Grand Hotel

This hotel is the perfect location right off of Walking Street! The staff was very friendly and always had smiles on their faces. The seaside view was breathtaking and made it hard to ever wake up in a bad mood. It’s also had a very decent price for the quality that you get. And they are also guest friendly. This will be my go-to spot next time I’m back in Pattaya!

This is the most affordable spot to reside in Pattaya. You're in the middle of Walking Street!! I rented the top level with a complete sea view, which was breathtaking. Because this is in the heart of Walking Street, you will not be able to sleep without earplugs due to partying and music. Excellent service and guest welcoming attitudes.

Great little hotel just off of Walking Street. I did a lot of research about Pattaya before my first trip there ( about not booking your whole stay in the same place, in case of noise, comfort, etc. ) So I booked my first 4 nights here at the Grand Hotel. Then sttayed at a different hotel for 3 nights, leaving my remaining 7 nights open. I ended up returning to The Grand Hotel for those last 7 nights. They are very friendly, great prices, great location, nice and quiet for being so close to everything, clean rooms, clean hotel. Plan on staying there the next time I visit.

Cons - no break fast

I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Pattaya, and overall, it was a fantastic 5-star experience. The hotel staff were very helpful, particularly the young ladies at the reception who were always ready to assist with a smile. However, there was one older lady from the staff who wasn't as helpful, which was a minor downside.

The rooms are large and very comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax. Although the hotel uses manual keys instead of digital ones, it didn't detract from the overall experience—it’s still very much worth it. The staff are professional, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

One of the best aspects of the hotel is the superb view. Whether you’re looking out over the city or the beach, the scenery is breathtaking and adds to the overall luxury of the experience.

Another great feature is the location—Walking Street is just few steps away, making it incredibly convenient for those looking to explore Pattaya's famous nightlife.

If you’re looking for a high-quality stay in Pattaya, the Grand Hotel is a great choice.

Hotel was great other than construction going on the third floor. Music from the strip played until 4am and then chipping started at 7am

I got the suite room for 4 nights. The room was very big.
I am a type of guy who party's all night so I wanted something near walking street.
I got what I paid for and the staff was also very helpful.
As other people complain about music noise, I did not have any issues because my room was on the top floor.

The furniture looked somewhat old. However, It did not bother me. I was very happy during my stay here.
