The location of the hotel is amazing. It is very close to the beach and there are many restaurants and food stalls around. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Even though Patong is a noisy place, the hotel is very quiet at night. The pool is also nice. The owner Rafet is a very nice man that helps with finding places to eat and to go. They provide towels for pool and beach, and umbrella for rainy days.

I don’t know why this place has such a high rating on google and on booking.com. When we arrived the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The first room that we were in was awful and smelled like pee and had mold in the bathroom. We went in the reception and they changed the room. The second room was cleaner but also had a funny smell and the bathroom had mold again. There is a reason that there are no photos of the bathroom.
There were signs everywhere telling us that the hotel isn’t responsible for any theft, everywhere on the door and everything, and that made us feel unsafe.
The location is good, close to the main road but in a dark alleyway, it wasn’t that bad but I wouldn’t choose to stay there as a female if I was alone.
We left and went to another hotel and only came back the last day of our booking because we had a late flight.

The place is very well located near the central area. The staff is very polite and helpful. We took the 4bhk apartment and the rooms were good and clean. Everything was maintained and we enjoyed our stay here. Will recommend back packers and casual travelers who are looking for a good location.

Staff was friendly and helpful, pool area is lovely. Room was a nice size and surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to Patong's main street.
I recommend it and I would stay here again.

The hotel is owned by an Indian boss. The front desk staff is very nice. You can borrow umbrellas and helmets. It is very close to Patong Bar Street. There is a massage shop downstairs. There are 711 and shops and restaurants nearby. The location is very good, but the room is not big and the facilities are relatively old.

Very comfy bed! Had a lot of floor space, balcony, a desk, tv and a bench which was great. Bathroom was good as had a bidet but did supply toilet paper. The shower was open however, so the whole bathroom floor and toilet would get wet but definitely a good place to stay!
