Do not stay there it is rundown The rooms are dirty. The pool is dirty the whole place not what it looks like in a photo no TV. My brother and I stay there for three weeks. We had already paid. Could not get out of it. I have been to Thailand with my brother for over 10 years. The people are lovely and it is a great place for a holiday but this is the only hotel in 10 years. I found just not what the photos say.

Only the staff and location is exceptional but anything is very bad if you need to come is a very good location to stay and for sleeping only

One sentence, don't book there.
the place is dirty, and broken down, staying there would ruin your vacation as it did ruin mine.

Do not book here. First time leaving a hotel without staying a night. Cockroach crawled on top of us shortly after we laid down in bed. Rooms are dated, and in serious need of renovation. The location is fine enough but the hotel feels like you are in a back alley, and the only hotel I have stayed in which you have to leave your room key when you leave the property.

The room air-conditioner did not work. The bed was as hard as wood, painful the next morning when I woke up due to springs in the back. Bathroom was not clean.
Property staff refused to change my room. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They given broken bed , u can not sleep on it, leacked ac , owner is not ready to change or refund, never go with family.

Not recommendable if you want to take a bath daily then this hotel not for you, they have panda few wall painting instead of panda soft toys. They have swimming pool which you can use it it's so dirty.

It’s closer to hotel by the hour. If you are looking for something more than a night with just met girl/boy this is a perfect place. In any other case it is terrible. Nothing has been changed in the rooms for at least 20 years - old CRT TV etc. One good thing is that as for such place it was relatively clean. I would fall into depression if I had to spend more than one night there

Been staying here before Covid. Then both the location and hotel was good, now it’s only location that’s good.
Dirty room, old bedsheets in the closet, the flushing in toilet not working, smells, tv not working, but the worst, the bed was totally broken and you slid down to the end during sleep. Not worth the money at all now. My worst experience in Thailand ever. This is not even 2 star hotel in my eyes. And absolutely no refound, even we pay for 5 nights and check out after 1. Keep away.!
