Nice hotel. You can walk to terminal 21 in under 15 minutes. Or take a bath bus. The rooms are clean and spacious. My ac ran well and siltent. Only downer is the loud street. I used earplugs to ease my sleep. The rooftop pool is nice. Small nice pool with a great view over pattaya.

Very bad receptionist but very good hotel, we used to also book for all our colleagues. The employees are spoiling the image of hotel. The receptionist is very very very slow and I myself as a local expat living in thailand had to wait for more than 20minutes.

Nice 3 star hotel large room, staff polite and helpful, my bed was a little hard for my liking, the hotel is in north pattaya so about 100 baht in a taxi or the baht bus arriving every few min outside the hotel at 10 baht to Central pattaya, 7/11 down the road and local bars and restaurants, I definitely would consider again guest friendly hotel

Very comfotable room for single or double bed. Room has sofa, table, desk area to place your things on. Very convenient location where you can find restaurants, bars, coffee shops, dessert shops, grocery stores, convenience stores.

I think it is most value to money in the area. Room is spacious and clean and good price. The gym is ok sufficient for the stay. Lift is one and only and little bit squeezy.

I give the service 3 stars because the ironing board for clothes is always borrowed, not in large hotels but the ironing board is lacking 😢 the staff has some very nice people.. there were 1-2 people who felt unhappy when borrowing the ironing board. It seems... we need to fix the ironing board because most of the guests need it

Very unfriendly staff at the Reception. They refused to speak english. They didn't show a room or tried to describe them. We left without booking. The location is close to a gas station on a busy road. Not the best place in Pattaya. Not far from there we find a better hotel, friendly employees, nice rooms, same price

☹️Broken bathtub, NO shower curtain, hence water is EVERYWHERE everytime after shower. Humid room, clothes never dried.

☹️Front desk staffs were RUDE, dismissive and uncommunicative. They simply could not or would not converse in English. Served with poker face on at all times.

It's very handy for town, but not in the thick of it. Rooms are good. There is also a small pool on the top floor. However, there are only a handful of sunbeds, and the pool bar was never open when we were there. For the price we paid, I would go back again.

It's a very good and beautiful place. They make clean very good the room. The only problem is that every day comes 2 or 3 Cars at lunchtime and if you like to have breakfast, at that time is almost out of question, because they left in the morning. Before I used to have breakfast at 7 am, now it's same like 9am because of almost all of the sitting places are occupied. In Addition they could also make dinner, don't have anything for lunch and dinner!!!
