The hotel is having a lot of work done but it never interfered with me at all and the staff were very friendly and I will definitely stay with them again 👍

This is such a great hotel. Fantastic large rooms with everything you need including safety box, microwave and a large couch. Friendly staff very nice house keeping staff. Even the security was very helpful.

The hotel environment is OK, clean and tidy, but it is not quiet. It is too noisy outside and the fan is too loud, which affects sleep. The location is very good, close to the beach and night market.

The lift was not functioning well. There was no room service, no bathroom slippers. It was a bit suffocating in the room.

I stayed at 2nd floor, room was very nice with good beds and clean bathroom with bathtub also. Guest friendly hotel and very near to pattaya beach.

Awesome...but swimming pool is not clean...

Overall good experience at hotel for 4 days. Co-operative and polite staff, specially people at reception are very friendly. House keeping did their work proper on time but there are no toiletries left at hotel, no hair dryer, no bath tub, tea maker kettle was not proper, limited breakfast There is a need of some improvement. But full marks to staff and receiptions, they are the best.

Stay here is very good. The management here is very helpful and guest friendly. They provide information about places you want to go and arrange tickets for places like Alkaizar and Kon Lan Iland and other places. The only problem here is the location a little more from walking street and beach road but even though at a walking distance. Enjoyed the stay here.

New Apartment property neat and clean and quiet. Restaurant and swim up bar in the middle of the pool. Free sauna and steam rooms showers and toilets underneath. Washing machines, 7 11 and restaurant’s 2 minutes away lovely place if you want a hotel style apartment but a independent lifestyle

Overall, it's very good. The staff are nice and talkative. The room is clean and very large. The swimming pool is quiet and has privacy, but the entrance at night can be a little scary if you come alone. Overall, I really like it.

The room is spacious, good, clean, but the blanket is a small force, there is no lift, you have to carry your luggage up to the 4th floor.

I've been here for 2 years, the location here is very good, convenient, near Big C, lots of parking, the owner is very hospitable.

There are better places, the advantage of this place is that if you stay longer, it offers discounts and the rooms are big, it is next to the big c extra.

Bad guests relation fussy for nothing. Room is poor furnished and dirty. Quiet low cost but they can do better. Should train staff to be more polite not bossy.

The person who cleans the room is very good, but the housekeeper doesn't speak very well, making facial expressions when checking in. Very good and fast, well integrated, but stuck directly at the housekeeper.

Cheap hotel with stove, microwave and a big fridge

Place looks very fresh and clean, stayed in the corner room with balcony. Room is very spacious and have a nice design, also have microwave, cooker, fridge and sink. Underground parking lot, elevator, and separate entrance from both sides of the building and parking lot. Staff is friendly, room cleaning and two bottles of water everyday. Great Hotel / apartament stay in there for a period of 10 days perfect for money . Everyday clean. No have any troubles . Great staff and communicating quickly and respond quikly also. One big minus no have swimming pool.

Great location, comfy bed. Everything I needed. Nothing was too much trouble and when I took ill they checked in on me regularly and very supportive.

The apartments are very quiet and private. Jeab who looks after everything is a star, she kept the apartment spotless for me. The rooftop pool isn't exactly Olympic size but it's nice and cold for a plunge when you get off the beach. I think in the 12 days I was there I saw 2 or 3 other guests

This place is great. It is suitable for resting body and mind while also receiving health care treatments by experts. The environment is quiet and perfect for relaxing during this holiday.

I have been there only ones. But had an impression of a very good resort. Can recommend if you want to improve your health. Has so many things to offer in one sport. Healthy food, gym, sauna, special sea water pool, health center and so on. But main thing of this resort is that it has well developed program for people with diabetes. All the way around treatment. Can recommend to try.

Our family of 4 stayed the weekend at Butterfly Garden, and loved it. The apartment/cottage we booked was extremely spacious, with loads of outdoor space and a bbq included. There was really nothing missing from our stay, the staff was very helpful and friendly, as was the owner when we had the pleasure of meeting her. First impressions. Tucked away a few hundred metres from the main road to get to Pattaya or Jomtien. So it is quiet and and away from noise and also secure with private entrance for the guests. Had a very enjoyable stay! We stayed in the villa for about 3 days and the host was wonderful. There is a mini mart (very small but with the basics) and a few small places to eat and a bar about a min sown the road. Would definitely recommend to any person staying in Pattaya. It is a little difficult for taxis to find, the WiFi was very on/off but all in all it was a fantastic stay.

It seems to be a decent community. We stayed in the 3rd condominium. The place seems tired. We had a two bedroom I am not sure who the architect was but they missed a great opportunity here. For some reason they placed the TV in the middle of the room. Not sure how your supposed to watch it. You may ask yourself why watch TV? But at 1AM just want to see the news. It is the 3rd time I stay in this hotel and this time was even better. A nice room very well organized, enabling work and relaxation. We had the penthouse suites which has three bedroom suites, a swimming pool and a bar on top! The sea view in our room was stunning. Treasure your time here, because they don't make hotels like this anymore. Its an ideal place for couples, families and even group of friends. Situated between Pattaya and Jomtien. A lovely friendly family run building at a great price , safe deposit boxes in the office, choice of large or small room. Plunge pool on top floor 9, with nice area for sunbathing plus use of a fridge. Guest friendly. Highly recommended :-))
