We had a fantastic honeymoon here. Staff were great and the food was top quality. The beach and the warm sea was so nice and chilled out and the pools are good and clean

The entertainment was okay but not brilliant if you have young children but there was movies on and plenty of bars and nice shops. Defo coming back here in the near future

This place is amazing don’t get room 2101 ( the other side) because it was trash the A/C wasn’t working old TV’s from the 1970’s the food was good for me my sister didn’t really like it entertainment 5 stars I had a great time watching it and my sister I made friends it was good I hate that the pool closes at 6:00pm which is not fair although I did like my stay for ten days our room 3070 was nice...

The hotel was quite nice, maybe old fashion. 2 bars with lots sits and 1 bar next to the pool. Large clean outdoor pool and another pool on the other side of hotel. Unfortunately, the lift was broken all the time

This hotel was at least as good as I expected, and often much better. I feel really sad for the resort though, Skanes beach has really suffered, mainly from coastal erosion

We were initially checked into a twin room overlooking the rear of the hotel, but after the staff asked for feedback we were moved to a double room overlooking the pool

I would say that the sea view rooms are a much better experience - time spent on the balcony watching what was going on was a big part of the hotel experience for me

It's not that bad, but it doesn't deserve 4 stars, the beach is very bad and dirty, the workers are somewhat harsh and the food is very limited and not as it should be

Staff aren't that nice and welcoming, they look angry and mad at you for no reason, rooms are average, dirty carpeting, WiFi is bad even in the lobby, only thing good about it is the pool.

Its one of amazing place in Tunis the hotel are old little bit but have a amazing stuff and very nice architecture with indoor and outdoor pool with private beach and food are great

Pool Bar was OK but a bit slow. Warmest pool I've ever been in and the sea was on the door step

Thanks for the Cleaning woman she made a very good Job. They was always delicious Food and Taste. The Bar make good Coktails and try the best for youre Taste. Pool and IndorPool is very clean

Beach is small but was Perfect for me. Sometimes they are algae if it gets too much Hotel will clean this with excavator. But this is Nature was good enough for me. The Animation Team make good Job and Very Friendly

At first sight the room was great, spacious with a Sea view, but my wife could hardly sleep on the beds without developing an allergic reaction to the sheet and pillows

The swimming area at the beach did not look clean, and there was a bad smell emanating from it. The public beach next to it looked cleaner

Camel rides and the pirate boat half day are a must, I have never had a boat trip as good as that in my life and that is something I do every trip. Party boat central and everyone has to be involved or you face a forfeit

Me and my mum stayed a total of 10 nights. The service at both the beach bar, restaurant and main bar is excellent. Hospitality from reception staff and cleaners is very nice

The safety measures in place gave us peace of mind, allowing us to fully indulge in the fun. 3-There was also a relaxing pool far from the kids slide water pool

Drinks were always brought to us by the pool and staff made sure we had a drink to enjoy the sun and relax. One member of staff stud out the most named Lilo

Something that is not eaten, is served for lunch and dinner. For example: sausage for Breakfast = salad with sausage for lunch, etc. Cleaners poorly cleaned, forget basic things, Ala to put paper in the toilet

Hotel in quite good condition, the rooms was clean but the hall was dirty. The staff was weird not good english or german speaking. I was sick quite all holiday and don’t know if it was because of food or water in pools

Better if made as in other hotels: to issue towels at the cards under a Deposit of 15 euros. Do not be stingy to pay extra for a room with a sea view (and pool view) and above the 1st floor

Wine awful, gin & vodka very strange and if you wanted tonic or diet coke forget it. Staff all pleasant and always trying to please although all areas seem rather disorganised

the hotel is located in the nice place, but food can be better and you have to pay every time for the water at lunches and dinners. Personal is really friendly, good swimming pools

Be warned that although you have to pay deposit for room safe & beach towels in sterling (cards not accepted) you get dinars back

I do not know what planet these people with the negative reviews are from - perhaps if they had a better attitude they would find things more enjoyable instead of finding things to criticise! I stayed at this hotel in April 2017 with my sister for a week and we had a splendid time

The hotel is lovely, the staff were all pleasant, helpful and friendly - we always smiled and said hello too! The food was delicious - varied, fresh, colourful, interesting and tasty

The Animation Team were great and really try and get everyone involved - but will leave you alone if you are not interested - always with a smile

After staying for 7 days and 6 nights, I can tell you this: Pros: The pool: Big and clean. The beach: Even though it's across a road, it's quiet, calm and secure

Animation is weak, but there is no entertainment. The store is small and expensive. You can't hear the planes, but you can see them). Drinks without restrictions, no regrets

The animation team make the hotel enjoyable throughout the day and night. Hotel is clean and tidy. Food could be a little better but overall is ok. Need to get a taxi to visit places, but is right on the beach.

In the lobby and in the room air conditioning is a fat minus! Sunbeds broken, very frustrating of course. Do not take room duplex, damp smells! About the sea can't tell yet, the second day after a storm, seaweed

Around the sunbeds are broken and few mattresses. The restaurant is cozy, but with a large influx of visitors with its task fails ( especially during peak hours), queues, lack of plates and glasses

Rescuers WORK! Don't sit by the pool on your phone while someone drowns! Animation is very active! And the children are not lured by force, but the children themselves are drawn to games and competitions) The food is very tasty and for every taste! All staff are working! Wouldn't consider it a 4* hotel, a gym is advertised on hotel screens but there isn't one, no adult only pool as advertised and no evening entertainment. Probably wouldn't recommend however we had a nice stay

Beautiful hotel with private beach for the guest. Large swimming pool with slides and toddler swimming pool ( also a hidden swimminh pool which is hardly used :) ). Staff are friendly and willing to sort any problems out

We are from Belarus ourselves, so I haven’t eaten with us yet, they gave me a good room, with a view of the sea (I gave 10 dollars when I checked in), cleaning every day, but if you don’t want to be cleaned so often, you can hang a red a sign when leaving the room and they don’t come in), I didn’t take a safe, a suitcase with a code, so everything is fine)

I need to come summer season.. winter season is not perfect for all of monastir hotels. Hotel is the center of city. Food is good. Room is clean.

Wifi in room was very slow. Dissatisfied with AC that was not working in the room and was not switched on in reception.

I'm resting in this hotel now, everything is just wonderful) the food is good, you won't stay hungry, and how many sweets here, you just lick your fingers

We had a family room with a door between and a wonderful view to the sea. And we had two balconies with one of them in a huge size. The hotel has 3 stars and we knew that we can’t expect any luxury

If you are an “All inclusive” guest you have to catch your drinks at the hotel bar. We found countless tiles on the ground. You will find a tiny pool for children with a little water slide

There are several pools to pick from and the water slides are good fun. The beach is down about 10 steps or an access ramp. For drinks there are bars by the 2 pool areas, one behind reception and a beach bar

Meals are served in the restaurant. Snacks are available at certain times by the relax pool bar, snack room above beach bar and sandwiches next the beach bar

Wonderful hotel, good facilities and pools. Beach front is fairly small but was never crowded. Good variety of food and always excellent service. The complete complex was immaculate and cleaned top to bottom every day.

The location is very good as it is very close to the beach and not too far from the Ribat and the train station (15 minutes walking). There are lots of businesses around. The view from my room on the beach was special

It is away from the crowds of people, all you hear is the singer of the resteraunt at the sea where you will have excellent view to if you get a seaview room. Receptionists were always friendly and very helpful

Here's just a few hotels and yiu can reach everything by foot. Don't expect the best breakfast in your life! It's reasonable for the money and the service people are super nice. I'd recommend the hotel to anybody!

People are really nice and it's great value for money. I enjoyed my stay and actually extended it. Monastir is very calm and this is the best place away from the hotel complexes
