About a 20 minute scooter ride from Patong, the Rawai area is a bit quieter when compared to the hustle & bustle of Patong.

There is quite a bit of evening traffic where locals return home after work. If you are an experienced scooter/motorcycle rider this will be okay for you.

There are plenty of smaller restaurants, coffee shops, 7 Eleven's as well other convenience stores on the main road.

The hotel staff were amazing in welcoming us & assisting with check in.

We hired a scooter via the hotel which was very seamless.

The staff & cleaning staff are always helpful & willing to assist.

The hotel room itself:
We were high up on the 5th floor in a room that had its own balcony with views of the Big Buddha which was amazing to wake up to.

The room was huge with a great bathroom & western shower.

The bed was great, taking into consideration that Thai beds are generally firm.

The only cons was that there were no safe for valuables, a hairdryer or an iron to borrow for clothes.

We overlooked this due to the laid back vibe in Rawai.

There's a lady downstairs below the hotel that does laundry & ironing.

There is also a Thai husband & wife duo that make amazing Thai food.

Excellent hotel! The rooms were clean, the staff were very friendly. We rested here three of us with a child - the room was with three full beds. The pool and grounds are very well maintained. The hotel itself feels new, not worn out.

A wonderful place to stay. I read the previous reviews and thought ‘It can’t be that good’ but yes, it can and at a great price too! So good that we stayed there for a total of 5 weeks. The room was spacious and on request, located at the end of the building. Bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was quiet enough and very efficient. The balcony had an external sink that we used for clothes washing although we mostly used the excellent services of the on-site laundry for washing/ironing. I’ve never had my underpants folded so neatly before 😁

The staff were great fun and more like family. Very efficient on the business side but also very caring, helpful and understanding on other matters.

We were able to rent a car through the hotel. Not the cheapest around but convenient and acceptable.

The location was set back from a busy road which, with the windows closed, could not really be heard much. Noise, if any, was from other guests who had no idea how to gently close doors or speak quietly.

Within an easy walk are many cafes, bars, massage shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Check out my Google Maps reviews on some of them.

The room is simple, but very clean and very big. Large bathroom and balcony. The pool is nice. Great views of Chalong bay, Koh Lon, Ko Hai, and Mai Thon to the east. Too bad the balcony is on the west side. But you do have a view of the Big Buddha, and the pool.
The staff is very nice and helpful. Cleaning lady was always cheerful.
Good restaurants nearby.
I would stay here again.

Great rooms, great aircon, great beds, great shower, great staff, great pool, great prices! You cant go wrong here.

All excellent...... friendly staff, very clean room (daily cleaning), nice breakfast, nice pool with free pool towels, bottles of water left in fridge every day, will definitely use again.

Clean facilities and genuinely friendly staff. Reception staff were knowledgable and helpful. They were fantastic with directions and organising taxis or activities for us to do. The taxis were a tad pricey and when we brought up saving money to reception they taught us how to take a bus. Very caring and thoughtful people 😊😊 plus the view of Big Buddha from our room was beautiful
