Fantastic hotel, stayed for a month, and booking for next year. Just out of the bustle of Pattaya, but near enough to walk into. Food great staff great, loved it all

Best place to stay in Pattaya not far to walking st central festival shopping centre Staff are most helpful cleaners do a very good job. Great location. Everything famous place is at walking distance. The apartments are big and nice. The pool is great. Grocery shop is just outside the hotel.

A little bit outdated hotel but clean and centrally located close to the beach but on a quiet street which is a plus. They need to change room keys to an electronic system

This review is solely about room 507 through Absolute Destinations. Firstly the staff here are amazingly helpful even though this room is owned and operated by Absolute Destinations. The room is dated and at best adequate. What ever you DO NOT JOIN the Absolute Destinations group without doing some SERIOUS Research, my experience is that they Can Not be TRUSTED And you can obtain much better value...

Friendly staff, clean facilities and a small pool on the top floor with a good view of the sea. Safe in room with excellent air conditioning. View of the room faced another hotel the only bad part.

Spacious room with working AC and internet. That should worth 500 baht. If it was cleaner with regular cleaning and linen changing, it could worth 700. Old and torn. New Year's Eve is not cheap for a good location such as this. Any other night and I would have been unhappy with the price for the quality of the accommodation. However the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great place really. I had a lovely room with a huge balcony. The staff were super helpful, and the area is really convenient to reach Jomtien or Pattaya South. Good value for the price. Certainly suited my needs. I'll definitely stay there again.

Amazing apartments at a brilliant price, an English fellow welcomed me and because I was staying for 5 nights he upgraded me for free and clued me up on the area. This is a fine place to stay. Swimming pool is small but who cares, this is Pattaya..

It's not a hotel, but a reasonable condominium with bigger rooms including a kitchenette. It's clean, calm and good located between Pattaya and Jomtien.

I had q wonderful room in the g residence for a couple of days. The room was perfect for wahrni was looking for, internet, kitchen, TV, balcony. The staff is very nice! I can recommend to everybody else!

The room was big enough. We booked the hotel for 2 nights via agoda. We used 10% discount and we paid 275 b per night - great value. Room was cleaned every day and also beddings were changed. Hotel has 2 kinds rooms, in one building there are rooms with double bed, tv, ac, wifi, kettle, coffee, balcony. The other building is by the swimming pool but I have no idea about the price. It was good spacious room with AC. It was maintained well. Staff don't no English. WiFi connection was not that good. There was balcony for every room but couldn't stand there coz AC output fan was placed there which was eliminating hot air.. Nice swimming pool.. Calm area...

Great place for the Horse Racing, spent Cheltenham Week in here and probably do the same next year. Staff friendly and attentive and so many TV's showing sports

With dozens of widescreen TV's, Metro is a great sports bar for British expats. Probably the best sports bar in Soi LK Metro. If there is an England game, the place gets packed. It'll be very difficult to find a good seat. They have a guesthouse upstairs. Did not stay there so have no idea . But it looks like they are doing something right with the bar so packed every night.

Location couldn't be better and a great value if you get it at the lower price. The room is a bit noisy from the bars downstairs but hey..that's Pattaya..you didn't come here to meditate.
