We had a fantastic honeymoon here. Staff were great and the food was top quality. The beach and the warm sea was so nice and chilled out and the pools are good and clean

The entertainment was okay but not brilliant if you have young children but there was movies on and plenty of bars and nice shops. Defo coming back here in the near future

Very good, excellent just rooms they need them new TVs they need a fridge. Internet very weak signal thank you for everything. Nice stuff or good stuff very welcome happy people love Tunisia 

The pool, entertainment, private beach, and food are real pluses. Efforts could be made to improve the cleanliness and amenities in the rooms.

Good general welcome a large complex which benefited from a good strategic location (7 min by taxi from Monastir airport) beach on board the hotel (unlucky filled with jellyfish) excellent entertainment from morning to evening

Unfortunately rooms soiled by the weather, food ok if you are not complicated but always late (especially the SNACK never on time and does not anticipate its cooking)! Restaurant staff very professional but those of the bar a disaster not friendly at all! Not much to see for my part I took advantage of the SPA with reasonable prices unlike in France but it is not Kine

This hotel was at least as good as I expected, and often much better. I feel really sad for the resort though, Skanes beach has really suffered, mainly from coastal erosion

The hotel was far from the airport but it was worth the drive, the beach was right by the hotel, the staffs are absolutely pleasant , English wasn't too good but they all tried to communicate

The hotel is actively restaurerede, the rooms are worn but clean, linen fresh, the staff is helpful all issues are resolved. Water slides are those that are more bite for spin. The sea 30 meters from the pool and slides

Near the sea, hotels on the 1st line, but on the beach there is free Nalivaiko. Half of the tourists are Arabs of various stripes, the rest - Russian

In General, allinclusive with bitterness. The sea is clean, sunbeds are good. You can rest, but it is better to pay for better

Something that is not eaten, is served for lunch and dinner. For example: sausage for Breakfast = salad with sausage for lunch, etc. Cleaners poorly cleaned, forget basic things, Ala to put paper in the toilet

Hotel in quite good condition, the rooms was clean but the hall was dirty. The staff was weird not good english or german speaking. I was sick quite all holiday and don’t know if it was because of food or water in pools

Camel rides and the pirate boat half day are a must, I have never had a boat trip as good as that in my life and that is something I do every trip. Party boat central and everyone has to be involved or you face a forfeit

Lovely place to stay with my family. We had all inclusive and every single day was different choice of food and what a big choice. Lovely members of staff especially Ahmed the clients support

They have a disco nights every night. I hot recommend this place, worth to visit Regency Hotel Spa. PS: if you give a tip to anyone from the members of staff they will look after you like a part of the family

Only negative is the forceful tracking of the local shop owners trying to get you in to spend, you can get great deals but I didn't like the no means yes attitude when trying to avoid shop the small businesses

The hotel is not bad, but 4 * does not pull. Our whole holiday was pulled out by the guys-animators. Attentive, positive, courteous and… incendiary!!! In general, you won't be bored

I would especially like to mention the animators Joe and Ahmed Ali - they are very pleasant in communication, tactful and always ready to help if something was needed

However, we had a great time! The kids had a blast in the pool, aqua park and the beach, and on activities you can book

There are no fridges in rooms to keep water bottle cold but you can always ask for cold bottle anytime you need

Nice pool, nice staff, food ok but it was the same every day. Too many flies in the area due to the salt farms, that was very annoying.

The hotel should have more evening fun for children to be occupied but you can always grab a taxi take the kids to Monastir centre for playgrounds and they have a place where kids can ride toy cars, motorcycles or electric scooters for older kids

The food was ok- not great but not terrible neither, you can have as much as you want with unlimited cocktails, wine, mocktails, juice, sodas ect from the bar

Hotel wifi is terrible and there is no tv in rooms which was great for family time as there was no distractions haha. However it might not be for everyone

Great vacation honestly great team of animation with lovely reseption and good hospitality from the staff and great food service , Lage rooms with good view and a lovely beach with white sand and turquoise water I love it

We were greeted at the reception area. Seated down to fill in some paperwork and offered fresh orange juice. Then we were taken to the restaurant for lunch

After lunch we went back to the reception and were taken to our room. We booked a garden view room but upon arrival were upgraded for free to sea view. The room was spacious, comfortable bed, smart TV

Pool bar guys, indoor bar guys (we liked these the most), restaurant guys, cleaners, staff at the reception, towel guys. The location is not the best as there's literally nothing outside the hotel

Our cleaning lady Hela was lovely!. WiFi worked great (even when a far distance from the hotel in the sea)

After staying for 7 days and 6 nights, I can tell you this: Pros: The pool: Big and clean. The beach: Even though it's across a road, it's quiet, calm and secure

The owner: A nice guy who roams around, greeting everyone and taking his time with all the clients. The animation: An entertaining show every night after dinner

The rooms are all standard and have views of the sea and wasteland, or the sea and the pool. And the old room air conditioner, mounted in the wall. It works, but not effectively ?cleaned every day, towels b/d on request

The animation team make the hotel enjoyable throughout the day and night. Hotel is clean and tidy. Food could be a little better but overall is ok. Need to get a taxi to visit places, but is right on the beach.

Around the sunbeds are broken and few mattresses. The restaurant is cozy, but with a large influx of visitors with its task fails ( especially during peak hours), queues, lack of plates and glasses

Alcohol choice is VERY limited (local lager, rose/white wine only at the pool bar…I don’t know why!), there is local spirits available at the lounge bar by reception & the beach bar but that’s it

The ‘cheese toast’ is a crusty baguette with cheese, lettuce & tomato. Take your own pool inflatables. I ordered a silver ring from the guy that walks round & I can confirm it is silver & hasn’t gone green etc

Take English money with you, they love it out there! If you buy anything you will get major discount if using our notes £££. Pack your own snacks & cordial (those little squirty juice are a god send)

If you exchange money to dinar remember it is illegal to take it out of the country. You will be stopped & asked at the airport. I saw two young girls have at least £70-100 taken off them in dinar

When you check in ask for a 2nd key card to leave in room - this keeps the electric on. Otherwise the fridge goes off, air con etc. Tip your cleaner if you want the air con left on 6

Lounge bar serves 3 cocktails. So if you want a drink I’d take your own. If you require a plug next to your bed for say medical equipment you need to request a family room

I do not know what planet these people with the negative reviews are from - perhaps if they had a better attitude they would find things more enjoyable instead of finding things to criticise! I stayed at this hotel in April 2017 with my sister for a week and we had a splendid time

The hotel is lovely, the staff were all pleasant, helpful and friendly - we always smiled and said hello too! The food was delicious - varied, fresh, colourful, interesting and tasty

The Animation Team were great and really try and get everyone involved - but will leave you alone if you are not interested - always with a smile

We had a family room with a door between and a wonderful view to the sea. And we had two balconies with one of them in a huge size. The hotel has 3 stars and we knew that we can’t expect any luxury

Next to the pool there is a “wellness area”. You will definitely meet a friendly man and woman who offer good massages, hairdresser or cosmetic applications

But especially the bathroom has to be renovated. We booked "All Inclusive" and could eat more than 3 times a day. The staffs at the restaurant were friendly and quite lovely to talk with

We often had to ask for several things like glasses or cutlery. We didn’t do any trips, but your tour guides offers many things like sailing with a pirate ship or do a quad tour

You can take different things from the dessert buffet and also get several non-alcoholic drinks or even wine. But you don’t get a clean table or clean glasses every time

Perhaps you will get more to offer if you go there in summer. Please don’t take a flight to Tunis, because it’s a long way the get to the hotel (it can be 3 hours)

Excellent family hotel, the food is delicious, varied, the animation works with a bang!

Foam party each Weds at 3 and a beach party once every two wks. Restaurants - Breakfast in one place and lots of selection. Selection of hot food and omelettes made to order. As well as cold stuff and cereals

Lifeguards are also nice and friendly. I love barmans from the bar on the pool with slides. They have very hard work but they are always smiling and joking with you

Everyday at 20:30 is mini disco for kids and at 21:30 is show time like dances or Cabaret, it depend of the day. BEACH Beach is nice but not WOW. Be carefull and Watch out of jellyfish

Enterteinment Animators are organizing a lot of Dances like zumba , Aqua Gym. We had a piana party at the beach. You would not be bored really

At the beach you can buy ride on Jetski. If you want a towels to the pool or beach you can take them but in the deposit. IF you want go for a walk to the city better take a taxi or bus beacuse theres nothing here

On the slide is a lot of fun but THE SLIDES NEEDS A RENOVATION!!! really the stairs also need this beacuse i didnt feel safe. On the slides is a lot of protruding elements. DRINKS Drinks are tasty i think strong also

New hotel, Du Holiday Hotel, good environment and facilities, not many people check in during the off-season, the exhaust noise is very loud. Upgraded to a suite, beautiful sea view, worth recommending!

The location of the hotel is great, the rooms are clean, the service staff are cool. There are a lot of activities to do in the hotel. 3 clean pools, one with hot water inside.

30 The hotel is very far out of town 20mins so I had to sleep hungry I spoke to aziz in the morning, and he said the tv was room didn’t really care about the matter and said it will change Same situation my next night finished work late came back to my room and call room dining, No one answered, called again a main half asleep didn’t know what the have on the menu, he said someone will call me...

And once again a professional establishment needs to have staff that have attention to detail when it comes to the care of the guest especially people who are investing in Tunisia like the establishment that hires him

There are too many flies and mosquitoes in the restaurant! There are too many words in the room. The waiter is quite enthusiastic. The sales department/reserve dpt is too slow to respond!

When I arrived into my room I finished some emails and went to the tv to look at the menu and the screen said that room dining finishes at 11 or 11
