Nice modern clean rooms, in the center in center but still quiet at night. Weed friendly. Did not eat here so I don’t know. Staff was nice and helping. Good value. We decided on this room before lime green screaming walls at another place but 200 bth cheaper. I’m happy we did

This is more about the Resturant. The food was well cooked and the menu was comprehensive. The place is very clean and tidy.

Came here for food and ended up being super disappointed. Service was terrible, very bad attitude, and staff look at you like you owe them money. Some dishes look different from what’s shown on the menu and taste was average/below average. They got our order completely wrong and when I called them to come check they saw me but decided to look away.

We can only rate this on the food. Which was fantastic. I have been in Thailand for 14 years and the fried rice we had there was just amazing flavour. We have a variety of dishes and all tasted amazing

Best hotel to stay in Koh Samet !!!

The owners are lovely and the staff very hard working; the rooms are very clean and extremely well priced, and restaurant has a wide range of food and drinks to choose from.

It’s a 2 minute walk from the beach and during holidays, is the main hub / centre holding events and fun activities.

Very highly recommend this place !!!

It's pretty good. There is a restaurant downstairs. The food is good, but the wait is quite long.

A hotel for an unpretentious traveler. Cleaning is mediocre, there is a permanent puddle in the bathroom after using the shower. There is a swamp nearby, from which mosquitoes fly, so take a fumigator and plates. Breakfast is a choice of eggs, toast, salad, sausages, ham in a combination of 8 sets + coffee or tea. The air conditioner is not very noisy, but blows on the beds and this cannot be changed in any way. Upon check-in, they take a deposit of 500 baht. Wi-Fi works great, as does the water heater. There is a fur coat in the refrigerator, it has probably never been defrosted. In the closet on the top shelf there is a 2 mm layer of dust, so do not put anything there. A flying insect would probably shoot itself :) In general, you can come for 3-4 days, but the price is too high in my opinion.

Inside the room is clean and I love the location of the hotel, it's near saikaew beach.
