service by staff is excellent. Breakfast is good but gets bored after staying for two days. The washroom should have more hooks to hang the towel or some clothes. Location is good as it is walking distance to impact and cosmos bazaar via skywalk which is a covered pedestrian walk. Overall pleasant stay.

The hotel is clean and modern even though the room is small when compare to other hotels in Thailand but when compare with the price is so wonderful.
Special thanks to K.Nid at the restaurant make me feel like home, such a excellent hospitality.
The hotel meet my expectation but all staffs make me feel so special and wonderful service.
I will definitely come back here.

The food at hotel so yummy. Relaxing after enjoy concert is so amazing, you can walk from the hall only 10mins. The room is clean and reasonable price. I truly recommend this hotel. You can also shopping at the outlet nearby.

ibis Bangkok IMPACT very beautiful place to stay here. Amazing places around the hotel Everything available near the hotel. Very kind people are working here in the hotel taking care of guest very well with happy smiles. Nice clean room -housekeeping very good and breakfast & restaurants Amazing. Nice location to access the concert hall through the sky bridge, only a 10-minute walk, and Cosmo Bazaar nearby makes it very convenient to find something to eat.

The room was cozy and comfy, and the staff put a small welcome elephant towel on the bed; that was adorable! 🐘
Yes, I had a very good sleep that night! 😁

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Most of all, in the lobby, they played One OK Rock’s music video during my check-in; it was the best memorable moment for a fan like me ever.

Nice hotel to stay!
I like the atmosphere of reception room so much due to when I walked in and smelt good, it’s the same the big or luxury hotel that I am impressed. The service is very good. Moreover, this hotel place is conveniently situated near to the food court, the outlet, concert hall, etc. (around 700-800m)

If you have to be at this area for a convention or concert then this would be the best place to stay. Rooms are small but that is the brand. Housekeeping was excellent, I was on 12 floor.breakfast was good and had a lot of choices. Two restaurants in building so plenty of food choices. Easy walking to halls thru overpass. Very nice reception greetings and pleasant smiles. Will stay again.

Being my first time in Thailand, I was not sure at first on where we should stay. I booked a room just a few days before the TWICE concert that I would be attending and the rates were really reasonable for 3D2N. Initially, I would have been the room's sole guest but at the very short notice, I tagged along my sister which was why I sent an email about this information for the booking changes. Meenoy, the one whom I was speaking with via email was very patient and informative. When we arrived, I was so happy because they even had a decoration about TWICE in their lobby which made our arrival more welcoming. On top of that, the front desk employees as well as those in the pantry were really nice and approachable which made our stay more memorable. The free breakfast was not what I expected it to be and they served local food which is helpful for us foreigners who are interested in Thai cuisine. The location was not that close to the tourist spots but hey, the main purpose of my travel was because of the concert. I would love to book this hotel again in the future once I come back to Thailand.

I can say the room is fine enough, clean and big enough. Service is just like the other standard hotels. But I gave 3 since they don't have room service and you also have to pay for tooth paste and brush if you may need it.

Location.. hmm, well since it takes 5km to the closest BTS (train), there will be quite bad traffic even if you go with the highway (toll) and took me around 1 and half hours to go around Siam Center.

But this hotel is really good if you stay for exhibition in IMPACT because you can walk or you can enjoy the shuttle bus they provided but if you want to travel to Bangkok main areas for tourism, this is not suitable for you.
