The hotel is very friendly, very quiet and has nice staff. I give it 5 stars, but I have 1 comment - if you could put a small table with a chair on the terraces !!!

Tsix5 Hotel exceeded all my expectations during my stay! The modern design and unique theme of the hotel create a fresh and inviting atmosphere, while the spacious and well-maintained rooms provide the perfect combination of comfort and style.

Very Loyal staff, I though I lost my $500 worth headphones, I had already left for bangkok but the staff very very cooperative l, They sent me my headphones via courier services free of cost.. God bless the staffs who helped finding my headphones, Big Thank you again Tsix5 Hotel team... 🥰👍🙏

Really good experience service is good and rooms too are big and spacious. Just the lighting in the room is little less but if the curtains are open then complete the floor to ceiling glass window with balcony. The restaurant is also good with all food menus and good quality.

Terrible Swimming Pool! Not Safe to Use! No Steps or Rails to use to get in and out of the swimming pool! A chance to get injured while getting out of the pool due to wet deck and sharp edges! Staff does not care about it! No offer to compensate was made! Guests with disabilities, kids or any person can safely use this pool unless one jumps in or jumps out of this swimming pool! Simply unacceptable!

This is around 5-6 kms away from the main beach walk. Pretty quiet and rooms are reasonable, however, doors to the shower and loo were broken and the hotel management didn't fix it. The wifi didn't have coverage and only after speaking with the reception did they send someone to increase the range and speed. You have two 711 just outside the hotel which would take care of your essentials and food. Indian & Thai restaurants nearby too. The currency exchange booth is just opposite the hotel. Alot of foot massage parlours opposite to the hotel. There is even a weed shop present there. The hallways in the floors is not air conditioned. And each floor had this weird theme of days of the week. My floor was called Saturday.
They do not accept early check-in and if you do, you'll need to pay 1k baht even if you are staying for 5 days. The reception staff hardly know English even when both European and North Asian/Indian tourist keep visiting the hotel. If you take the complementary breakfast, it's good, but the timings are till 10am, which means you cannot wake up late.

Overall a very good hotel. There is only a lack of small things here and there, for example no chair in the room or no balcony furniture and the Wifi is unstable. The pool is in the sun all day, only shade from the afternoon. The hotel is newly renovated, so everything is still new and in correspondingly good condition. Hopefully the cleaning and maintenance will be maintained at this level, because it is very good. The room is very spacious with comfortable big bed and shower + bathtub. The staff is always helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately, no breakfast buffet was offered during my stay and at times due to repair work in the breakfast room, breakfast was only possible in the room.
But that will be different in the future and if other little things are turned off, Tsix5 is a 100% recommendation

TSix5, 365.25 & Phenomenal are newer than Garden Seaview. Wine bar’s available. Plaza beer garden’s across the street has good foods, drinks & live football matches!
