We had a fantastic honeymoon here. Staff were great and the food was top quality. The beach and the warm sea was so nice and chilled out and the pools are good and clean. The entertainment was okay but not brilliant if you have young children but there was movies on and plenty of bars and nice shops. Defo coming back here in the near future.

Very good, excellent just rooms they need them new TVs they need a fridge. Internet very weak signal thank you for everything. Nice stuff or good stuff very welcome happy people love Tunisia 

Good general welcome a large complex which benefited from a good strategic location (7 min by taxi from Monastir airport) beach on board the hotel (unlucky filled with jellyfish) excellent entertainment from morning to evening. The pool, entertainment, private beach, and food are real pluses. Efforts could be made to improve the cleanliness and amenities in the rooms.

Clean hotel and swimming pool. Copious, good and renewed buffet. The rooms need a refresh. There is no shuttle to the airport contrary to the information given by Trip. At the beginning of May there is a part of the hotel which is not open so no spa, no disco and no 2nd outdoor swimming pool so no slides. There are activities during the day but often the same. This place is amazing don’t get room 2101 ( the other side) because it was trash the A/C wasn’t working old TV’s from the 1970’s the food was good for me my sister didn’t really like it entertainment 5 stars I had a great time watching it and my sister I made friends it was good I hate that the pool closes at 6:00pm which is not fair although I did like my stay for ten days our room 3070 was nice...

The hotel was quite nice, maybe old fashion. 2 bars with lots sits and 1 bar next to the pool. Large clean outdoor pool and another pool on the other side of hotel. Great Seaview. Unfortunately, the lift was broken all the time. Food repetitive tasteless. Lots of Polish, French, and Algerians guests (and many Muslim's male couples). There are lots of scammers everywhere, especially taxi drivers next...

The hotel should definitely do better with cleanliness, the plates in the restaurants were definitely not washed well. The room cleaning should be better, some days our beds were not done. There are no fridges in rooms to keep water bottle cold but you can always ask for cold bottle anytime you need. The hotel should have more evening fun for children to be occupied but you can always grab a taxi...

A good place to relax with friends, the food is good. The animators always try to make sure everyone has a good time. I highly recommend it.

A very friendly atmosphere. Food was constantly replenished – there was no shortage of food. The animators were very nice. The Zumba animator and Yaya come to chat and take care of people's needs.

I liked the atmosphere of this place. Good music and kind people. A lot of food and good variations of it. Helpful and cheering staff. Resort is nearby city of Suusse. Good public transport conection. I recommend it really much.

Team animation is brilliant. They made are holiday the best the shows they put on are amazing and they involve everyone with eveything big shout out to Yaya,spider,aziz and most importantly the boss of animation Sam who made us feel welcome throughout the holiday ❤️❤️

Hotel staff in all areas were super helpful! Attended to all needs. The Animation team in particular did a great job keeping everyone laughing and on a high during the less sunny days. And evening entertainment was a good laugh always getting the guests involved. Big shout out to Momo, Tony, Amine. Nino and the professional dancer Yessine!

Had the best week ever, hotel is beautiful and beach is amazing! Staff can’t do enough for you. Habib from the piano bar stood out and made our evenings, very funny and attentive and was more than happy to bring drinks to table all night Entertainment manager was great for getting you involved in all the activities. The hotel is an average hotel, with wonderful staff. The rooms are large and roomy however the AC is very weak and does not cool the room adequately. The food is buffet style with bland food. The location is quite good, with only a 5 min walk to the beach. The hotel is equipped with an outdoor pool, indoor pool and spa. The hotel itself is very old and needs modernising.

Clean (enough) place to stay for a holiday. Variety of food and drinks. Bank Post Office Currency Exchange inside hotel. Close to the beach and nice warm sea. Nice big and clean swimming pool. Poor sound system on swimming pool. In general good place to stay for a holiday.

Animation team were exceptional, running so many activities during the day which my husband took part in. They were so including for my 3 year old. Great experience! Huge thank you to Momo, Slouma and Prince for making our week enjoyable.

The animation team make the hotel enjoyable throughout the day and night. Hotel is clean and tidy. Food could be a little better but overall is ok. Need to get a taxi to visit places, but is right on the beach.

The hotel was far from the airport but it was worth the drive, the beach was right by the hotel, the staffs are absolutely pleasant , English wasn't too good but they all tried to communicate. The rooms were bright and beautifully laid with welcome chocolate and towel folded to make a lovely penguin

My stay was excellent! The diversity and flavor of the dishes were remarkable. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. In addition, the room offered a magnificent view of the swimming pool and the sea. In summary, everything was perfect!

The food was excellent and varied. The staff were all attentive and kind, with exception of the spa receptionist who was unfriendly, unhelpful and put us off booking treatments.
