Blu Monkey Hub & Hotel Suratthani - SHA PLUS Certificate

I came here before my flight out to Chiang Mai, thinking it would be a basic stopover hotel. But it went above and beyond my expectations. The staff are warm and friendly, however they don’t speak English very well, it was difficult asking them for directions. The area is perfect, you can walk to 7/11 or surrounding cafés ☕️✨ There’s a parking area outside, a lift to help you up with your luggage and the ROOMS ARE SO CLEAN! I am a clean freak so I usually dread hotels, the bathroom was so clean, so much time and care was taken in ensuring my room was comfortable. The beds are so comfortable too. I would book the top floor as the upstairs guests walking around can be quite noisy. The breakfast was great and the co-working space is excellent. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, honestly look no further.

Really clean rooms. Huge bed and really comfy for Thailand, was actually padded and soft. Good location, we stopped over for one night before heading to Khao Sok. Check out Lucky restaurant for dinner.

Location is ok but Surat Thani city doesn't offer much to utilize a spare time. Getting to the city centre from airport is about 400 bht using Grab (Uber) service.
Breakfast included in the price bottled water in the room.

A great hostel! We visited as a family and thought it was fabulous! Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, beds and pillows were super comfy! The bathrooms were also clean and serviced. There is snacks and hot/cold drinks to help yourself and a good free breakfast!

There are a few great cafes nearby and one down the back alley. Good boat noodles across the road and the onsite cafe did great coffee and cake.

we stayed a night before continue to a ferry. cheap super large rooms huge beds and great showers. clean. staff helped as with everything we needed as the area was not very touristy. cute breakfast for just 100thb. definitely 5 stars and the room prices were cheap like 800 thb

Top tip: we struggled to get a taxi from the airport. Most grab drivers will accept on the app but will then ask you to cancel as they seem to not want to drive far. Called the hotel for help, but they were not willing to help and simply kept saying we needed to book a taxi on Grab. Only complaint in what was a great value for money stay

We just had a quick one night stay here on our way to samui. Cool clean rooms. Great cafe downstairs. Breakfast was nothing special, should have real milk or cream with the coffee. If we are ever back in town we would stay here

Many positive things to say. For starters, the hotel is very well situated. It is 10-mins away by walk from mostly everything (night market, river side, bus tour agencies, etc.). The room was exceptional for the price : large, clean, including a safe, a large bathroom with towels, soap, shampoo, hot water, a large mirror, and a clean toilet. There's indeed a great sense of "branding" or "hipster vibe" which is appreciated yet can feel overwhelming at times. I tried the breakfast once and wasn't satisfied, so I'd recommend eating out. Finally, the hotel has a café that allows staying, eating, and also working, and trust me, it's an amazing place with music, air conditioner, and a great selection of cakes, teas, and thai food at a decent price.
Extremely appreciated: They offer a 1 cake purchased = 1 drink offered coupon upon entry, The rooms are cleaned daily, The WiFi is very good, and there's a strong AC in the room, and there's complimentary water and tea all day.

Surat thani is such a transfer point when you travel through Thailand, but it can surprise you. The night market was probably the most beautiful of all that we saw. Blue Monkey offered a very pleasant place to relax. Late check-in, pleasant service, clean modern room, very comfortable high mattresses, clean bathroom, air conditioning and safe in the room. The breakfast was also excellent.

This is for sure a good space to unwind and kick back for a few days. The property seems to have numerous different rooms from dorm style to single rooms with King size beds.

The actual atmosphere of the property and design is very modern industrial which was pretty cool. The rooms were very clean and the only down fall was probably the shower which wasn't very hot.

The space downstairs was nice and the cafe attached to the hotel was also very convenient if you are feeling like a cake or a coffee. WiFi connection was solid which was also very convenient to have.

They also have a laundry service downstairs also for 50 baht if you are needing to get some washing done.

Overall was a pretty cool stay and the location was great.
