Staff aren't that nice and welcoming, they look angry and mad at you for no reason, rooms are average, dirty carpeting, WiFi is bad even in the lobby, only thing good about it is the pool.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for a week, and while there were some positive aspects, I can't help but point out a few areas that could use improvement.
First, the hotel itself is quite lovely and boasts an appealing ambiance. However, the room service left much to be desired. The lackluster attention to detail and slow response time were disappointing. It's clear that there's room for improvement in this aspect of the hotel experience.
Moreover, the state of maintenance was noticeable. Some parts of the hotel showed signs of wear and tear that could have been easily addressed with proper upkeep. Additionally, the air conditioner in the room seemed to struggle to maintain a comfortable temperature, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.
On the culinary front, I was pleased with the quality of the food; however, there were a couple of aspects that could use attention. The short lunch period didn't allow for a leisurely meal, and it felt a bit rushed. Furthermore, the waiting time to replenish the buffet plates was longer than anticipated, which disrupted the dining experience.
However the animation staff is energetic and nice specially to entertain the kids. And with diversity of animations.
In summary, while the hotel has a lot of potential, improvements are needed in various areas. Enhancing room service efficiency, addressing maintenance issues promptly, and refining the dining experience would make this hotel truly exceptional.

It's a good hotel for families. however, due to the large number of clients it's poorly organized and here I'm specifically talking about the restaurant.
Long queues, short time for lunch 1h 30m, and you have to accommodate +800 clients.. complete mess despite the efforts of the staff.
The whole organization has to be revised..

Its one of amazing place in Tunis the hotel are old little bit but have a amazing stuff and very nice architecture with indoor and outdoor pool with private beach and food are great
