In July 2024 we stayed at 3 bedroom pool villa for 5 nites. 1. Villas are great feel homely 2. Location is very quiet and 5 min walk to groceries stores, restaurants and massage parloura at the beach road 3. Staff are very friendly and helpful. 4

However 3 main areas of disappointment 1. Breakfast needs to be reviewed. It lacks variety and quality. To make worse the put pork dishes in the middle of other dishes with a all invisible sign which sometimes fall. Separate area is needed or big permanent sign!! 2. The big pool bit available only after 3pm on weekdays or weekends. What a joke! 3. The kids area was closed for 2 to 3 days repair. No mention in the website. Plse ensure you update in the website so that people can plan accordingly. Overall good for small kids but if over 12 yrs & adults better go to big Andaman waterpark

Our 2nd time here. We love the private villas, the spacious and well equipped rooms ideal for remote working holidays. The private pool is a massive bonus for he kids. Location is great, lots of local amenities.

A fairly well-maintained villa resort with kids friendly facilities. The problem was mosquito infestation... our two one-year old grandkids were badly bitten despite wearing mossie patches. The 11 adults were not spared too.

We stayed for 7 nights and the kids loved it very much. Very spacious rooms with excellent services and the pool was super great.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location is just minutes walking from the Rawai beach where you can find good shops and restaurants

Amazing facility with luxurious rooms. Rooms are new and well designed with modern interiors. Villas look exactly as advertised and room service is prompt. Only complaint would be regarding breakfast and its quality, but overall loved the luxurious stay and will definitely recommend.
Was a bit worried about location but lot of food places are a stone throw away.

Kids park promised falsely nothing working and open. Villa was good but swimming pool stairs were hopeless.

Great Deals nice and quiet food and Service is amazing i would recommend this Villa to anybody who wants to stay at a great Location

Service poor and misleading , in house swimming pool stairs very dangerous two of us got injured.

The villas are new, always kept clean, the pool and garden are very clean. The park is also beautiful and provides great entertainment for kids. They provide transfers to and from the airport. They operate taxi service and car rental. The whole area is secluded and generally quiet. They have a Cafe which serves delicious dishes.

Nice Villa. We've got 3-rooms villa and it was very cool. Big living room with kitchen anex. All TVs are with USB ports - also quite cool. The only complaint is that there no nice beach nearby, so the closest nice beach - Nai Harn and you should go there by taxi or bike.
