Aiyara Palace Mini-hotel

Perfect location for my family tour. The room is clean daily, there small truck to get you around town for only 10 baht right infront of the hotel

nice hotels. convenience locations. it is annoying to have those fruits seller trucks driving around all the time blaring their bullshit over price fruits that probably tastes bad. other than that, it was a good stay.

Excellent hotel in north Pattaya. Perfect location for me. Near all my favourite restaurants, friends and family. For the price I paid for 21 nights is was good value. The hotel itself looks great. Massive lobby and reception area. Everything is spotless. The room was a nice size. Furniture was old but it's never a big deal for me. Great bath and nice size TV. Bed was a bit hard. Overall I would stay here again, I just wish they could do something about all the points that I'll list below 👇

1. First thing you'll notice is the ladies at reception don't speak English or very poor not really fit enough to understand. Even when I translated an issue using my phone, they were very slow to answer back and looked very disinterested. Even when my girlfriend spoke Thai they they seemed to not understand. Well that's the Impression I got lol god knows...

2. The internet/wifi is the worst I've ever had in a hotel. Seriously very poor. I can't comment on the rest of the hotel but my room at the front of the hotel. It was shocking. I give up with it in the end. It wasn't a big deal for me but if you plan on working I should imagine it will be a nightmare. I couldn't stream any movies.

3. I asked for another key card for my partner and 5 times we had problems with one of them at various times. Each time had to go down to reception and sort it out. Really frustrating. Especially when you tell the same ladies the problem over and over again.

4. We had to get the little fridge changed it wasn't cold enough. It wouldn't chill anything. I wish the fridge was bigger. It was too small for me. You couldn't fit much in it.

5. Outside noise at the front of the hotel, maybe upgrading the windows would help block a bit out but it's not the hotels fault what happens outside.

6. Boat loads of rude Chinese people staying at this hotel. If you're unfortunate to get behind them waiting for the lift you'll be waiting for a long time. Really pain if you're in a rush. I would use the stairs if you're capable of using them.

Finally comments, this hotel could be so much better if they improve on a few things. Hopefully they do in future. I will return one day. Even after all my issues I would stay here again.

The rooms are very nice but we needed 1 more bed the service was also pretty good but room for improvements for the location as its quite crowded.blankets could also be better.

Overall experience was good, friendly people, place was clean. Breakfast was so so.
The room was big and comfortable, but the pillows were so hard and high. I am used to low pillows, so it's my personal feelings.
But I don't understand why they have a glass window inside the bathroom, every time someone goes to the washroom, will wake up the person who's sleeping inside the room, unless one is traveling alone.

Very good hotel, clean and comfortable. Good location near to the 21 terminal, the first street. 10 minutes by walking to the sea.

Nice hotel, convenient location. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the beach, if you need to get somewhere, the transport stops right in front of the hotel.
