This is a gorgeous hotel, and the staff (especially at breakfast) is absolutely first rate. Our suite was huge, with an equally huge deck, with views of the Mediterranean. Very nice private beach, totally empty for early morning walks.

Looking for a peace and quiet time in the best luxe hotel you can imagine, then go to the Hasdrubal Prestige. Large junior suites with enormous balcony. Beautiful garden, Pools and Thalassa. A la carte restaurants and great service.

I liked very much the spacious room,very clean,all the furniture are modern and good size. The breakfast is reasonable and it is catered for anyone, there is a room of improvements in the breakfast.

Great hotel with good breakfast and dinner. There is also wine. If you want something more exclusive try the BBQ restaurant. It is excellent, but more expensive.

A great family experience. This hotel has a heart and soul ❤️🙏 The staff really give it there all. The Chef provides the clients with a wide range of food at the open buffet while maintaining a great standard of cuisine. Nice room and good shower. Bathroom smelt slightly of drains. Buffet food not good but always had one redeeming item so that was something edible. Friendly activation staff.

The Service is very organized and friendly. The hotel rooms themselves are very very clean and modern. It has a beautiful swimming atmosphere with several pools and the beach. It also has a lot of cool activities. The animation is very creative and there is a new “show” daily, very kid-friendly.

Wonderful hotel by the sea. Excellent service staff, speaking Russian. Clean and spacious rooms with everything you need. Animators entertain guests every day. Daily evening shows, volleyball, archery, mini golf, exercises, dancing, games - all this is done for you by animators. Each of them speaks good Russian. Also worth noting is the buffet. A large variety of food will not leave anyone hungry....

relaxing atmosphere, good massages in SPA, great seminar and conference facilities. thoroughness in cleaning rooms and filling fridge could be improved.

Very good hotel! On New Year's Eve there was a very worthy event. Great show program, great variety of food and drinks. I recommend this hotel. In season it's even better.

To go to sea we always have to wait for a car. There is not much variety in the food, always the same. The restaurant is old and not clean. There is no tablecloth on the tables outside. That is the level .... old hotel ... the cleaning ladies did their best despite this. The reception is not clean .. that is in fact the view of the hotel ... old cupboards and the paint is peeling ... the walls are...

The food was cold, tasteless for most of the time, we asked the waiter why it's like it, his answer was because the hotel is full and they don't really bother making refined food

The only good thing about the hotel is probably the price, everything else is about average. The rooms had humidity odor and the overall hygiene is not that good. The food wasn't bad though

From my perspective this Hotel is offering a very good services based on the price-performance ratio. I was very satisfied with the room service, animation, views, feeling and specially the food. Many thanks for your hospitality and hopefully we will do it again soon.

It's huge, loads of anemnities, but the vendors working inside are disgusting. They charge more that what you pay in your own developed country. They ask for tip themselves which is annoying

The beat hotel on Djerba, cery good location, honest and hard working Staff. Though a week od my stay i haven't a single thing that was wrong. The best part od the Staff was Alios, Who always knew how to make whole team laugh and would be very helpfull and casting when we need it

Just spent a week at the Helios in a bungalow. Overall the rooms are outdated, old furniture, old bathroom, some sockets don't work, shower doors are not sealed and leaking, no decorations are all, bare walls... BUT It doesnt really matter. It's spotless clean and the hotel amenities are so great you dont really spend time in your room. The food is incredible, I'm picky and have quite a few intolerances...

We just came back and have been absolutely happy with all the services. To be more specific: + location is perfect,directly at the beach + water slides which were super fast + wide choice of meals + reusable plastic caps, which the bartenders continually collected and kept the area around the swimming pool tidy + proximity to the crocodile pharm + friendly team of animators, namely Mimi and Obama were...

Overall it was a very good stay. The hotel is clean and nice. It is perfect for couples - no screaming kids, two great swimming pools where you can relax and read books. However, there are couple things that the management could improve. Really nice hotel. Stuff is almost pleasant and in my opinion food needs an improvement (mainly breakfast). All inclusive included alcohol, and that’s a nice touch. Rooms are super nice and swimming pool is big and it’s clean.

Was an amazing holiday, was very kind staff and very welcoming, service was perfect, room was all you needed with balcony and big bathroom. Entertainment program was always available and very encouraging to get people involved. Entertainment crew was outstanding and haven’t met such a good bunch of people at any other hotels. We've spent there 8 days (July 2019). Me and my wife along with our little son are so delightful being guest in this hotel. Shortly after arrived we are being pleased welcoming with manager of hotel who offering us a room straight away despite we've been too earlier to check in. Room was cleaned . Food are also very taste and variety. Staff always helpful and polite Overall 4 stars.

Good kitchen, helpful receptionists. Next to disco Desperados and close from disco Texas. Great Thalasso.

An acceptable hotel , food was good, there's not so much activities in the hotel, rooms wasn't that clean , a nice place not too far from the beach, a lot of nightclubs that you could have a good time , i'll give the experience 7/10

Not bad. Very nice staff. Small but clean pool. Good private beach in 5 minute walk. Cuisine is not too diverse, but well cooked and tasty, especially bakery. Not too much activity. Not the cleanest territory, but staff constantly cleans it. Main problem is that people are smoking almost everywhere except rooms and restaurant. Rooms are simple but nice and clean, and couple dinar tips for a maid add...

I do work in hotel and catering business so i know what to look for and what to expect..... I start with the excellent point : Sami and Isabelle, the professional photograph. He is unbelivable. He will catch you on camera at any point during your stay, will get you in position for the perfect shot, he will surprise you by being there without you knowing, but all without being in your way all the time...

Nice resort The beach is near of you. They make a good food. Clean and comfortable rooms. I don't like the pool because i felt that is dirty

Three star hotel, certainly not five. Pool area is very nice, as well the beach. Rooms are bad. Certainly need renovation. Also bedsheets, pillows. We got even cover with old blood on it... Fitness room is a joke... Dirty, bad, most of the machines don't work, from weights nothing between 2,5 and 21 kg (I guess stolen...) Food was ok. One can find something to eat. Big selection. But most is not tasty...

I v been there on middle of December and hotel had not much guests. Maybe because this overall service felt on 4 stars but not five. maybe in high season it different. I liked location of the hotel, room was spacious and had all needed furniture. Hotel beach is clean, there is beach bar If u visit in winter there is a heated indoor swimming pool and rooms are warm. What I cannot say about lobby...

Bon hotel

I liked the swimming pool and the activities of animation team wether there or in the beach. You won't feel bored at all. The best holiday I've ever had so far in Djerba. The food was a little bit delicious, the restaurant is quiet big. Internet is only available in the reception and the lobby.

Amazing hotel! Clean rooms, staff are kind and knows english, awesome pool, large choice of food. Beautiful place. I enjoyed being in this hotel for two weeks.
