I called the hotel front desk from the airport and they immediately helped me to contact the taxi company and taxi driver who brought the phone to me back at the airport in time for me to catch my flight

This is an excellent hotel for all reasons, especially the friendliness of the staff. When I left the hotel to got to the airport after check-out, I accidentally left my cell phone in the taxi

Location was chosen for proximity to Olivia Rodrigo Concert. In this regard the hotel was perfect, being directly connected by walkway. Rooms were basic but comfortable

Pool was very nice although there is a need for more chaise lounge chairs, if there are more than 5 people there your out of luck

Very big hotel and spacious rooms. They provided us early check-in too. They even provide bathrobe, dental kits, body lotion and a dressing table and also a workstation. Really liked the stay in this hotel

The location will be good but when we were there the road and sidewalk area in front was under construction so it was difficult to walk anywhere. Had to walk out on the road with traffic as the sidewalk was all torn up

Super friendly and helpful staff. Awesome selection of foods in the various restaurants. The pools were great for drinks, food and chillax. The concierge sorted out every adventure.

Hotel away from the centre of Bangkok is a far point, but this hotel is worth a stay, rooms good, Breakfast good, service Good, Good.

Hotel quite far away from Central Plaza Westgate, An arduous journey, You need to catch the taxi meter when you want to go to another place. Lunch buffet is ok especially dessert & bakery line very delicious.

It is nice place to set the meeting or seminar. Buffet is great and also the staff too. It is convenient to travel by MRT exit 2 at Rachadapisek.

The coffee in the coffee shop is some of the best in Bangkok. They have a delicious halal restaurant on site that serves halal versions of all of the classic Thai food recipes

Old hotel since I was young but inside still clean and all functions are good! Now the hotel full of tourists, especially Chinese. There are international restaurant such as Chinese, Japanese, Thai and others.

a well established classic hotel well located with MRT station near by.....always good to return to it....offering nice buffet for lunch and dinner...rooms are spacious.

Stay in in Novotel never disappointed me. You always get what you expected for. The hotel is clean, up-to-date and convenient. The staffs are very helpful and give you some extra hospitality especially at the bar

I got the same room type as last time. Comfort bed, all facilities worked well. Appreciate the early check-in and late checkout service. Near Concert venue so i don't have to worry about traffic and weather

Parking was well assisted (while it was a nightmare traffic in front of the hotel and around) Check in was also a breeze. Booked a standard room and got upgrade to Suite one bed room becasue of my accor platinum

Location is near the Impact Arena, it was very convenient take a rest after watched concert. Staffs are helpful and polite, will recommend other friends and hopefully stay again.

It's good for the exhibition hall, but it's a long way to travel to other places. The area of the standard room is narrow, there is no exhaust facility, and the temperature of the air conditioner is not controlled

This is the hotel experience you need in Thailand as a foreigner. Nice place, next to metro station, close to central mall, close to immigration and staff very nice and professional 24/7

The hotel is relatively new, and in a good neighbourhood with lots to do and easily accessible to the rest of Bangkok by train, grab or bike

One suggestion, maybe you can have the adapter for charging phone for rental, cause I forgotten to bring mine and I was advised to buy from convenience store. But I ended up using the smart tv to charge my phone :)

The restaurant with the karaoke is a must as the service is excellent and friendly, it is mostly populated by Thai folk with a penchant for singing. Who knows, maybe you'll get up and sing like I did!

I reached before check in time and I was lucky that I didn't have to wait until then to check in. The staff on shift called me after I checked in to check if everything was alright

The price hike is understandable, but it should add services? such as Clean room, it should fill all, everything, even a pencil, an envelope , added a fitness center, Spa, well, good, because now massage it, then yeah, maybe don't want to go outside the hotel

The mido hotel is clean enough. The hotel staff is nice but the hotel is kinda falling apart. It has old elevators and it has green old carpet. The reception spoke good English

Overall if your on the cheap end of the spectrum you should come here

The top floor is the open air pool and a bar lounge are which has fantastic views over Bangkok. The rooms are quite large and well appointed with a small kitchen area with fridge and microwave

The Quarter Ari is located in a busy area of Paholyothin Road. It is between Vimut Hospital and Kasikorn Bank. The hotel is in Ari Hills compound. Amenities include restaurant, sky bar, and pool

Ye smashing views of Bangkok. Beautiful pool, food is good. Not good for a sit down meal you sit on deck chairs but unbelievable spot to go for views and chat with friends

Clean and modern hotel, the staff are attentive and always smiling. The breakfast is of good quality. With an abundance of Thai and Asian selections, but there are also choices for the western flavours

Only one downside is there are only 3 elevators. So, please be aware of waiting. Breakfast is superb and services are very good

Breakfast is on the 22nd floor and is good value with Asian and western dishes and fresh coffee available from 2 machines. The TV only had Thai channels which is a bit of a negative for Farang guests

It has good procedures and documentation for Test And Go process. Able to bear with questions and able to provide answers. I had used this hotel on numerous times for Test and Go. Hotel is clean and not congested

Also, no problem with the transportation, cabs are easily available and you have a 7 eleven just outside the hotel. So, if you need anything just walk in and get it! Also it is near to the DMK airport

We stayed one night for the test and go package and were happy with our choice. The communication was fast and easy, the room big and clean and the food all right, we even got a vegetarian option

BKK is little far from the location. In addition you get a local market within 1kms which is great. Lot of new foods to try and lot of new people to meet

Stayed overnight for ASQ, it is one of the cheaper options. No frills, does its job. Quick and fuss free check in. Overall is good for the price paid.

old, maybe not much big renovation or renewal on the facilities, but it's clean and well functioning, if they want they can preserve their antiquity by adding antique items, about 500 m from the main road, 15 minutes to chatuchak wet market using public busses, pay 200 baht when check in for key deposit then took it back when check out, 120 baht per pax for western style breakfast, no electric hot...

Personally i loved the hotel and my stay was wonderful and comfortable enjoyed the swimming pool and other facilities equally. Reception was open till late for all sort of help

The only two requests we have to make this the best in all Bangkok midrange hotel would be adding 25 kg dumbbells to the gym (max 20 kg currently) and adding a shuttle bus (even one per hour) to the nearest train station

The hotel management is very attentive to detail and very prompt to respond to guest's comment. The room is great, the location is prime for the Nonthaburi area. One of the great choices out there.
