Hotel has a direct bridge connect to the skywalk through the impact arena, it is quite easy but take around 15 minutes walk to go there. The room is not much big as a ibis style, staff is good.

The hairdryer in the bathroom is not working properly, so I have called the service centre for another hairdryer, but no one picked up the call. I have walked down to the lobby and asked the front desk for help. It took around 15 minutes to deliver the hairdryer to my room. Apart from this, everything was fine and decent.

I had a good time here. Good place to stay, and this close to Cosmo walk plaza where you can eat can shop.

While the hotel and rooms are showing their age, particularly the room decor and furnishings, it still offers great value and a great location. A bonus at this place is the buffet breakfast, restaurant and rooftop swimming pool. Also, Don Mueang Airport, Krung Thep Aphiwat Railway Station, great restaurants and beer garden, central shopping facilities and money exchenge shops are all at hand.

Hotel say so. Reception very courteous and helpful . Room okay but very old and not for those with incapacities due the bathroom styling. Restaurant was disappointed, after being seated and ordering refreshment nothing further for 15 minutes so l up and walked out. Breakfast was nothing startling either. Would personally, never go back.

The infrastructure is very outdated. Mould in the bathroom, pool very dirty and the filter was not in operation. Staff very friendly and breakfast good.

Personally i loved the hotel and my stay was wonderful and comfortable enjoyed the swimming pool and other facilities equally. Reception was open till late for all sort of help. Free tuk tuk ride to near BTS Station was arranged as per need. Neat and clean bedding great breakfast will definitely visit if i go bkk again

The hotel is convenient and nearby to IMPACT and it is located just next to MRT station. However, it’s too far from Bangkok. Its neighbourhood is suburban and good for morning exercise and relax.

Very nice hotel, not so expensive and rooms are good. The only inconvenience is the location, far from the metro station and terrible traffic in the area. There was no hot water in my room, something wrong with the water heater but I was offered to change the room so it’s okay.

Accommodation is not far from Phra Nang Klao MRT 1 kilometer, exit through the door 1, walk around 12 minutes, room size 25 square meters, amenity in the room is quite complete. If you get off at BTS Ratchayothin, walk straight to the end of the skywalk, turn right, go down the bridge and walk into Soi Phahonyothin 30/1, walk for a while and you will arrive. The room is not very soundproof, it is near the elevator and you can hear everything. The air conditioner is loud, the air conditioner is in the walkway, you may have to wait for a while for it to cool down.

Good stay overall. AC was a little weak but not too bad. Not much in the way of facilities or amenities but that perhaps should be expected somewhat. Near transport though far from centre. Though I knew this when I booked.

Great staff, great location, shuttle to BTS station is very useful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Wifi is slow + unstable, water pressure in the shower could be better and the temperature changes randomly. I've stayed here a few times for weeks at a time. Stayed here during an event at Impact and found the Botanic Service Room to be a great value. The room is small but cosy, clean, and well-maintained — perfect for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and everything I needed was within reach. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with a nice selection of items and even one local Thai dish that added a special touch. The location of the accommodation is good. The staff provides good service. There is a free massage machine and free ice. It is clean. Next to the hotel is a restaurant with a good atmosphere. If I have a chance next time, I will stay here again.

Nice hotel near don mueang, far from everything else

We’ve checked in so late because the staffs were not done with the arranging the room. There’re many people waiting for the rooms as well. So we’ve wasted the time about 30 minutes from the normal check in time.

Lovely Staff, nice and clean premises, good room, comfy bed and nice shower. The room has a safer, fridge, kettle and hair dryer. Room service is available (menu in the room). Small but tasty buffet breakfast. Check-in and check-out available 24/7. Close to Don Mueang airport and main roads, however not noisy at all. Beautiful big park close to the Inn.

Something not quite right about this place - well maybe for an entertainment complex it’s not weird, but - from the karaoke in the restaurant to the Muzak pumping in the hallways to the worn out sauna (with some benches cordoned off because they are dilapidated) it doesn’t feel like a hotel. Maybe for drunken partying but maybe not for a restful night’s sleep. Very friendly staff, though.

Pros: L rooms live up to their name, being very large. Good lighting for photography. Jacuzzi is available. Short-time (3 hour) bookings possible. Cons: Slow Wi-Fi. Location requires taxi/Grab or your own transportation (not near BTS/MRT). Some of the furniture has taken a beating, along with some parts of the floors and walls.
