Hotels All-inclusive in Monastir

We had a fantastic honeymoon here. Staff were great and the food was top quality. The beach and the warm sea was so nice and chilled out and the pools are good and clean

The entertainment was okay but not brilliant if you have young children but there was movies on and plenty of bars and nice shops. Defo coming back here in the near future

Unfortunately rooms soiled by the weather, food ok if you are not complicated but always late (especially the SNACK never on time and does not anticipate its cooking)! Restaurant staff very professional but those of the bar a disaster not friendly at all! Not much to see for my part I took advantage of the SPA with reasonable prices unlike in France but it is not Kine

Very good, excellent just rooms they need them new TVs they need a fridge. Internet very weak signal thank you for everything. Nice stuff or good stuff very welcome happy people love Tunisia 

This place is amazing don’t get room 2101 ( the other side) because it was trash the A/C wasn’t working old TV’s from the 1970’s the food was good for me my sister didn’t really like it entertainment 5 stars I had a great time watching it and my sister I made friends it was good I hate that the pool closes at 6:00pm which is not fair although I did like my stay for ten days our room 3070 was nice...

Good general welcome a large complex which benefited from a good strategic location (7 min by taxi from Monastir airport) beach on board the hotel (unlucky filled with jellyfish) excellent entertainment from morning to evening

I made nice encounters; with French but the local Tunisians of this environment are unfortunately closed and cross all allowed no manners unfortunately the hotel is focused on them and neglects the European tourists shame

The hotel was quite nice, maybe old fashion. 2 bars with lots sits and 1 bar next to the pool. Large clean outdoor pool and another pool on the other side of hotel. Unfortunately, the lift was broken all the time

The hotel should definitely do better with cleanliness, the plates in the restaurants were definitely not washed well. The room cleaning should be better, some days our beds were not done

There are no fridges in rooms to keep water bottle cold but you can always ask for cold bottle anytime you need

A very friendly atmosphere. Food was constantly replenished – there was no shortage of food. The animators were very nice. The Zumba animator and Yaya come to chat and take care of people's needs.

The hotel should have more evening fun for children to be occupied but you can always grab a taxi take the kids to Monastir centre for playgrounds and they have a place where kids can ride toy cars, motorcycles or electric scooters for older kids

The food was ok- not great but not terrible neither, you can have as much as you want with unlimited cocktails, wine, mocktails, juice, sodas ect from the bar

Hotel wifi is terrible and there is no tv in rooms which was great for family time as there was no distractions haha. However it might not be for everyone

Great vacation honestly great team of animation with lovely reseption and good hospitality from the staff and great food service , Lage rooms with good view and a lovely beach with white sand and turquoise water I love it

I recommend it, beautiful view from the balcony and very nice service, I felt safe being alone in this place. :)

Its one of amazing place in Tunis the hotel are old little bit but have a amazing stuff and very nice architecture with indoor and outdoor pool with private beach and food are great

Habib from the piano bar stood out and made our evenings, very funny and attentive and was more than happy to bring drinks to table all night Entertainment manager was great for getting you involved in all the activities

A few nights there was a single singer who was just reading lyrics from her iPad and she couldn't sing very well (so get ready that you will need some drinks to survive this lol)

We were greeted at the reception area. Seated down to fill in some paperwork and offered fresh orange juice. Then we were taken to the restaurant for lunch

This was a package holiday on the cheaper side and we read reviews after we booked which made us a bit nervous. What a relief that we had only a positive experience. Nice week away enjoying drinks in the sun

Absolutely loved our stay—what truly made the experience outstanding was the staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming, warm, and professional. They made us feel right at home

The team was also impressively efficient—check-in and check-out were a breeze, and any request we had was handled promptly and with a smile. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests

I do not know what planet these people with the negative reviews are from - perhaps if they had a better attitude they would find things more enjoyable instead of finding things to criticise! I stayed at this hotel in April 2017 with my sister for a week and we had a splendid time

The hotel is lovely, the staff were all pleasant, helpful and friendly - we always smiled and said hello too! The food was delicious - varied, fresh, colourful, interesting and tasty

The Animation Team were great and really try and get everyone involved - but will leave you alone if you are not interested - always with a smile

all OK!!! There were no jellyfish. The hotel is across the road to the sea, traffic is passive, you can safely cross. Everything on the beach was free. Russians, Poles, Germans, Arabs, British, locals come

Number: basement-large rooms with a balcony, repair, hair dryer, cleaning 1 dinar, 1 Russian TV channel, clean every other day. They understand only French, English and Russian through gestures

Animation is weak, but there is no entertainment. The store is small and expensive. You can't hear the planes, but you can see them). Drinks without restrictions, no regrets

Cons: The drinks: Low-cost, no natural juice, coffee from a machine, plastic cups. The staff: Always showing a rude face and unfriendly behavior

The hotel is an average hotel, with wonderful staff. The rooms are large and roomy however the AC is very weak and does not cool the room adequately. The food is buffet style with bland food

The location is quite good, with only a 5 min walk to the beach. The hotel is equipped with an outdoor pool, indoor pool and spa. The hotel itself is very old and needs modernising

Around the sunbeds are broken and few mattresses. The restaurant is cozy, but with a large influx of visitors with its task fails ( especially during peak hours), queues, lack of plates and glasses

If the waiter to tip, your table will always be waiting for you, cooked with drinks and replenished on time. The range of dishes is sufficient, unfortunately things are just not tasty

The animation team make the hotel enjoyable throughout the day and night. Hotel is clean and tidy. Food could be a little better but overall is ok. Need to get a taxi to visit places, but is right on the beach.

The hotel was nice, I had a good time! The food was decent and the staff are really friendly, especially the animation team who go head over heels to look after you! I would definitely come back

Animation team were exceptional, running so many activities during the day which my husband took part in. They were so including for my 3 year old

Chicken nuggets are available each day, chips can be located at the far end of the main restaurant (down the stairs & head out towards the beach). I got asked a few times ‘where’s the chips’

A thermal bottle to keep drinks cold is a must! Ice is very sparse even at the bars so drinks go warm very quickly

The ‘cheese toast’ is a crusty baguette with cheese, lettuce & tomato. Take your own pool inflatables. I ordered a silver ring from the guy that walks round & I can confirm it is silver & hasn’t gone green etc

Take English money with you, they love it out there! If you buy anything you will get major discount if using our notes £££. Pack your own snacks & cordial (those little squirty juice are a god send)

Pizza is also located here but the cheese is very runny. 30 at the burger bar near the slides - delicious! 11. If you order from the snack bar & want a whole pizza you need to ask for a ‘hot pizza’

If you exchange money to dinar remember it is illegal to take it out of the country. You will be stopped & asked at the airport. I saw two young girls have at least £70-100 taken off them in dinar

My stay was excellent! The diversity and flavor of the dishes were remarkable. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. In addition, the room offered a magnificent view of the swimming pool and the sea

The level of personalized care we received truly made us feel like valued guests. 2-Also the swimming pool and slide facilities at the hotel: Our kids were overjoyed by the water slide

But especially the bathroom has to be renovated. We booked "All Inclusive" and could eat more than 3 times a day. The staffs at the restaurant were friendly and quite lovely to talk with

You can take different things from the dessert buffet and also get several non-alcoholic drinks or even wine. But you don’t get a clean table or clean glasses every time

The meals were nearly different every day and you can choose several things from the salad buffet. They bake fresh pizza and other things like grilled meat

We had a family room with a door between and a wonderful view to the sea. And we had two balconies with one of them in a huge size. The hotel has 3 stars and we knew that we can’t expect any luxury

We often had to ask for several things like glasses or cutlery. We didn’t do any trips, but your tour guides offers many things like sailing with a pirate ship or do a quad tour

Perhaps you will get more to offer if you go there in summer. Please don’t take a flight to Tunis, because it’s a long way the get to the hotel (it can be 3 hours)

Ali Baba is on hand for trips and visits. Good value for money, proper salesman. £30 for a half day trip per person. Special word of note for Ali & Omar in the restaurants. And also to Momo & Madi in the animation team

Otherwise you’ll spend your time in the resort. The food and restaurants are excellent, range of food fine for 10 nights. Clean, fresh, varied and themed each night

The mini bar isn’t restocked but if you tip the waiters in reception bar they will offer you drinks to take back to your room. The coffee isn’t restocked in the room but you can get extra stuff from the restaurants

Sandwich bar - baguettes filled with ham, cheese or salami - the Tunisian one is quite spicy. Drinks all great - lager nice. Evening meal - there is the a la carte which is nice to book through guest relations

On the slide is a lot of fun but THE SLIDES NEEDS A RENOVATION!!! really the stairs also need this beacuse i didnt feel safe. On the slides is a lot of protruding elements. DRINKS Drinks are tasty i think strong also

Choice of foods - really good. Other venue is the main restaurant- always lots of variety (even for maybe fussy eaters). 30 and 8 so try and plan your times. We went at 7 and worked a treat each night

Hotel in quite good condition, the rooms was clean but the hall was dirty. The staff was weird not good english or german speaking. I was sick quite all holiday and don’t know if it was because of food or water in pools

I recommend to visit this place just to people who are not so demanding

Wifi in room was very slow. Dissatisfied with AC that was not working in the room and was not switched on in reception.

We are from Belarus ourselves, so I haven’t eaten with us yet, they gave me a good room, with a view of the sea (I gave 10 dollars when I checked in), cleaning every day, but if you don’t want to be cleaned so often, you can hang a red a sign when leaving the room and they don’t come in), I didn’t take a safe, a suitcase with a code, so everything is fine)

I'm resting in this hotel now, everything is just wonderful) the food is good, you won't stay hungry, and how many sweets here, you just lick your fingers

Beautiful hotel with private beach for the guest. Large swimming pool with slides and toddler swimming pool ( also a hidden swimminh pool which is hardly used :) ). Staff are friendly and willing to sort any problems out

I need to come summer season.. winter season is not perfect for all of monastir hotels. Hotel is the center of city. Food is good. Room is clean.

The staff are fantastic the bar staff are fabulous, the animation team are wonderful, we love them all , they work so hard! The food is really good and the waiters are really attentive, sometimes food is a bit cold but I just heat it up in the microwave that's in dining room
