Rooms here are tiny! I was also in a room where the bathroom door would not stay closed unless you were using it and had it latched. This is an excellent hotel for all reasons, especially the friendliness of the staff. When I left the hotel to got to the airport after check-out, I accidentally left my cell phone in the taxi. I called the hotel front desk from the airport and they immediately helped me to contact the taxi company and taxi driver who brought the phone to me back at the airport in time for me to catch my flight. Location was chosen for proximity to Olivia Rodrigo Concert. In this regard the hotel was perfect, being directly connected by walkway. Rooms were basic but comfortable. Buffet Breakfast was filling however lacking a little in variety. Staff were pleasant and attentive.

Impressed with the front office n reservation that they know how to accord room upgrades accordingly even though they do not have suite rooms but they did their best unlike some ibis which has suited rooms or one bedroom yet the benefit of the accor member was not upgraded even the room was available... The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast not bad. Good stuff and nice lobby. They charged me 1400, which seems to me too much. I moved to another hotel, where had really better accommodation for the same 1400.

Personally i loved the hotel and my stay was wonderful and comfortable enjoyed the swimming pool and other facilities equally. Reception was open till late for all sort of help. Free tuk tuk ride to near BTS Station was arranged as per need. Neat and clean bedding great breakfast will definitely visit if i go bkk again

Old rooms, old building, small bouncy soft beds, not for everyone liking, but for the price, you can't complain much. One star down for fairly poor staff attitudes. Toilet was rather dark and old and stained. Location was good and close for chatuchak weekend market which was why we booked the place.

Is a nice and clean hotel with restaurant in the same building and is located near the airport and train station in Don Mueng here in Bangkok. Large and spacious bed and also the room is large. For 650 Bath also included 30 minutes massage and breakfast in the room as well as free coffee with cakes and it is not bad and must also add that there are nice and helpful staff here.

The best in every regard, location, atmosphere, service, food, cleanliness, safety, comfort and convenience, I give a full 10 points, but what's even better is that the personnel here are all very good ......

We stayed for a night and the place is nice and clean room is comfortable and the free half hour massage is a plus ! Free breakfast is good but can be improved.

New place, pleasant room, simple amenities, in a handy airport location. Breakfast is simple, a piece of fruit and a croissant, jam, fruit juice and a 3 in 1 coffee.

Based on what my sister who stayed there for 6 nights, she was very pleased with everything. I could only go the pantry on the 2nd floor which was also nice. There is a complimentary self serviced coffee machine and cup noodle. Its location is a little far from the main road and need to ride with the hotel shuttle service. It is quiet and peaceful.

Enjoy the self service bar most,have snacks anytime you want. There is a 24h self laundry shop nearby,can dry your clothes at the room balcony. Stayed twice with different rooms.

Pros: Near to DM airport. The Bolt ride was only 120baht to hotel but the ride to DM airport was 190 baht. The lounge was Level 2 was nicely done up. Free coffee machine, snacks and cup noodles. Free shuttle to Lotus supermarket and Union Mall. At Union Mall, you can easier take the MRT. The street where the shuttle drops you off at Union Mall is quite bustling in the morning with local breakfast shops...

very friendly staff, super helpful!we got in quite early. exhausted after 15 hours flight. they were very kind to let us have a room right away (probably we would've gotten a better room if we had waited, but we were just too tired to wait another minute) the room we had this time was a little worn. but the bed is comfortable and a/c works, and room is clean. 😊

I like: - the free shuttle bus which drops us at the nearest mrt and bts station, making other parts of Bangkok accessible. - the communal lounge where plates, cutlery, drinks, snacks, and microwave were provided. - being within walking distance to the Lotus supermarket which was great for picking up snacks and other essentials.

Clean and modern with friendly staff. Only problem is that the rooms are laid out in a non standard way resulting in the adjacent rooms bathroom being right next to the headboard of the bed so quite noisy. Changed rooms for our second night to a room with a different layout so much better. The free breakfast was very good too.

An older hotel. I stayed here 12 years ago and it hasn't changed at all. Location, rooms both good. Staff and restaurant are both excellent. Smart TV so I could log in and watch my own Netflix. The only downside...the wifi is unreliable (just like 12 years ago). 😁

It's ok. Nothing more. Rooms are really dated as is the rest of the place. They are obviously oblivious to the dirty everything. No hot water for shower or bath and little water pressure to push it anyway. The lifts are scary. They drop several inches when you get in. The reception people don't speak English which is not helpful and neither do any of the staff. Definitely never again.

I stay opposite this hotel in a condo. The hotel is clean and well maintained. It is about 10 minutes away from Phra Nang Klao Bridge MRT purple line.

Clean & friendly staff but pricey when compared to other places we stayed while in Thailand. We were only there for about 4 hours while waiting on a flight to ChiangMai. Light & AC on & off switch are next to each other, and I flipped the wrong switch, so we had no AC until ready to leave. So be careful!

Hotel is good and ladies on reception friendly. We were only staying one night waiting for aflight the next day from Don Mueng. It's good for this as is close to the airport but i wouldn't recommend for an extended stay as it is far from any major attractions.

Nice hotell in the center of Bangkok with about 100 channels on TV, several movie channels in english. And a variety of different channels in several languages. Soft beds, cause most of the beds in Thailand are hard compared to our non asian beds.

Very big studio type room, large bed and clean too. I think enough for a stay. Nearby lot of restaurant and convenient to pick up a taxi or tuk tuk.

Room was clean, very big and spacious, air conditioner working very well, have a balcony which is always good to have, Bathroom and toilet clean and spacious, double bed is clean and comfortable. Only small complaint is that there was no glasses available. Its a service apartment not a hotel. Very clean and spacious. There is no restauramt. Do not stay here if you wanna go to the city at any time. Transport is difficult with taxi being the best option from nearest BTS it MRT station and it could get expensive. If u have Ur own vehicle it's got good parking space.

Amazing experience! A bit far from downtown but the facility makes up for it. Great and helpful staff. Very good value for money. The photos online are true to the actual facility.
