Visited for my birthday celebration and the suits were very spacious and clean. I enjoyed the comfort of the walk in closet and huge bathroom. It was a wonderful experience. The 22nd floor had great views and very peaceful. The design was simple and elegant. Not over the top. The concierge was fast and hospitable.

This is an excellent hotel for all reasons, especially the friendliness of the staff. When I left the hotel to got to the airport after check-out, I accidentally left my cell phone in the taxi. I called the hotel front desk from the airport and they immediately helped me to contact the taxi company and taxi driver who brought the phone to me back at the airport in time for me to catch my flight. Location is near the Impact Arena, it was very convenient take a rest after watched concert. Staffs are helpful and polite, will recommend other friends and hopefully stay again.

It's good for the exhibition hall, but it's a long way to travel to other places. The area of the standard room is narrow, there is no exhaust facility, and the temperature of the air conditioner is not controlled. The service of hotel staff is less responsible.

A very comfortable place to stay and early check in is very possible, this hotel has lots of access and is connected to the surrounding buildings as well as to the hall where I watched the concert. I always come back to this place to stay if there is a concert in Bangkok. And it's not too far from DMK Airport

Everything was fantastic. Check in and check out were equally fast. The room was clean and quiet. Love that you can raise the blind in the shower and watch TV while showering. It's about a 3 or 4 minute walk to Impact Arena. This is my go to hotel for concerts and events at Impact / Thunderdome.

Very close to the skytrain and Central Plaza. Great shopping experience. Rooms could do with better maintenance; water temperature is erratic - either it's cold or you may get scalded suddenly. Mosquitoes are plentiful in the area. They'd follow you around, even to the gyms. Breakfast is ok...too many bread alternatives and too little chinese dimsum variants. Don't expect a luxurious spread.

There was an explosion from a chemical factory near my home and there was no other hotel to evacuate, Centra by Centara Government Complex Hotel opened their arms to us and took my family in! The only two requests we have to make this the best in all Bangkok midrange hotel would be adding 25 kg dumbbells to the gym (max 20 kg currently) and adding a shuttle bus (even one per hour) to the nearest train station... it's about a 15-20 minute walk in the heat.
